Came in from out of town and passed through Rochester. Looked for some pizza and found Pontillos. The pizza was great and the wings crispy! I met the owner of that location. Real down to earth guy. Great place great food. I would recommend to anyone.

Love Pontillo's Hudson Ridge. Delicious pizza,. Sauce is tasty and they have a perfect topping to dough ratio so even with multiple toppings your pie is never soggy.

It had been some time since I ordered from there because we moved. Ordered recently. The pizza seemed smaller than other places, but it was excellent. The wings were also fantastic.

I've had pizzas from several of Pontillo Pizza parlors and the Ridge Hudson location without question is the absolute best tasting pizza. Plus the fact that you are offered pizza with options from their menu, such as thick crust, extra thick crust, extra oregano, extra sauce, extra this extra that at no additional cost. The service and staff are exceptional...My go to pizza store all the time now. Terrific flavor especially with the curly pepperoni, their dough, sauce and mozzarella are top shelf. 5 Star

I ordered a sheet pizza and they gave me a large pizza.the pizza was not as good like before.

Tried to order on-line, but would not allow me to get to cart and finish process. Had to order by phone.

Too much butter in the wing sauce I tasted more butter than the sauce itself, you need to cut back on the butter, this made the wings so-so I'll be surprised to see if the owner reaches out and responds

Cannot even tell you where I should begin. I haven't had pontillos pizza in years. Got a coupon flyer in the mail, thought I would give them a try. Omg what a mistake. I had a coupon for 1 large cheese pizza and 12 chix wings for 27.99. Not bad right. Well they charged me $5.99 delivery charge. R U kidding me. Just f-ing wow. So I kept looking and I found a coupon for same order for $25. and a $2.00 delivery. I am all for keeping the small businesses going but this is just totally out of control. It really is too bad that they havr6to take advantage of people during this crisis. Just wow... I am so sorry I gave pontillos a 2nd chance. NO THANK YOU!!!!!

Came in and asked for pizza recommendations as i am not from the state and have never tried Pontillos and the blonde guy at the register seemed like it was the first time he's ever been asked that.. had to wait for a guy in the back to chime in on popular pizza options.. we ordered no mushrooms on one of our pizzas and it's like they took that as a challenge to load it with as many mushroom as humanly possible.. we didn't bother making a fuss but probably won't return. 60$ for two large pizzas that were essentially glorified Lunchables.. as other reviews stated the crust is bland and a horrible texture, the dough and toppings are ok, and the sauce can't really be mentioned as there really wasn't much sauce on the pizza.. the place is decorated with kids and drawings and old looking signs, it's a cute spot but in the front they have one long table with 4 chairs, they could easily do 2 or 3 small tables to accommodate more groups as it was an awkward standing position in there. It's almost feels like being punished for trying a new pizza place... nothing worse than going out and spending money on something mediocre

The food was good there at one time,but as time has gone by,the food has become expensive,and the quality has gone down hill. I have switched over to two other pizzeria's that have quality and food taste's better.

Look elsewhere Prices are high & vary between locations Cooks don't have gloves on or hairnets Standard wings are undercooked well done is burnt both have almost no sauce/flavor. Better options: Marks, Salvatores, Little Caesars, Rookies.

Hate it! I used to come to this place and get some good pizza and wings but now I come in there and theres always teens in the kitchen, playing or talking over the food. Then if you order wings they come dry with no sauce. Its always a hit and miss with this place. Sometimes they'e good ALOT of times they're bad. Go to a different pontillos because this one is a joke. Update: In response to the owner, I wrote this review over a year ago and I have not been back since. If you guys have changed and put a stop to kids playing around with the food in the kitchen then god for you. But as far as I'm concerned I would never suggest anyone go there.

If I could give zero stars I would cheese pizza had no cheese

My fiance and I order from this pontillos twice a week and have for the past 3 years. We order online and after a crazy work day I ordered online this evening and when I got the pizza it had no cheese on 75% of the pizza. I had made an error and accidentally selected no cheese on half some how but there were only 2 slices with cheese. When I called and spoke to the manager Colton I was trying to express to him the mistake and see if there was anything he could do and he immediately interuppted me, before I was able to share with him what happened and would not let me speak and was very rude. I will never order from there again. Customer service is everything was very disappointed.

Only 1 out of an order of 10 wings, that barely had sauce on them, was a flat. The rest were drumsticks. We paid for an extra bleu cheese because our last order they didn't give us one included, and they only gave us one this time. A medium pizza is $14.90 before ANY toppings and toppings are $2.00 per topping, regardless if you put it on half or not. After all was said and done, we paid $47 (after delivery and fees) for our food to be made unsatisfactory. There are better local pizza places to support.

I'm upset I have to even give them 1 star...first time and last time I've ever gone there to eat. Kids were hungry after a football game. Ordered a pizza and wings. Pizza was NOT made correctly. I asked for a pepperoni and cheese pizza, with half of that with banana peppers. I received a pizza with all of those ingredients on one side of the pizza, and the other was just cheese. The wings..OMG.. most of the pieces I ordered did not resemble chicken wings, and was "dark" (inedible) or burnt, or dried out, and I could see that because they didnt add any sauce to the Buffalo wings I ordered. Gross gross gross.

I did not ask for a refund, I did not expect to get another pizza, I simply wanted to politely let them know. The first person I talked to was very short with me then said she would go check. The second person barely even let me speak before telling me I was wrong and rudely and very angrily said he’ll make it again and it’s going to taste the same. The pizza did not have blue cheese on it (see attached photo). It was a sweet chicken pizza. I’ve had both kinds of pizza from there dozens of times. It was not buffalo chicken. The way they spoke to me was so extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never ever order pizza from this establishment again.

The wings themselves were completely inedible texturally and so "under sauced" that the only way to describe it is they tasted like they had been very lightly tossed in sauce... then rinsed off in the sink to remove all traces of said sauce, then microwaved for 15 seconds. Completely baffling. Finally, the ranch tasted expired and left me dry heaving. Big waste of money, had to buy dinner twice.
