The food is always good for a chain restaurant but you can't skip the cheesecake. The Godiva cheesecake is amazing! Our waitress was not the best but she was ok. The chicken Madeira is always my go to and it's a great portion for the cost.

Incredible experience in every single way!!!! I went with a few of my friends after homecoming, and even though we got there barely thirty minutes before they closed, they didn’t make us feel rushed at all. I’ve worked in food service for years now and I can totally understand the frustration of a group coming in right before closing, but our server (Anabelle, I think; she had an undercut) was AMAZING! I loved her so much - she made us feel super welcome and was incredibly helpful. Whatever she gets paid, it’s not enough. The booths were huge and it was like the rest of the world was cut off and it was just me, my friends, and our food - which was delicious, by the way. I got the stuffed mushrooms, and they were fantastic. All my friends loved their dishes, too. And don’t even get me started on the cheesecake! It wasn’t super expensive, either. Definitely not within the average budget for highschool students, but for a special occasion it was completely worth it. Came out to around $30 per person for a drink, meal, and cheesecake, which I’m pretty sure is a super good deal for restaurants like this (again, highschool student, I have about $50). Either way, I’ll definitely be coming back at some point because my friends and I were really just blown away. 10/10 trip and give Annabelle the recognition she deserves for being so wonderful!

I've been to this restaurant a few times now and I've always been impressed with the food. The chicken Romano is delicious, with the chicken being perfectly cooked and the sauce being flavorful. The Alfredo pasta with chicken is another great option. For dessert, I highly recommend the red velvet cheesecake. It's rich and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The fresh strawberry cheesecake is also a great option. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. I'm sure you'll enjoy your meal here. Love this place! We've dined in and have used the curb side to go service and have always had a great experience! We usually try to go during the "off times" to avoid the crowd, although even when crowded we have had great service! The food is always consistently good. They have a huge menu so there's always something for everyone. The price is fair for the amount of food you get and is very comparable to other restaurants in the area. Great atmosphere and a great place to take your family for dinner or special celebration! Highly recommend!

Had a family gathering for dinner. They have so much to choose from. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Our server was pleasant and attentive to our needs.

I initially wanted to try it because of the Big Bang Theory, and while I enjoy the food, I didn't like the prices. However, we have since been ordering take out and I'd have to say that this is one of my favorite restaurants. It's still pricey but by ordering takeout, we aren't ordering drinks or cheesecake, so the cost isn't bad. I typically stick with the Chicken Bellagio accompanied with grilled asparagus and ricotta cheese appetizer while my husband will try various different options and is always satisfied.

I have a great experience every time I go to the cheesecake factory! Cheese burger egg rolls will always be my favorite! Vanilla bean cheesecake as well. I had a raspberry lemon drop for the first time and oh my gosh it’s so good!

I've been here in the last two months for two of our birthdays. The food is good, especially the cheesecakes. I think when they do the kids' food, they shouldn't overcook the chicken tender! They were so hard you could have broken glass with them. Lol The Truffle Honey Chicken dish is good, but they have little sauce and so much batter on the chicken that it doesn't cook all the batter. Had to take chunk of it off to eat the chicken under it. The best dish of the night was my wife's dish, the chicken carbonara.

The waiters are great that administration and supervisors are very personable and of course the food ! my favorite is the sesame ginger chicken. It’s on the skinny licious menu and I don’t feel guilty eating it. They also accommodate me with my request in some changes to it and bring Service with a smile. They have great specials if you’re part of their rewards program and I have used them multiple times.

I am glad I made a walk-in to the store even though they were fully booked for 2days, very nice lady from the reception was able to accommodate a table for 3. Our waiter Christian was nice and even he packed us extra bread to take home, he made suggestions and that didn't go wrong

Lunch date outside and it was perfect! It's always super busy here - not many people eat outside and we got seated right away. Annabelle was our server, she was fantastic and on point. She recommended some of her fave lunch dishes and I was happy with the Cuban Sandwich!!! Don't forget to sign up for rewards on the website and get your free cheesecake! Yum!!!

My boyfriend and I haven’t been to the cheesecake factory in years so we decided to go out for a date there. Food and drinks were good as I remember and our server Angela was nothing short of amazing ❤️ she was attentive, kind, and make sure we had everything we needed. My boyfriend actually has an allergy to cinnamon, but has never tried the cheesecake. We told her this, and she went more than above and beyond, and even grabbed the ingredient list for the cheesecake he wanted to make sure. People like her are definitely needed and appreciated in the service industry. Whenever we go back, we’ll definitely make sure we’ll ask for her table if she’s available!

The Cheesecake Factory consistently lives up to its well earned reputation. The dinner is always delicious, the drinks are refreshing, and the cheesecake transports your taste buds to another dimension. Prices are reasonable, and the ambience is truly spectacular. While a short wait is to be expected at a restaurant serving such mouthwatering meals, we’re typically seated within fifteen minutes of arriving, even without a reservation. That said, I highly recommend making one, especially on weekends. As for dessert, you can’t go wrong with any choice, but my personal favorites are the Tiramisu and Oreo cheesecakes. No matter what you order, you’re in for a treat.

We had the chicken alfredo and tiramisu cheesecake among other options and they somehow overheard it was my birthday and even decorated my plate and gave me a candle! Truth be told it's one of my favorite places to go when I'm not so sure of what I want to ear. Their menu has really good options for even the pickiest of eaters, if you get there and still don't know what to get A GOOD SLICE OF CHEESECAKE ALWAYS DOES THE TRICK. The assortment of flavors makes choosing just ONE SLICE kinda hard (red velvet cheesecake is my #1) but it's soooo worth EVERY CALORIE. Their staff is always pleasant..the food is worth your money & the drinks quite tasty! Parking is plentiful and it's handicap accessible. It's your average cheesecake factory, but the decor and vibes at night are certainly worth it. The servers are kind like stupid nice. We had free rye and white bread loaves with butter. There was a really good looking bar near the front. I personally had Sheilas chicken Avocado salad it is tangy and enjoyable, definitely not bland. It's on the sweeter side of salads and um..over a 1000 calories but if your eating here let's be honest. Nobody looks at the calories and for your own mental health... DONT Anyways atleast it's a high in volume Other people with me notes: Chicken Alfredo pizza style was kinda bland 3 other people with me have the salmon, they said it was done right. Cajun salmon is delicous was all they noted, one said the broccoli and with their meal wasn't steamed enough though

They definitely need regular check ups to ensure this doesn’t happen.

The food was absolutely delicious! Our server was very friendly! The food took a while to come out but the place was packed so it’s no fault to her. I ordered the Pretzel Bites with Cheese as an app, Mac & Cheese Burger with fries for my entree, and the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake for dessert. The portions are large so my party of three split the appetizer and dessert between the three of us. My only real “complaint” is that the Tropical Tea was very bitter even with three packets of sugar in it. Could just be personal taste! I will definitely return!!

You can almost never go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory. Sometimrs there is a long wait but that is because everyone loves it here! The best part would definatly be the cheesecakes. I sometimes drop in at the Barnes and Noble just to have dessert thats from here when I just want a quick bite of cheesecake or muffin with a latte.

I haven't been in a while. Believe it or not, I'm not much of a cheesecake fan! I had the Korean bbq, which was good. The appetizer was definitely not worth the money! The dynamite shrimp had no bang! Very bland.

Went to lunch with my wife. Service was great, staff was friendly and attentive. We ate out on the patio where it was much quieter. Food was great, I had a lunch salmon plate and it was just enough and was full after that. We got our cheesecake to go and that was delicious. I had the Tuxedo .. something (forgot the entire name). Can't forget, the drink menu was good as well. Plenty to choose from. The one con, is the menu is huge which is good for variety but my preference is to have a slimmer menu variety.

Food, service and atmosphere have been great in the past. I’m rating because people should know that if you order Doordash from here that it could be delayed heavily. I went to pick up an order on Friday night that was supposed to be ready at 6:38 pm. I didn’t leave until 7. And while I waiting I had to stand outside behind a little gate facing the patio area. Weird and awkward. I understand that it was a busy night and everything, but numerous people who walked up after me got their orders right away. Not sure if the one I was picking up got lost or forgotten, but I figured people should know to factor in a little bit more time when ordering from here in case they’re on a time crunch for whatever reason.

The chicken alfredo with perfect & its chicken was tender. The flat bread pizza the cup&Chard pepperoni was very good. They started us off with two breads that were both a bit stale though. The coke a cola I had was cold & not watered down. The bath room was clean. The cherry cheesecake and the Reese's chocolate cheesecake was also good.

Delicious food, prompt service, gluten free options, and KILLER cheesecake! I also was very impressed that our server noticed that the birthday girl did not want a lot of attention brought to her and discreetly gave her an awesome birthday treat. Seriously though, that gluten free pasta...yum!

We liked it very much. It's not my go-to but okay once in a while. I enjoyed the roast beef aus ju French dip sandwich. Done just right, tasty sauce, not salty. Had the peanut butter cream pie. Was absolutely delicious! Big piece, tasty, not too overly peanutty, creamy, and the crust would cut and crumble to a perfectly done treat. Nice job.

We had an amazing server who was very nice and informative and knew the menu and what ingredients were made in some of the dishes. My husband and I don’t get to go out often but when we do, we choose here first. The menu is so extensive there is something for everybody to enjoy ! We ordered two appetizers and by the time our food came, we were so full. We were not leaving there without cheesecake of course so we took that to go.

We asked for outdoor sitting. It was a cold day, but they had propane heaters that kept us warm. We shared a bottle of Riesling for $34. We also started with an artichoke and spinach dip. It was very good. My kids ordered the impossible burger. They enjoyed their dish. I ordered the Monte Cristo. Serving size is quite generous. Taste is okay. Service is good. However, we got our bottle of wine after we finished the dip.

The Cheesecake Factory always seems to be busy but also has plenty of space so it never feels over crowded. The staff have been awesome and are usually pretty attentive. They do have a massive menu so if you don't know what you want you are likely going to find something that will make you happy. This time around I tried brunch and has the Chicken and Waffles Benedict. Every part of it was cooked to perfection and it wasn't overly sweet either. I would definitely recommend it is you like a sweet and savory breakfast or brunch.

Went for a birthday dinner of my fiance. The ambiance is amazing and the staff is well trained, professional and friendly, I go to cheese cake factory for every special day as they have amazing food and environment. My last trip was a bit disappointing as I was served cold soup and that was not expected from them. Other than that everything is amazing and I love their strawberry lemonade the most.

We've never been, I tried something that I wouldn't normally try chicken with a mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes. It was good. My wife got breaded chicken with mash potatoes, and the breading on the chicken was less than desirable. No flavor what's so ever. Looked great until you bite into it. $106 plus tip. Little pricey for what it was, in my opinion.

Would have gotten a 5 star had they only made my pick up order on time. Placed my order at 8:21am for a 5:30pm same day pick up. Came right after work expecting to run in and grab my food but they didnt have it ready yet, waited another 30min before they had it ready. Dine in is always a pleasant experience but this definitely was not. Delayed the rest of my day and had to cancel other plans. I would not recommend pickup unless you ask them to have it ready 1hr before your intended pickup time.

The Cheesecake Factory is always a fun place to stop by. Whether you're look for brunch, lunch or dinner their vast menu is sure to have something you'll love. Today the kitchen must have been a little backed up, because our lunch took an unusually long time to come out. Sometimes that happens, no biggie. We had a bottle of champagne, a couple cocktails and a few appetizers while we waited for our mains. The server was great, attentive even though he was super busy, and very helpful. For apps we had the Cajun Shrimp and the Ricotta Roast. The shrimps were banging and the the ricotta had a nice citrus finish. Our bottle of Veuve Clicqout was chilled nicely and a reasonable price. For lunch we had the chicken shawarma and shrimp tacos. Both were packed with flavor and so delicious! My crispy french fries paired perfectly with the shawarma, it reminded me of drunk nights getting doner plates in Germany. Cheesecake Factory is a fun, tasty place to check out for a wide selection of flavorful dishes.

Carne asada 7.7/10, small sizes of beef, Miso Salmon was ok, 6.5/10 Dinner size 7oz fish, lacking sides, Chicken shawarma 5/10 because it was lacking protein & flavor more lettuce than chicken it was all lettuce at the bottom, Kids size Chicken tenders were bland, no flavor. Ashlyn the waiter had good energy until she had to take her break. Overall good service, The Cheesecake Factory focuses too much on presentation and Large plates rather than the flavor & portions of they're food.

This is your typical cheesecake factory experience. Finally was able to try the ahi tuna poke nachos as 2 other locations did not have them. They were spicy but very good in my opinion but I love sushi. The spicy chipotle chicken pasta was mediocre and was lacking a chipotle flavor, my friend got chicken Alfredo and it tasted like water. I tried it as well and it was terrible, no flavor, tasted like noodles cooked in water too long. The stuffed mushrooms were burnt on top. The corn tamale cakes were good.

We usually are never disappointed with the food- that is why we always return - however, today, we tried a couple of pasta dishes ($25.00 a piece) received very little protein- very little - so basically paid 50 dollars for a 3 dollar box of pasta- actually thought it was important enough to share with the manager and all we heard was a lot of nothing. love it love the atmosphere but it's so expensive forget about getting any dessert they look delicious but this for a slice of cake and it has been even before Donald Trump got in there the prices are extremely high and not enough food portions but I love it when I get a gift card for mother's Day or birthday

This place has a nice vibe and very family welcomed. However the dinner experience is below satisfying. We arrived at 8m and three dishes we tried to order are not available. And we only learned about it after server tried to order for us and came back to let us know those are not available anymore, 2 times. Most food was average except the steak and salmon was NOT okay. Mash potato very dry, and steak is in small cubes that just too tender. Maybe that’s why they cut into small cube for easier chewing. Also the pasta was also too dry which we need to ask for more cream, and was told that they get this comment a lot. Restaurant is very family friendly and we appreciate that.

The cheesecake was excellent The service was great but the bathrooms were destroyed and it was really dark in the restaurant. For the amount of money you pay to go to a restaurant like this and it being upper scale those bathrooms should not have been destroyed like they were. No toilet paper or toilet paper missing in all stalls, Garbage is overflowing and toilet paper and paper towels on the floor. I would not return to this one.

I drove 13 miles for Louisiana chicken Past but instead I got lousy chicken Pasta. Pasta was soggy and no flavor ew how disappointing ive ordered this many times b4 and enjoyed it this resturant is going down hill.

As a group we ordered 3 separate entrees, all for steak meals. We asked for medium. Well preparation as well.... 3 things that made this a bad experience. 1- portion size! For a 30 dollar entree alone, the portion size of the meat was about 3 oz. Of meat, yet the 3/4 of the rest of the dish was mashed potatoes. That was consistent on all entrees. 2- was how it was cooked. Well done and chewy. Even the little bit of steak we received, it was well done and chewy. 3- we mentioned this to our wait staff, politely and descreetlt during our meal...and they did absolutely nothing about it. This is why we don't go out to eat anymore as a family. Spending $350 and the quality of the product does not add up for what you pay for.

Food was tasty but that was about it. Took our son to the bathroom and my partner asked for a few boxes and the server boxed up our food back in the kitchen. I didn’t realize until we got home that somehow a portion of my steak easht included in the box. For $50 a meal I would expect my whole meal to be boxed up or next time just give us the boxes. Also tip should NOT be calculated post tax and the waiter shouldn’t stop at multiple tables with my card on them either.

I ordered a pasta dish and when it arrived, there was a piece of a steel wool pad in my dish ($30 meal). I alerted my server and he asked if I wanted the cooks to remake it. I said yes, with the hope they would take the steel wool in my dish seriously. While it was being remade, I overheard the employees saying that my dish was the second steel wool fiber found in food today. My replacement dish did not have any wool, but there was never an apology from anyone. At the end of my meal our server half heartingly offered a free dessert. My meal was never comped, never apologized for, and this reoccurring issue was not taken seriously. Please check your meal for metal shards if you order food from here. 8/10/25- No response back yet. I submitted customer feedback on the Cheesecake Factory website, as the company suggested, the day I wrote this post originally. They have not responded to me or reached out to discuss this safety matter further. 8/14/25- Matter resolved.

The service was great but the food that I ordered was not worth $20. I ordered the french dip onion burger. I googled it before ordering it and lets just say when I got mines it looked nothing like the online pic. I ordered it well done that it did come as but the portion size was small like a $5 dollar Mc Donalds value meal. I will never order that again. It's best to stick with what you know when you visit the Cheesecake Factory.

I recently took my daughter to The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate her 12th birthday because she loves cheesecake. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The food was terrible. My daughter’s pasta was served dry and cold, and my son ordered the Chicken Parmesan "Pizza Style," which was so greasy he wouldn’t eat it — and he’s 15 and usually eats everything. Both of my kids left their meals untouched, which says a lot. To make matters worse, my daughter was so put off by the experience that she didn’t even want the cheesecake she was so excited about. I ended up paying $124 for a birthday meal where none of the food was eaten. This was not the kind of memory I hoped to make for my daughter's birthday. We will not be returning.

The cheesecake factory provides an unsafe environment for delivery drivers who attempt to pick up deliveries. They provide very little protection from the cold weather, especially when it’s extremely cold. They ask drivers to stand in the cold while they prepare items to be picked up for delivery. This provides a very unsafe environment for older drivers. The Cheesecake factory can and will be sued if a driver such as myself becomes ill due to their policies .for drivers serving on separate delivery platforms!

I ordered my favorite meal from here thru Door Dash. When the food came, it was left on my porch by the driver so it was cold. (No fault of CF) But when I got it in the house and opened the top, I was sad to see that my food was Burnt!! I called CF for a refund or to bring it back myself so it can be made again and I was told I couldn’t and that I had to contact Door Dash abt my problem. I dnt understand what Door Dash has to do with the way the Cheesecake Factory cooked my food. The cheesecake factory was not trying to compensate me in anyway, for the lack of service I received.

My experience dining in was fine until I arrived at home with the meal we ordered to take home for my husband. The spicy chicken sandwich and I upgraded to the sweet potato fries for an additional 1.50 I paid $150 for 3 people and this amount of fries would be laughable if not for it being beyond irritating. There is like less than 20 fries in a large paper cup.

My daughter wanted to come here for her birthday for one reason only:) come to find out they sold out. My food was over cooked and not good. Appetizers was cold! And the cheese cake was definitely old! All in all everything was horrible! Will not be back

These are the chicken wings they gave me ….. I did order them through door dash pick up and paid about $19 for them. DoorDash was unhelpful so I contacted the manager and he told me there is nothing he can do. I don’t recommend ordering the wings… and do feel they should be removed from the menu I had seen another guy post about his wings and he had the same experience. I do like everything else I have had ordered from here and ate when we go out to dinner I just don’t think I will be a repeat customer again for the lack of resolution on the issue. I don’t think offering a replacement appetizer is an unreasonable request considering the quality of food I paid for and received.

Was there on 1/11..had meatloaf..terrible…black gravy.. was left under heat lamp toooo long. Coffee cost 4.95…and tasted like old old coffee..service was well we had to stack plates at end of table ourselves before she picked them out …but the cheesecake was good And

Came here to celebrate my friends birthday. And was appalled by the service or lack thereof. Steak was wrong twice and they took 45 minutes to remake it. Manager blamed it on “fillet is the thickest” whatever that means. The manager was rude. Our entire party finished their meal before the new steak came out and he didn’t see the problem with that. The waiter was basically whispering the entire time even after we told him we could not hear him. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the service we received.

Had reservation for 2 at 2Pm on a Thursday. Asked for a booth-did not get one at first was shown a table. Asked again for a booth and was told to wait a few minutes-ok. Hostess called us up a few minutes later to seat us, but then realized another couple was sat there even though they got in after us. Ok fine. Was eventually sat at a booth. Waiter was ok until he hit the glass of water that completely soaked my fiancé. He did apologize and helped clean it up but she was absolutely soaked. We stayed anyways because it was her birthday. No manager come out to say sorry, no”free desert on us” nothing. Very crappy. Food was good but $$$$$$ $12 for a slice of cheesecake???

Tried to make a reservation for 7 people several days in advance, as this location often gets busy and often has a wait. Couldn't do it online so had to call, and was informed that she could NOT make the reservation for any more than 6 people. Absolutely bonkers policy and very poor service experience. I'm not interested in waiting 45+ minutes for crappy chain restaurant food after making every effort to avoid that outcome. Just another reason to enjoy one of the many wonderful LOCAL restaurants we have in the Rochester area. I will be avoiding the Cheesecake Factory for life.

Doordash drivers are made to stand outside under a "heat lamp" while biggie bags up to-go orders pretending she doesn't see you. The she'll proceed to come out , huff past you without acknowledging you, and waddle off to give the order to a customer in their car. If she'd said something to me I wouldn't have even wrote a review, but since she didn't I'll let you all know how I feel here.

Spent $100 on a pick-up dinner & a few appetizers and one, the pizza flatbread which I ordered for my 4 year old, was so burnt that the paper it was set on was burnt to it. Everything else was fine but having a toddler that won't eat the only thing you got them for dinner sort of ruins the meal and Im pretty upset. Sort of expect more from this place.
