Edit: I originally gave this place a 5, but as with almost everything these days, it really depends on who’s working, who’s managing, and who’s cooking. Today was less pleasant than yesterday based on someone else working, but I’m just gonna leave my initial review below… Customer service was quite solid. No issues. The young cashier held the door open for me as I entered and was very pleasant. I was about to order the two-pie deep dish and he then informed me of the single deep dish with a drink that was a touch over $6. That was perfect. It was hot and ready and he asked me if I’d like to glance at it before I purchased. I didn’t even know that offer existed because it doesn’t appear online. He said, “that’s why sometimes you should just order at the store.” The pie was perfect. Deep dish is the only option at Little Caesars in my opinion. Those new cheesy bites are pretty solid too. The round pizzas just don’t cut it. I get that they’re cheaper, but that’s not what made Lil Caesar’s famous.

The crazy puffs are so good especially with the marinara sauce and also the cheesy bread those two are my favorite and you know the prices are very reasonable never had their chicken wings and the pizza is OK but my go to is the cheesy bread and now the crazy puffs

I ordered online and had no issues using the pick up pizza portal. There was plenty of parking available around the building. I got the Slices-N-Stix Bacon pizza. It was sliced about halfway through the pizza and not cut evenly, so I had to rip the pieces apart. It still tasted pretty good.

I would like to share my experience with this particular Burger King.I would like to say I was very disappointed when I got home with my food and let me say that I'm 5 minutes away from this Burger King. My onion rings were half fried meaning they were not all the way done. My burgers was cold and the cheese was hard and the bread was stale. No I didn't feel like bringing my food back because my food should have been freshly made from the beginning. March 8 , 2020 . I changed my 1 star to a 4 star. I gave this Burger King another try and I will say that this experience was much better.I went to have a nice lunch with my little three-year-old and everything was freshly made hot and good. The staff looks more happy exciting to be at work and they were very polite and much nicer this time around. Keep up the good work 👌👍

Very good food. Slow service, was waiting for about 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Forgot to add napkins, fork for the Hershey's pie and marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Ordered through the mobile app.

I always get the wrong order I never got the right order when I come here it's like it's too many orders coming through but the servers are very respectful it's just time consuming

The pizza is usually on point. It's the crazy combo from this particular location I take issue with as the pictured "bread sticks" are soggy, limp and have next to no cheese topping. And that is usually how I get them from here. If they get better, so will my review.

The line was mad long ,, the employees was outside ,,, I got the food , ate it ,, and then had to poop like 4 times before I was ok again

It depends on what location you got to but it just good to check your stuff before you go to many times I've gotten my order half correct or missing items or even better the entire meal is wrong then you get back to the windows to only find an open arms welcome to I don't give ah blank attitude the soda or as new yokens say pop machine is always filthy they care more about their checks vs getting the job correct. I literally have to take fast food breaks and this is why..I love a good burger made with love but you don't get that here so Caution burgers don't look like the commercial...Lmao

Edit: Sitting in line forever behind a couple that's at the window in the drive thru arguing.... Even after getting their food. Finally pulled up to the window and their is no sausage on the sandwich... The French toast sticks are not cooked. And they tell us to come to the window and now we're stuck behind a car that the dude is asleep in. 😠 Had to get out of the car and tell him to pull up and he's still just sitting there. Finally at the window and the girl wants to give us attitude because they couldn't give us food that is properly cooked and has what we asked for. And the French toast is still uncooked. 😤 The Vanilla Milkshake with the Chicken Fries... On point! 👌🏻

Disnt get the Ceasars garlic sauce that I ordered and was charged for it. Pizza was soggy and was falling apart. Crust had no taste. All I could taste was the garlic butter.

Decent food, decent price, terrible service. Sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone (I heard the drive thru alarm go off). Employee walked out the back door, saw me, walked back into the building, still nothing. I had to call the restaurant to get a response despite putting in a drive thru order. I wouldn't bother with the drive thru - go inside and maybe someone will acknowledge you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location. I went through the drive-thru, paid for my order, and was asked to pull forward to wait — even though no one else was in line. When I received my food, I had to go back inside because my small fries were missing. The fries I did receive were cold and tasted old. My burger was not warm, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. On top of that, the staff appeared to be horse playing instead of focusing on customer service. The establishment was very loud, and employees were using inappropriate language. The ketchup packets were sticky and had residue on the outside, which was very unappetizing. I would not recommend this location. Customers deserve hot, fresh food and professional service.

You would assume that a large fast food chain would be able to generally train its employees on how to prepare food in a universal way... And possibly with a LITTLE BIT of concern for the customer. Yes, I did ask for a replacement burger (spoke to the manager) it was a simple extra mayo and extra ketchup order..... This is the image of the second burger.... No solution from the manager no refund...... Both burger board operator and the manager were not concerned with the issue

So this is not the first time. I work roofing and I got a sausage egg and cheese and a bacon egg and cheese they put no egg I figured every body makes mistakes ate it and went to work now I just doordashed a large whopper merl with bacon and cheese and onion rings I paid 28$ and change and got no cheese or bacon and a large onion ring that tasted saltier then the ocean and my whopper had no cheese or bacon this is not a doordashers fault this is just a Burger King that is not customer friendly or even slightly concerned about getting orders right.

Staff seemed absolutely miserable and didn’t even say a word when I got up to the window. Just held out their hand for my card. Tried to be nice and give them a friendly thank you and they just looked at me and told me to pull around and shut the window. I get that working in food service sucks, but all I did was order my food. Then I pull around and wait for my food to be made out front and after all that time, I drive away. I take a bite out of my food and it’s not even cooked all the way through. I tried to power through it around the edges but even that was too much… it was way too undercooked for me. For the cost of a large fast food meal these days, you’d think they would at least cook it. Overall I would not give them my business again.

Gave me 2 quarters size tomatoes. Didn't pay attention to not adding lettuce. Took it back. Pile of receipts which never given mine. I wanted a refund instead got another sandwich which was not fresh. Warmed it up and handed it back to me with the right size tomato. I will never go back to that place. I'm just 1 customer...they won't miss me. Sloppy and lazy

Rude staff, an employee told me she gave my order to someone else and refused to remake it. Repeatedly telling me to leave with no attempt at fixing the issue or offering a refund. Took a manager to actually get help and even then i still didn’t get my food. Avoid at all costs.

Went through the Drive through and ordered to burgers they were cold as hell and the bread was hard. Had I not been in a rush I would’ve retuned back to have a conversation with the manager. It’s a damn shame

Trash location. Got charged for the wrong order after I clarified my very simple order 4 times to multiple people, took about 10 mins+ of them walking in circles doing nothing before I said give me my food I don’t care and left with no refund, paying for 2 orders. The whole time the workers moved at the pace of snails while everyone in the drive through line was clearly annoyed, I hope they didn’t charge the person I paid for. Never going to that location again!

7:30 PM, I ordered thru Grubhub - a pretzel crusted cheese pizza with pizza sauce, and I got a pretzel crusted pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce. I called the store to inquire about the messed up order and the rude response was, you have to get a refund from the app. The refund isn’t going to feed my hungry kids. I asked them is this the response I get, no apology nothing, her respond was - “Sorry we are closed “ Never order from here. I wouldn’t.

Terrible service. According to them, my delivery would arrive at 9:36pm, but it arrived at 10:17pm. To top it off, I ordered some crazy bread and it arrived raw. The pizza was super cold, as if it had been taken out of the refrigerator.

Waited at the cash register for 30 minutes, not to be greeted or spoken to by staff. Once staff came to the front. They said it would be an hour wait for a hot and ready pizza. The level of unprofessionalism is upsetting and really needs to be addressed franchise owner should be ashamed of untrained staff members and their level of unprofessionalism. I hope this review doesn’t fall on deaf ears, and this type of service shall be addressed.

Tried to order pizza for a Halloween party online and the online system would not allow me to place my order, stated I needed to call the store. I called the store and the lady that answered said I can only place an order online. I tried to explain to her that it would not allow me to. She said that is the only way. She refused to take my order

The service is the worst, they had my order just sitting there on the, and they forgot about me, And when the young lady asked what I was there for, I told her my name. She laughed and said we forgot your order, meanwhile, other customers that just came in are receiving their orders or being told they are not accepting anything more orders, because they are backed up, It's 9:00p.m. " You close at 10 p.m. So me and my did not get our pizza. Attitude sucks service is the worst and the atmosphere is dull !! 😔

As much as I enjoy Little Caesar's pizza, I refuse to go back to this location again. The employees and management lack even the basic customer service skills and will ignore you until they're ready for you. One of the managers even threatened to take me outside after I asked for a refund for waiting 20 minutes after I was notified my order was ready. I'm pretty sure this location is a front for a drug ring so I'll go elsewhere next time.

I placed an online order at 8pm with an ETA of 8:30-8:35. I got an email at 8:51pm saying the order was ready at the counter. I arrived at 8:55 and gave them my name for the order. About 30 other people came in and received their orders in the time that we waited for ours. I'm not sure why they marked it ready when it wasn't even made yet. At 9:25 they asked us again what order we were waiting on... And then blamed us for not saying something sooner when the man serving guests was on his phone and making conversation with other customers while we were waiting. How is it my responsibility to make sure you do your job? Maybe don't mark an order ready when you don't even have it made yet. And on top of that when he blamed us for our order still not being ready, he then said there was a mistake and they had to remake it. We got the order at 9:38. So all in all we waited almost 2 hours for one pizza and one order of wings and were also given attitude because of their mistakes. Not once did we see a single employee wash their hands by the way, even after touching a cell phone, which is absolutely disgusting. Nobody here knows what they're doing and they clearly don't care either. Editing to add the food isn't even that good 😭 the pizza was still not even made correctly lol I ordered the pretzel crust and it was just regular crust with salt all over the cheese. Whatever. Will never go to this location again
