My new go to coffee shop when in Rochester! The shop itself is on the smaller side, but absolutely adorable inside, and where was a good amount of seating. The cashier was very nice when taking my order. Ordered 2 drinks and did not have to wait long at all. The iced caramel latte was absolutely delicious! If and when y’all are ready to open a second location … consider Syracuse!

We ordered hot chocolate and an iced Chai. A little pricey but a very cozy spot. Sits about maybe 15 people total. Not a good spot for a large group but a good spot for a date or to read and do homework.

The shop itself is literally so cute and Kyle and his team are so thoughtful and nice! The coffee is to die for. I recently also booked their mobile espresso cart for a work event and The staff was amazing. They were so fun had so much positive energy! Highly recommend checking them out if you live in Rochester or are driving through!!!

Mercury has some of the best coffee in Rochester in their gorgeous space! Izzy, Kyle and all of their employees are super nice and invested in making an inclusive and cozy space for people to grab a coffee. If I still lived in Rochester I’d be here to very chance I could!

Great coffee shop in the South Wedge! I tried one of the seasonal drinks called The Upstate. Hope this one finds a home on the regular menu. Great atmosphere and friendly, welcoming staff. Definitely worth a stop!

The cafe was buzzing as the South Wedge Festival was in full flow. The queue was out of the door and down the street! I ordered a Hot Chai Latte but was served an Iced Chai Latte instead. Apparently that’s what was written on the receipt. The barista was lovely and immediately made me a hot Chai Latte which was absolutely delicious. The cafe is decorated beautifully and the staff are lovely. I will have to go back when it’s less busy so I can try the other drinks they have to offer.

I came in for my first pumpkin spice drink of the season and I was not disappointed. I told the barista what I wanted and we landed on an iced pumpkin spice americano with maple cold foam. It was Fall in a cup. I love the simplicity in design but my favorite part is the handprints on the wall that remind me of my son. Don’t miss out on this shop.

I’m so happy this coffee shop opened up in my neighborhood! It will definitely be my new go to! I got the Murphy latte, iced with oat milk. It was delicious, the espresso was amazing and it was just slightly sweet and well balanced. I love the decor and ambiance and was pleasantly surprised to see how busy it was on a Tuesday afternoon!

What a great addition to the South Wedge! The shop is so cute and the coffee definitely makes it worth a visit. I also love that they offer the option to have your drink in a mug or glass if you dine in. I visited around 10am on a Thursday and it was fairly busy, but not terrible. I waited 5ish minutes to order and 8-10 minutes for my drink, so I wouldn’t recommend stopping if you’re in a rush. Downsides: street parking only, not a ton of seating, and the chairs feel a bit flimsy, but none of these things will keep me from returning.

Tried out Mercury Coffee Co. today and really enjoyed my visit. I’ve had their coffee before when it used to be just pop-ups. I tried a specialty latte and it was super good, great flavor. The environment inside was great, and it’s an awesome location too. Only con was no wifi but it’s a newer cafe so I think that’ll hopefully change soon. Will be coming back!

The Paula’s Choice Latte was delicious! The espresso has great flavor and you could taste the syrups but they weren’t overpowering. Their pistachio and mocha syrups are both vegan which was very exciting. The staff were friendly and the cafe is cute! It was a bit expensive but overall a great experience.

This coffee shop feels like home — which is strange since I’ve only popped in a few times! — but I don’t know how else to describe it. The staff are all very sweet and inviting. The layout is cozy and intimate. The coffee is always good, and I love the rotating homemade syrups (try a raspberry mocha while you can!). You can tell that this is a small business run by good people. I can’t wait to become a regular here!

I stopped by Mercury about a week ago and ordered the upstate latte. I loved it so much I went back the following Saturday and Sunday to share the joy with people I knew and to try another latte! Each time was just as wonderful as the last. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service is too! Definitely gained a customer for life!

My favorite coffee shop anywhere! Once I went here it knocked my previous favorite shop in NYC out of the running. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Something you don’t release we’re lacking in the service world until you experience it. Best coffee I’ve had, I’m hooked on the Upstate with oatmilk! The vibes are perfect and everyone there leaves in a better mood then when they arrive 💞

The best way to describe Mercury is great vibes! It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you want to become a regular. The energy from the staff is always so welcoming and uplifting, and the coffee is great. Even after just one visit something about the atmosphere made me feel at home and wanting to keeping coming back whenever I can. It’s a great place to grab something to go or to meet up with a friend and stay for a while.

We heard about Mercury from reviews and decided to try it out! It was everything people said, and more! It’s so cozy, cute, and just a wonderful place to enjoy a cup of coffee. They make my favorite chai—and that’s a big deal! You can tell they use high quality ingredients. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy another cozy morning there. Thank you guys for being such a wonderful spot in the city!! (My two-year-old daughter fell and was crying, and they checked on her and brought us some ice. It was sweet of them to do that, and the people who work there have all been so helpful and kind.)

First time here. Great cookies, but disappointed in the coffee. I was asked if I wanted creme, but then handed a black coffee. When I asked what happened to the cream, I was told to use the Coffee Mate packets. I've never seen a coffee shop have these; huge turn-off.

I’m here on a business trip and saw that this place had a high rating on Google, so I decided to give it a try. I’ve ordered the matcha oat milk latte with vanilla three or four times now. The first time, a girl made it and it was just okay. The second and third times, a guy made it, and both drinks were pretty bad. Today was the worst. I took a couple of sips and it’s been sitting on the counter ever since. It tastes like watered-down matcha with just a splash of oat milk. It’s not creamy at all. For a place with such high ratings, It’s very disappointing.
