What a cute place! Ordered takeout. The service was fast and the person taking my Oder was get with suggestions. The pot stickers came with 2 different sauces and were nice and crunchy. The noodle salad was huge and the sauce was great! Small inside but they had a couple tables outside.

I did a take out. Food was was excellent. The restaurant had a nice vibe and set up. I bought the 4-spring roll/chicken which were excellent - very fresh and great texture and flavor. The yellow curry with chicken was very good as well. I asked for extra spicy a d it definitely was! I will be definitely be back.

This is literally the place to go to if you’re wanting a tasty delicious bowl of pho. I got the chicken pho and it was perfect. Husband and I will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu! I haven’t been to simmer in a hot minute and the remodel looks really nice!

This is my first time at Simmer and I am enjoying it! I ordered the pork and garlic noodles. The pork is cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavor and the garlic noodles are super yummy. Will definitely return!

Massive quantities of amazing food!! Such a great place, I really wish we had one of these near my home. The petite server gal with dark eyeliner was so kind, so professional and so responsive. She will be absolutely successful in life. The other servers were also pretty nice and the food is just PHO-nomenal.

We regularly order food from here for our work lunches, and it never disappoints! I always get the yellow curry chicken with white rice—it comes with veggies and is absolutely delicious. I recently went to dine in with a friend, and even though the place was busy, our food came out quickly. We had water and also ordered beer. They accidentally forgot our second beer, but once they realized, they gave it to us for free—such great customer service! Highly recommend this place! The people are friendly, and the food is amazing every time.

Anna is my girl. She's friendly, bubbly and helped us choose our menu items. Food was good and decently priced. Clean restrooms. Large parking lot. What more can you ask for? She wants to be a nurse. She will be perfect once she gets there.

Please of my favorite restaurants in Rohnert Park. The birds nest is excellent and the bun bo hue is the best soup I've had outside of the sf Bay. I wish they had a larger seating area because it can get pretty stuffy in the restaurant when they're busy, but I will usually order to-go anyways. Something to keep in mind tho. I highly recommend the birds nest or bun bo hue with the crab rangoon or egg roll appetizer and a Thai iced tea. Make sure you get the sweet and sour dipping sauce with your appetizer before you drive off. There's a 40% chance the staff will forget to put one in there. But I still highly recommend this place.

Quantity was good but had more bell pepper forward. Then I had a vegetable PHO that was excellent, some pieces needed to be cut smaller as the big pieces carried to much broth that got all over my shirt. Plus the waiter spilled Pho on the table delivery and it was on my shirt, pants and in my shoe. Service was attention was great.

Fantastic food, we had food jets delivery because of the SIP....i will definitely order again. Edit: Went one year later and the food was fantastic as usual....they get 5 starts from me this time. Thw.place was clean, the service was great and the food was yummy

I just tried their famous garlic noodles and am not impressed at all. They taste like regular noodles. I don’t taste any extra garlic. Also their meat ball appetizer was as if they cut up a fancy sausage and put it in a skewer. Not good at all. I will not be ever going back to this over rated restaurant!

very strange interaction. was given a 200 dollar gift card. finally got around to using it and they claimed they don't use that card anymore and had no way of knowing what was on it. they then said the owner had records of it, but when in the hall near office could hear him tell our waiter to just offer 35 beause they didn't know. they allowed food ordered after the waiter said she would honor what i said was on it. then claimed the max was 35 when meals start around 20 and said this when the bill came. its illegal for a business not to honor it and losing 165 dollars is unnacceptable. will never go back and recommend others steer clear of businesses that are shady like this. will probably file a claim with better business because it sounds like this is a normal practice to thwm
