Small, basic taqueria in a strip mall serving quality standards. Burritos were fresh and flavorful. Street tacos were overflowing with meat and toppings. Chips and a nice selection of salsas came with the dishes.

Went in this morning with my family. Food was delicious and prices are great compare to many places! Veggie burrito was outstanding the Menudo amazing as always. If you want great service and outstanding food visit them it’s more than worth it!

Amazing spot if you appreciate the simple authentic Mexican plates, convenient speed and great portions compared to surrounding spots. Bonus points for offering a little salsa bar.

Excellent taqueria that has gotten even better under current ownership. Very popular with the indigenous, and you may need to tolerate a Spanish language TV channel. I enjoy the tacos much more than the chain competition.

Ordered 10 Super Supreme Burritos for lunch at 11:20a today. I was feeding 10 hungry, hard working people. I was there and back with hot food within 30 minutes. All around the table...man this is great food, amazing flavors. It was a hit!!! The folks behind the counter were Super Supreme as well!!! We'll be back soon

Just one of those great hole in the wall places locals know about and might be overlooked by visitors if you weren't tipped off. They have fantastic Mission style burritos. I love the Al Pastor. The salsa bar is all handmade deliciousness.

This restaurant prides itself on its food and service. Both were excellent. Christopher thoroughly explained the menu and was very respectful and courteous. I ordered the nachos and was greatful for the generous portions and great quality of the food. The order came quickly and for being a first time guest was offered a coupon to use for when I return next time. I will be coming back and sincerely urge you to visit this restaurant today.

Authentic Mexican food. Salsa bar is simple but wit great tasting choices. I couldn't make up my mind which I liked best but kept trying each of them (you are welcome). I am a vegetarian but wanted an enchilada and a taco; they didn't blink an eye before saying they could do it. They prepared a very tasty plate that didn't disappointed! Simple, inexpensive, delicious. Don't over think and you will be pleasantly surprised about the quality. Oh, and the staff was very friendly!

This place is definitely one of my top favorite Mexican Restaurants in Sonoma County!! Every time I come here after a long workout at the gym!!! The main cooker always does an amazing job making my Super Burrito and soft tacos :)

I ordered 2 street tacos yesterday and they where the greatest, today I went back because they were so good yesterday. I opened the box today and it looked like someone does not know how to make street tacos. It's too bad. Who ever that cooked on friday was the greatest. I will go back then, but the guy today needs lessons.

If you're unsure about what to get, ask for the crispy (shredded chicken) tacos. They are amazing! Truly a 10/10 food once you drench them in your favorite salsa. My friend and I keep coming back over and over because we can't stop thinking about them! They taste just like my grandma's cooking straight from her kitchen in Guadalajara. What makes the crispy tacos here so good is that every ingredient, flavor and texture comes together beautifully to form such a perfect, wonderful gestalt. The meats here are never gristly and are perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt. The tortilla is fried in such a way that the shell never falls apart or breaks! The shell holds its structural integrity every single time, down to the last bite. The vegetables like shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes are always bright and fresh. I've never gotten old tomatoes here. The cheese and sour cream are always a cold and perfect and they bring everything together by providing a cool and tart counterbalance to the salty meats and fried oily shell. Every flavor is balanced just right once you bring salsa into the mix. My only complaint is that the salsas here are all mild, and I wish the salsa was a little spicier like they do in my home town of Jalisco. Anyway, once your'e done with the taco, you're left with a wonderful "salad" comprised of everything that fell out of your taco as you were eating it. I will always eat the remaininng "salad" of ingredients with a spoon, followed by a thorough licking of the bottom of my plate until it's clean. There are very few places where I will want to clean my whole plate down to the last drop- this place is one of them, as is El Roys. Only difference is that the crispy tacos at El Roy's aren't as good as this place's.

The owner really takes pride in his food and it shows. I'm addicted to the crispy tacos there. They're really really good. Almost exactly like they taste in Mexico.

I can't say enough about the authentic food, and the chips are my new favorite. They were busy, so the service and food were slow, but definitely worth it. Don't expect speed. Just enjoy conversation with your date.

Haven't disappointed me yet. I'm newly vegetarian. Hard to find food that has that same hearty character I always loved. Veggie burrito doesn't disappoint. More than just rice, beans, and carrot shavings. Not sure why most restaurants think vegetarian is synonymous with lifeless and bland but these guys don't. Good job! Only advice, maybe start thinking about meat substitutes for ex-carnivores. Just a thought.

I've lived in RP for a few years now and always saw this place but never went to it. My son was begging for a burrito and all the places around are not that good and I saw this place got great reviews.so went grocery shopping and as I was finishing up I called to place a pickup order. The really sweet girl on the phone was so nice and told me 10 to 15 min. Perfect. Finished my shopping checked out and then went right in and yes had to wait a min there was a line. I wish they had more salsa the bar was pretty empty at that time.. but amazing green and red salsa! Burritos were great size. Great price and bothe the chicken and carnitas were so good. Good service when I picked up and was looking at the menu while I waited and I wish I would have got the crispy tacos...I will be back soon I wanna try a few things. This place his a hidden gem of the city. I'll be back soon!

It just tole me I visited this place. I sure did. A few times. It's good enough that my Disc Golf Club has meetings here. Pitcher of GREAT beer and a chip/salsa or two then, I dunno, what tonight? Enchiladas? Burrito? Taco? tostada? I don't know. It's all GOOD. Service is good. I think I know where I'm going tonight - oh wait - nope - going for Pie-ay-ya (however the heck you spell that one - sound it out, yeah, right!) tonight. I'll review that tomorrow. But, If I weren't going there - I'd sure hit this place tonight.

I was pretty surprised by the underwhelming flavor, though. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good, either. Just ok. I got the Al Pastor super burrito. The salsa bar is just ok, too. Seats in the restaurants are kinda dirty. I’ll give it another try sometime, but with lower expectations.

I had a marinated chicken super burrito. It was meh. Nothing much to say besides it was very messy and cold. The salsa bar is disappointing.

Everything is good, good tasting food, good customer service but the reason why I give it 3 stars is because the waitress and cashier have 2-inch dart nails and I'm not exaggerating, it's by code that long nails are not allowed in restaurants.

Went to spot 1st time since my tip v. Winkle and rediscovered the proficiency. Salsa containers are extra after 2. Don't know if they bug about bringing ur own.

I had a soaked torta stuffed with carnitas. It was flavorful but light on the meat. My friend loved the chili verde plate.

Food was ok.. but I asked for two items with rice and beans.. it was almost 20 dollars. The specials were less than a third of that. I was told because my portions would be much larger. They were not. And the cashier pointed that out. So I figured they would adjust the price or something.. nope I was told it wasn't a menu number so everything was charged separately..and if the didn't do it like that. They wouldn't make any money

Salsa and chips lacked flavor, burrito was well made with excellent flavor combination but the chicken was stiff and also lacked flavor.

Terrible!! There super burritos are smaller then a regular burrito Iv ever been and there regular burritos look like you would buy it on a kids menu. Very long wait for anything, because you got the host flirting with a guy about tattoos! Once you open up your burrito it looks like a burrito salad everything is everywhere they don’t really even wrap it ! Only thing good is the Horta and if there’s any salsa that’s good also.

I order California burrito to go. they put in my burrito only sour cream potato chips & chicken ⚠️ No rice No beans No guacamole 🥑⚠️ It was feel like I’m eating potato chicken burrito not a California burrito. I love La Hoya Mexican restaurant food I love there food the best Mexican food but they closed 😔 you check there rating reviews they got the best reviews but there food is best out of best I have No words. Whoever was at the register was so rude! They have this complicated credit card machine and it's totally backwards. The guy behind the counter was so disrespectful to me because I thought he said I could take my card out of it and I actually wasn't supposed too. I guess I had pressed the wrong button too. I apologized for the mistake but to him it was the end of the world because he had to do the transaction all over again.  He started talking to me like I was stupid and enunciating every single word he was saying to me. Maybe you guys should get a new machine for credit cards. Even though I misunderstood him doesn't give him the right to be rude. He was hard to understand to begin with.. The food was HORRIBLE too. I will never recommend this place or even eat here again. Work on your customer service!!!!
