Opinions de Chipotle Rohnert Park
Attentive employees, a good location, and consistently good food make this one of my favorite places to visit. The steak burrito, now available with queso(!) is a standard option for me. Despite the extra cost for guacamole, it is still a reasonably priced lunch spot, as well.
I have been there twice in the past week and enjoyed it for Chipotle. Servive is very good and so were my burritos.
I was a regular here for the last 3+ years (~4-5 days/wk) and they are consistently the best run Chipotle in the Bay Area from an order accuracy and efficiency standpoint. A+ I’m going to miss the crew there
The company I work for ran into a catering issue—we’d placed our order for the wrong day! But the wonderful people of this Chipotle said it was no problem and had our enormous order ready in less than thirty minutes, and it was delicious! And all of the preparation occurred while they continued efficiently serving the regular hungry lunch crowd. Definitely recommend this Chipotle to anyone!!!
I had the best customer service experience! I watched the previous orders of very filled tacos get gently wrapped to keep all the goodness from making a mess for that customer. Then it's my turn and the front line crew were just wonderful and upbeat! Oh, yes...the food was great!
I know this chain has taken a battering in the last few years, but I've never had any problems here. The staff is always nice, the premises are clean and the food is fine (for what it is, it's fast food, I'm no connessuer). I always get a veggie or sofrito bowl, and I'm always satisfied. Atmosphere is corporate and inoffensive. It is what it is, that's why five stars.
This place is fantastic! Beautiful and cool ambiance. I really appreciate the service chipotle has provided me. Food is delicious. Special thanks to the manager Marty who helped me clean the mess that I made after spilling my drink. He greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. What a wonderful experience. Will definitely comeback. Highly recommended!
I ordered a bowl from one of the workers around 1:55, and had the rest of my order filled very fast. The cashier was quick and would have had me done and out expect for the fact that I forgot to ask for a warm tortilla. I unfortunately did not see that’ll would have been better for me to ask at the start of the order, and so I saw no problem and was taken back by the negative reaction. I wasn’t sure if I had been given utensils for the bowl, so I proceeded around the corner where I believed them to be, but was told not to go there and sit down. Egos aside, I shouldn’t have walked out imitating the worker who said that to me. I could see what I believe to be the same worker complaining about me outside of the store while it was driving away, and it was then that I realized what I did. I have worked in the “fast food type” of restaurant that chipotle is for 3 years of my life, some during covid times. I get it, and I get wanting to leave. I just wanted to apologize, and also compliment the store on its professionalism, and the quality of the food.
Just a fantastic experience the customer service rep completed my order as intended within 45 seconds and the restaurant is clean. My favorite drink at chipotle is the hibiscus lemonade and they had some freshly brewed the meat and vegetables were so fresh you could taste the vibrance. One of the best chipotle locations I’ve been to.
The one negative thing about Chipotle is that they don't offer a phone number for customer support. Furthermore, the restaurant is unable to issue a refund for any missing products on your order.
My husband and I have been eating here consistently, the past year or so, about once each week. We have noticed a huge recent shift in management. Jeremiah brings so much joy and delivered us exceptional customer service. It really changed our experience here, as it has not been the best under previous management.
Today I was helped my Adriana, I want to share how impressed I was with her customer service. She is kind she pays attention to detail positive attitude and she knows her stuff every customer ahead of me was delighted and it was contagious. Thank you for the experience. In a world where we all must do our jobs its so different when we enjoy doing it. Kuddos!!!
I do not understand the bad comments that I read before visiting this location. This location has quickly become one of my favorites. The line moved fast, the food was fresh, and the team was really friendly. One of the workers, Paislee, was especially great. She greeted me with a smile and made the whole process easy. I will be back!

Good and clean place. Good service too. Food options and taste is typical for Chipotle.

Love the fresh food. The employees were not very friendly. No atmosphere.
A decent lunch place here. Not too expensive either. But anything under $20 these days is considered cheap. Male employee was nice and helpful today.

Once again it takes 20 minutes to get served. Busy take out Tons of people and no one helping ant I have been going to this Chopo.lte for 6 years. Food is good. Service is mostly horrible. Most of the employees stand around and talk about boy friends and other stuff non work related. Then when it get a busy it turns into a fire drill. No white rice, no steach. They are rushing to find or cook it. I noticed the fire drill started to happen in middle of my order. It was a big order. I asked is my steak cassidia is in the bag. Yes it is, big line. Get home no it is not. Chipotle needs managers.
Generous with the portions and open pretty late which are both awesome. Could improve with a few things that are common for most chipotles… drain the ingredients WELL so the burrito tortilla is not soaking wet, mix the ingredients at the end to blend them before wrapping so you don’t get a bite of all just one thing, and also offer to toast the burrito at the end to crisp it and melt the cheese like in the tortilla press or something like that which might also help to prevent soggy tortilla and make it a lil crispier.
It's plause ! Boring ! I did not know it was Fast-food cafeteria style...Not my cup of tea ! I was attracted to go to Chipotle because of the television commercial and the brisket and fixings in a bowl and a drink $25.00 I definitely will not eat at a white establishment trying to impersonate Mexican cuisine. I prefer real Taqurias where you , get a choice of carne (meats). No ! Not ever ! Again...been there done that ! Never again LL KOOL RAY 😎 FRISCO STYLE FOOL !
Good food but the prices are awfully high.
My daughter loves the kids cheese quesadillas. They are reasonably priced because the kids meal also includes 3 sides , chips or mandarin, milk, juice or fountain drink for around $6. She only eats the quesadillas and we usually make a small meal out of the rest. Chipotle changed it so that you can only have rice and beans as side options and they don’t allow you to get the quesadillas a la carte for $2.50 if you don’t want rice and beans. It’s kind of unfortunate because the majority of their food has spice to it except the cheese quesadilla and the carnitas… Anyways , besides this small change , our family has been chipotle fans ( one of the kids first choices when eating out) . The food is consistent and the service is usually great.😊
It's been a year since I get the last review. I really want to wait because I gave four star last time. And I'm being very honest I can only give three star. I never had rude worker they are nice that's all I know. So I can only answer for myself. Service are nice. But food are not. Been 6 month nothing improving much maybe if I get fortunate once in a while I might get a lovely cook meal properly done. Until today I will be fair. In the picture I wish it's not full of fat. I wish it's all cook I mean not perfect but cook like a real steak should be cooked instead of putting the fat and all the unnecessary left over in there. Really it's like they putting all the leftover steak fat in there that's about to throw away LOL. I mean I wish it can be cooked all the way for thickness instead of having red meat.

I’m usually happy with Chipotles service and food. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this branch in Rohnert Park. The person who waited on me was innatentive and rude. The chicken rice bowl was watery. Won’t be back.

I tried to pay with a Gift card, but their system "wasn't working" so I had to use cash. On top of that, they were out of cheese. They acted like it is my fault if I can't pay for the burrito some other way. Apparently before you go to chipotle with a gift card you need to call ahead to see if it will even work. Otherwise you are paying out of pocket. *Edit: Tried to call ahead today, over a week later. This one location apparently still can't take gift cards. I knew the employee from a past job so they at least treated me like a valued customer. They comped my burrito to make up for the last encounter. Thank you Noah.
Definitely the worst Chipolte I’ve ever been to. Dirty in and out, bathrooms were gross, homeless folks setting up camp in the corner, employees acted like they had been smoking marijuana all day.
Gotta have more than one person making food at dinner rush hour. Come on. Plus every available table was dirty.
I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place sucked. I used to go probably once every other week and recently the prices have seemed to gone through the roof. $25 for a bowl, queso, guac and a small drink. Not to mention when I started eating, the chicken was cold-lukewarm and half of it was borderline raw. The service was very very sub par. I go to order the food and I try to put on a good face because I know the job isn't fun. The entire staff of the food line was coming off as if customers were a burden. And then when the line is empty, they're bubbly again. The last 2 times I've been here it's seemed to have gone downhill.
Now I know why I haven't gotten something to eat from here in a long time. First visit in over a year, my wife and I decided we'd give it a shot. Got there with about 4 people in line. The wait time was 10-15 minutes. We finally came up to place our order. First sign that things weren't going to go well, the server didn't offer a hello, just a "what can I get you". My wife went first, she's vegetarian and ordered the tofu sofritas. I watched, kind of disgusted on how the server, a young woman, slapped the ingredients into the bowl, so fast I felt she was competing in the Olympics of burrito bowl building, with the final move, slamming a handful of lettuce on top of the bowl and smashing it down onto the guac. Yum....Then it was my turn. Same kind of slam bam thank you ma'am show, flinging bean juice all over. This whole time not a smile or acknowledgement that we were there to get our dinner. Time to check out, asked for Blanco Queso and chips, was told no chips. I asked for the queso on the side and basically they said "what!?" as if I was still ordering chips. I had to "remind" them that they didn't have chips and that all I wanted was the queso...$26.43 was the damage. Took our food home, about a mile away, sat down to enjoy our thrown together bowls and the real kicker happened when my wife, who has been a vegetarian for 8+ years, took her first bite and realized she was eating chicken!! That did it. I drove back that "long" mile hungry and upset. Went in and expressed my dissatisfaction with ALL that I experienced. Really not happy eating a cold burrito bowl and definitely not going back for at least another year, or more.
Rude workers. I was really need of the rest room and she said buy first then you can go. Really

We all know Chipotle tastes okay~ This location was out of cheese. I asked if they could substitute their “cheese sauce”. They said that would be an extra charge. I asked if there would be a discount since there was no cheese to include. They said no. You can’t have it both ways Chipotle. I was going to order 4 bowls and burritos but instead went to a restaurant. I see why there was no line and only one customer at this location.

Walked in 15 minutes before closing and they had zero meat choices zero they claim they shut the grill off at 8:30 PM even though they close at 10 PM the staff is rude and half the time they never even say thank you and just seem unhappy or ungrateful to be there very disappointing service this chipotle is horrible I used to work at the store in Marin. and we never shut the grill off two hours before closing do better chipotle you’re slacking.
Had chipotle for the first time ever and was utterly and completely disappointed. Had the burrito bowl with steak. Had to spit out pieces because the steak was gristly and it looked disgusting. Not visually appealing at all. They didn’t even get anyone’s order right and there were 3 of us. I will never eat at a chipotle again. EVER!! Definitely not worth the $$!
Food Bins are constantly low or empty and look burnt. Everything is very sloppily made. Watching an employee carry and open a stepladder and then use the same hand to dump ice in the bin and then push the ice around within the bin - without a glove on - is absolutely disgusting.
Absolutely the worst experience. The food was cold, the meat was VERY dry, we had never been to chipotle so we ask for help. The employee had no idea how to explain anything about the process the food! The manager stepped in quickly, loaded up our three tacos which were cold, dry and expensive. Our table had crumbs and grease on it🤯 needless to say we will never frequent another chipotle. I feel for the owners, maybe they need to be there to see exactly what’s going on at the restaurant. Didn’t want to give a one but zero was not available.😝
I want to start this off by saying that I used to work in the food service industry, so I hesitate to leave bad reviews, even if I have a bad experience, but this place is so consistently horrible, that I feel the need to warn people about it. To start off with, the food is regularly very poor quality, from consistently stale chips, to hard rice, to fatty, gross meat. I also know several people that have gotten food poisoning from this location. Also, the portions are consistently small. I have had more than one occasion that I got home and could fit all the food in my bowl in half of the bowl. Looking at some other reviews, this seems like a common occurrence. The worst offense for me though, is the rude attitude that most of the staff has. I get that everyone has bad days, but every time I go in, at least one employee is rude to me. They act as though you coming in is annoying, and any time you ask for anything, it’s a major inconvenience. I went in today and they were out of nearly everything. Their solution was to serve tiny portions to try to stretch the food until more was ready, and when I asked for them not to do that and told them I had no problem waiting for more food, they acted like I was the biggest inconvenience, with rolled eyes, glares, and a lot of huffing. One girl went into the back and pulled a pan of meat out of nowhere and started emptying it on my bowl. Not sure where it came from, but I ended up with a lot of different kind of meat scraps, not just the carnitas I had ordered. It was super disappointing to spend $30 only for my boyfriend and I to both be hungry afterward. Overall, most people I know drive to the Santa Rosa location to avoid dealing with this location, and I’m inclined to start doing this as well. I like Chipotle, as it is a healthier fast food option, but this location is a waste of money every time.
The place was pretty clean. The gripe is that the portion sizes are miniscule. 15 dollars for a tiny burrito and soda. Staff acts like you don’t exist. I used to work retail and sales. I get it, it can suck. But being rude for no reason is ridiculous. Your money can be spent better somewhere else.
We were about to buy food at this branch but this employee in her 20s with brown hair, in a ponytail and hoop earrings treated us so terribly. First of all, the store was open but the door was locked. We kept trying to get in and the employees were just laughing behind the counter versus helping us get inside. The door finally opened after multiple tries and I let them know that there was something wrong with the door to which they just responded yup and threw their hands in the air (with a “I don’t give an eff attitude”). Anyway, the extremely rude young woman refused to serve us and just walked into the kitchen saying she needed to take care of an online order. Her attitude was terrible and we decided it wasn’t worth eating there. It was honestly disgusting. She does not care about her job. She definitely doesn’t care about the customers. I tried to get her name but she did not give it to me. Please fire her or you will lose a LOOOT of customers. We went there today Dec 26 at around 11:30am.
Eric is incredibly smug and rude at this location. I not only had an unfavorable experience with him today, but a few months ago I see him eat cheese right on the line. His coworker at least had the good sense to tell him to change his gloves. Gross!
I ordered, to pick up, a burrito bowl with extra chicken, fajita veggies, sour cream, corn salsa, rice. I got raw bell peppers, raw onion, about 5 pieces of chicken (no exaggeration), and no sour cream. I place an order at least once per week without problem. It was close to closing time, but, really? And it cost me $13 and some change. They’re clearly more concerned with profit than customer service.
I order chicken burrito and I asked for red hot sauce on the side because I don’t wanna inside in the burrito. I request on the side, red hot sauce.they charge me sides $1.55$, I didn’t ask for extra. I just asked for it on the side if I ask red sauce, in my burrito, then they will not charge me just because I asked for the side they charge me extra I don’t like it. I didn’t notice when I see my receipt and I ask him why are you guys charge me for the side? I didn’t ask for extra. And then he said like we charge for on the side and then I explain to him I don’t ask for extra and then he’s like oh no whenever you guys ask for on the side we will charge you. I feel like it that’s not right. I’d rather to go another chipotle because they don’t charge me if I asked for on the side because I’m not asking for extra. Host name Jeremiah
We ordered online to pick up. 4 kids meals were ordered, 2 with chicken and 2 with steak. ALL 4 kids meals had no meat, and one drink was missing. Customer service did not offer a refund initially, instead trying to give us 4 future kids meals. We won't be back here ever, so that was not helpful. I haven't even looked at the adult food orders, I assume they'll be wrong too.
Picture speaks a 1000 words. Took a bite out of the burrito I had ordered from Chipotle and noticed a long black hair. Took the burrito back and the employee showed no remorse but tried to defend herself that it could not have been her hair.
When my wife brought this home I thought it was leftovers. Nope. This was the initial serving size and presentation. Consolidating it shows the container is about 75% empty space. For 15 dollars. So.... Won't be back.

Really simple way to lose a customer. "Hey can I use the bathroom before I order?" Nope- ok see ya.
Staff acts like they would rather be anywhere but there. The portions are measly. They basically skimped on everything in my order. First time I had a burrito bowl that weighed about 8 ounces. All the ingredients were well below the lip of the bowl.
Super paltry servings of meat and guac. The lady said they were “out of cheese because the staff hadn’t prepared enough” on a Saturday night at 8:30pm….. go to Santa Rosa their locations are way better
Staff was huffy with my husband when they made his order wrong, to the point that though they offered to remake it, he didn't want to deal with the attitude and just took it as is. I had a gift card that wasn't read correctly on the first scan at the register, and rather than try to accommodate or make any effort to find a solution, the staff person at the register just told me that the machine "doesn't like gift cards" and did nothing. I realize we could have pushed back in both instances to get what we needed ourselves, but we honestly were just too tired from traveling to deal with the attitudes and wanted to get our food and go home. The real kicker is that when we got home, the rice in my burrito was literally half raw and practically inedible. I don't think we'll be returning to this location.
Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’m guessing the management is terrible. I’ve given this location so many chances and decided it was time for a review. They are constantly out of major ingredients. The morale must be awful because every time I go everyone seems miserable and they are definitely not friendly. Major bad vibes and always being out of stuff. If you need chipotle go to the Santa Rosa location- SO much better.
This location just does not keep up with the standards of the other locations in the area. The food is often incorrectly cooked, items are missed (when ordering online) which aren't discovered until returning home with the food, and the rotating cast of people who work there also lacking in any general friendly customer service. One thing I have run into more than once is this location running out of cheese. I had been standing in line at the store for about ten minutes looking forward to ordering a burrito when one of the servers announced that there was no more cheese and it was only for online orders to one of his coworkers. When I asked him about this, I inquired if there was anymore in the back or anymore that could be shredded and the gentleman at the counter informed me that all he had was available for online ordered. He said something about he only had two trays to get through the night. Like I said this has happened more than once to me and even when ordering online. I usually find out after I've ordered food. This is like if In N Out ran out of cheese for their hamburgers. Sometimes people run out of ingredients and things happen but it seems like this location doesn't understand how to order enough food for to stock their kitchen for their volume on any given day. I would shrug it off but like I said other locations are much better in all areas and it's frustrating when you have an expectation that chipotle has sit itself. Additionally, when suggesting they talk to their manager about this weird policy, he said "do it yourself." So rather than waiting even longer and ordering online, I decided to leave and take my money elsewhere. Please stock your kitchen properly.
The last two times I have gone to this location, they have gotten my order wrong. I don’t eat meat or cheese and the last time I went there, I realized halfway through eating my burrito at home that there was cheese in it. I just threw the rest away and moved on. It happens, and there was nothing I could do about it. This time there was a large piece of beef in the burrito. I noticed it immediately and spit it out, and I didn’t see any other chunks so I tentatively continued eating because that was all I had for dinner. I soon found a full load of beef in it and just threw it away. I haven’t had dairy in 10 years and meat in 21. Again, stuff happens, but I definitely don’t feel like I can trust this location any more.
