Kind of expensive, but my food came out very fast and was very good. Service was good and speedy. Couldn't ask for much more.

Carl's Jr is by far the most underrated best hamburger and breakfast Burger on the plane. Robert Louis Mountanos.

The beyond burger's are actually juicy and thus far the best veggie burgers I've had for this price range. The restaurant itself could lower the jazz music a few decibels and consider a color other than red. Besides that this place is great.

It's a burger joint. But they serve quality food. And they are vegan-friendly, so they serve the best vegan burger- the Beyond Meat burger, which tastes closest to prime hamburger and has the same mouth feel (chewy). On a Big quality bun. Heinz ketchup. Lettuce leaf, grilled onion slices. Pickles. (Cheese and mayo if you want.) Perfecto! The BEST chain vegan burger in the U.S. 🍔

This Carls location was clean, efficient, and made my order perfectly. The order taker, Alexis, was very welcoming and even had a brief encounter with the manager, Edwin, who was personable and professional. This location was among the best I've visited. Would absolutely recommend over the Healdsburg location.

Tonight I went to the drive thru at Carl's Jr. where we ordered 2 $4 deal meals. Our server for the night was Dan. My first impression of him he is a very good worker! He seems like a cool guy was friendly and took our orders very well. Two thumbs up for Dan an excellent employee. He can be employee of the week every week and please give this man a raise asap! Dan's customer service was excellent and he was very professional! I'll surely go back to Carl's Jr. again and want Dan to serve me! Thank you buddy you rock! :)

We arrived at around 14:20 on a Friday and it was VERY quiet. I was expecting the worst but what we got was great food and really efficient friendly service. Thoroughly recommended.

They were really nice and helped me decide what I want. Very clean area and the food had a good taste. Solid 5 stars for the star store.

My husband and I went through the Carl's Jr that is located in Rohnert Park after we did some shopping and we got in on the 2 for $8.00 deal and we ordered 2 of their Western bacon BBQ burgers out of the 3 burgers on the deal. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious, we also got a small fries for my hubby and a small soda the fries were hot and fresh also. The time we visited this restaurant was early afternoon on a Sunday.

This is my Carl's of choice. We live in SR, in-between 2 other Carl's Jr locations... I prefer a n place that truly listen and make my food exactly how I like my food made... my food is always hot and fresh. Thank you! That's worth the drive and Great customer service! This is the Fish Sandwich spot, try them well done... yummy!

We got a chicken club blt, it was amazing! So good. It was all we got just the 1 sandwich, no drink, no fries. So I was beyond shocked that the total was $9.56. It was good but not worth that much money. Carl's Jr is way over priced and one of the most expensive of the fast food places.

I was literally at the opening party for this restaurant approximately 37 years ago. I've experienced every manager to come through here. I'm not big on reviews. I should be because I'm also in customer service. However, something happened a couple weeks ago, that I just feel I have to express my feelings on the management here. The manager, Irwin, Ivan?? For fast food Carl's provides much better food than McDonald's. The meat tastes fresher, the condiments are more flavorful.

Fast Clean Friendly they make my imposter burger separately from the others which i appreciate so much. Even zucchini on the menu! Enjoy quick hot food on the go.

I only go there to see the Pink Lady. She's the best. Brenda is pretty amaze. The whole crew rocks and is very accommodating to those who are shelterless. I'd share my fries with Brittany any day!! Yes please, all day.

Food quality has been consistent for decades. This location is generally in good shape but it's age is starting to show, it's been around since the mid 1980s and the restrooms show all of that age. The tvs in the dining room are off and they got rid of the wifi.

Prices have gone up, but where have they not? Service was pleasant, tables could have been cleaner. My favorite thing- their music playing was soft (not "smooth") jazz, which I found incredibly pleasant and relaxing. I'll be back again.

The service was good but the food was just okay. Seemed like the burger patties have gotten thinner.

Did not have buns for Hot dogs or lemon for tea. Was given a 10%discount on my order. Clean but old, needs updating.

They screwed up on my order and the fries were still cold. The manager gave me some expired coupons. Have had better service from this place.

High priced food now attracting rich people. Just go there only when there is a coupon and if they have five dollar deals because the food is still good enough for poor people.

Biscuits and gravy was good there was hair in my bacon and the grease tasted old very disgusting bathroom dining area was not sanitary people were extremely nice but needs to work on their clumsiness and clean their soda area

The food was good, but 2 burgers by themselves shouldn't be $14.75 at a fast food joint. Again, the food iself is good just too pricey for what it is.

Onion rings are too expensive, and burgers are too small but if you have coupons they are cheaper.

Middle-of-the-road fare Standard menu, nothing unique or Region-Specific. Staff didn't really care about customer experience. Blah their bread/buns were dry and dull and there was a general disinterest in anything seeming to make the food interesting. Heavy interest in promoting dis-interest. Blah typical.

Manager was very hard to communicate with. Employees are very nice and help out. Service is a bit slow but there are usually good reasons behind it.

Ridiculously overpriced! It cost you over $13 for a hamburger fries and a shake that's not right and it's definitely not worth the price. The same thing in and out would cost me around $9 Max. I probably will not be back soon only if there's nothing else nearby

They were out of alot of items and the price on the board the price online and the price I was charged were all different. Almost 15$ for 1 med breakfast burger combo. Then it took forever.

The cost of a simple meal is a phone bill and what's the most ridiculous price is a medium soda =$3.50 that should be against the law .we are not at Walt Disney world for god sakes

Staff are polite but the food isn’t that great. Fries were overcooked and the chicken sandwich was small and tasted old. Not what I was expecting considering that CJ is supposed to be a higher quality fast food chain

Food was probably the worst Carl's Jr food I've had. It made my wife and I both sick. The restaurant was dirty, which was surprising considering they had hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere. By the way, someone needs to learn how to spell sanitizer. The the people behind the counter were having very inappropriate conversations not conducive with a family friendly environment and the people who they allow to loiter in the eating area are not very respectful.

No sodas because the water doesn't work. I asked for no onions because a co-worker is allergic and the screwed that up. I would've gave them 1 star but the cashier can't count and gave $30 extra for my change.

Stop by to grab a bit. They were out of coffee, orange juice, jalapeños poppers. They couldn't brew a new batch. They staff was standing around talking. Will find another place to go next time.

Was ignored at the drive thru for 10 min. Walked inside and nobody acknowledged me. By this time two trucks were in the drive thru and they got their orders taken so I decided to try again. I ordered my food then waited an additional ten minutes before getting to the window. All told it took in excess of 30 minutes to get my food. The man at the window identified himself as the manager so I told him what had happened. He started acting arrogantly and proceeded to make excuses at which point I told him I didn't want to hear it. I handed him cash as I took my food from the counter and told him to keep the change. As I began to pull away he had the audacity to make a sarcastic remark about me. To which I responded in kind. I will not be returning to this establishment.

We sat at the drive through window for 25 minutes waiting for our food tonight and when I knocked on the window asking if there was a problem, he snapped back at me "its still cooking" pretty slow for fast food. He also didnt say a single word taking our money or giving us our food. Terrible customer service, and awful food.

Made an order was ready to pay with my card the card didn't go through I spent 15 minutes calling my credit card company going back into the store while my food got cold my credit card company saying everything on there and works and the manager tried the card again one after 5 minutes he says oh it's an American Express card we don't take American Express so I spent about 30 minutes total wasting my time while waiting in line then making the order then calling the credit card company . I almost never come to this Carl's Jr because they messed up my order several times before and I drove home once I got there I realized that I'm missing some food even now when I was in line dealing with this two people came in ask them they they forgot to put in their food in the bag but I still decided to come here because I do like Carl's Jr but again I was disappointed again because of management. He runs around looking busy but when it comes to it satisfaction of customers is lacking to say the least. And the vibe that I got from the manager is similar to a chihuahua.

Thursday, June 15 at 11:00 A guy at the speaker didn’t reply for almost a minute, so I pulled over to the window to check if it’s closed. So, the person who was answering on the speaker that night started complaining and arguing with me as soon as he opened the window. When I told him that I was checking if it’s open or closed, he kept telling me that I had to wait. 🤷‍♂️ So, at the end he refused to give me the order. Please check the suitability of your employees.

I came in a few days before Christmas to purchase a gift card as a present. 2 people working and neither of them could figure out how to process the gift card. They charged my debit card and then proceeded to try and load it on a gift card, but were unsuccessful. I asked to just refund my debit card, as it was taking to long and obviously wasn't going to work out. He said the refund was issued and ill see it within a couple days. Needless to say I never received my refund, and I have been in a few time now to get this sorted out and nothing has been resolved. So here I am with no gift card and out the money. If you're looking for a gift card I recommend going anywhere else but here to purchase one

Went through the drive thru. There was no customer inside the building and had to wait a total of 20 minutes for my burger. Finally arrived and it was the most dry inedible burger I've ever experienced. The wait time was unacceptable for the quality of food. I get that it's fast food but it still shouldn't taste like dirt. Took two bites and chucked it. Cashier at the window was very kind.

I ordered food here last night. As the only person in the drive thru line it took over 10 minutes, food was ice cold and the chicken was raw. NEVER GO HERE YOU WILL GET FOOD POISONING WITH RAW MEAT
