When my daughter and I get together movie a movie KFC is something we often get, she likes dark meat and I like the light, We've never had a problem other than maybe not getting the honey goo for the bisquets. Generally we have it delivered so I can speak to service or atmosphere but in the past I found them both to be acceptable.

I went to the drive through tonight at 9:40pm and was hoping they weren't cleaning up yet and to my surprise they were still serving food, Lucas went put of his way to make sure me and my wife were taken care of, and had a very happy attitude about being able to serve our food so late. Thank you again Lucas I hope you see this and get a raise for the great customer service.

I don't know who yall got working the late night shifts but I hope he's highly paid! He literally is one of the most personable fast food workers I've ever seen. Always has the most upbeat and happy attitude and it makes my day whenever my boyfriend wants to go here after he gets off work. Foods good and you always get the sauces you ask for. So kudos to the cooks as well! All around always a good experience. 👍

I only drive through, so can't speak to "atmosphere" - but the drive through folks I've dealt with have all been super cool! There was a young lady last week who was so chipper and friendly, great vibes 🙏 the usual guy is also swell!

The employees are so sweet and caring here. I came in and asked them if they could make fresh chicken, and they were so kind to say yes. I have had the worst day, and these guys literally made my day better. Thank you 😊 🙏 💓

I was very pleased with the staff they were very kind and fast and efficient. My family 12 pc meal was hot and fresh I will definitely be coming back soon for another family meal or even just for my lunch break !!! Thanks guys for the wonderful service and great meal.

I was very satisfied with my recent experience at this location. I visited the drive thru, the staff made me feel valued and gave me friendly prompt service. The food was delicious . Very fresh food in well organized take out boxes. Thanks so much ❤️

Honestly...."THE BEST" Drive thru & all around customer service at any Fast Food restaurant that I have ever had! Ever! The wonderful female employee who took my order at the drive thru, was not only pleasant but she helped me decide what I wanted to order, since I am indecisive but she also helped me by explaining how to order, so that I saved $. The gentleman who helped me at the Drive thru window was also very pleasant & hhelpful. I was so happy with the service, that I had to commend them for it, as soon as I drove up to the window to pay for my order. Keep up the great work. That's what "customer service" should be like everywhere & all the time. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who took my order at the Drive thru that evening. I would call the corporate office to praise her work & try to get her a well deserved raise & promotion if possible. She did a great job. In fact they all did. My order was correct, prompt & my order was perfectly warm when I ate it. 5 stars......⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came in to order food and the cashier Edith was very kind and caring I asked for the food to be freshly made and diante said absolutely it will take about 20 min they were both very nice and overall great service and excellent staff thank you guys for accommodating us definitely will be coming back

I talked with really friendly employee and asked him if I could customize my order before placing with the app and he was fantastic in helping me out. After I placed the order I noticed that the address had defaulted to a previous KFC store I had ordered from 400+ miles away. The employee talked with his manager and they replicated the order for me at their store with no additional charges. What can I say except it was truly amazing and very much appreciated. Keep it up.

Sweetest girls working today around 4pm on October 13th!!! one girl decorated the shop for halloween and the other was chatting with me at the window for a moment on their group plan to dress up for work on halloween as vampires!🧛‍♀️(props for working the holiday too!) As a fellow food service employee, these girls are going above and beyond for this store, i hope they get good recognition for it by management because it stands out to us customers. Never experienced such a positive and genuine interaction at any of the other locations before, if they keep this amazing service up i know where i’ll be going more often as my go-to! Good job ladies!🩷

Nice KFC restaurant. Was quite whn i was there so my service was very quick. Short wait and im on the road again. I will keep this location in mind for another time. Plus there is a nice walk path near by to stretch your legs if your driving thru, like I was.

Took refuge in this classic KFC from Rohnert Park traffic & searching for an apartment. Food was tasty & fast. Staff was understanding & friendly. Next to Copeland Creek Trail access.

Located within a strip mall area, 4 out of 6 parking spots were for mobile orders only. Not a single other customer inside or parked outside when I arrived. No associate at the counter or anywhere until I walked around and went looking for someone who was in the back of the kitchen area, only 1 staff member working in this location when I came to visit. I ordered on the app before starting to head over after the time the app said it was finished, but when I arrived the staff members did not know I even ordered anything until she looked on her screen. Food was was actually pretty good. Chicken was crispy and hot, fries were hot as well, and the biscuit was soft . The associate prepared the order quickly and I was out the door within minutes.

They were nice but forgot a set of fries...which by the way the new fries are yummy.. when you can't go in but hungry, just use the drive up as a walk up

This location must be under new management. Quality of food and is up

I have not been here for about a year cuz things were bad The chicken was being thawed on site sometimes cookware stove frozen. This was the first time back everything was great also found out they did fish fillet sandwich so I had to try and oh my God was I amazed The best fish fillet sandwich I have had beats out everyone else Burger King McDonald's Jack in the box thin crust crispy really really good You have to wait about 7 minutes for you but that means it's fresh worth the wait. Can't wait to go back and get another one.

I paid $16.29 for 6 chicken tenders. They better be off the hook. To get the meal, it would have been cheaper. $40 at a fast food restaurant, Wow. Better get two sauces. This is crazy! Ok, after eating, frozen corn heated up not all the way. Mashed potato and gravy always good. Chicken was old. It's so sad that the prices are going up but not the standards 😔 my husband's dinner was double bacon burger, fries, and a coke $12 his was ok.

I order take out the sign said 4.99 for a chicken pot pie and I was charged 6.79 plus tax. What gives.

Delivery was great. Only problem is if we are paying for food. Customer service should be better with providing utensils for the customers. I had no utensils or honey for my food. It doesn't matter if it's the law or not. It's like the soda you need to ask for a straw that's insane. Other than that the workers are nice.

Usually ok but came today for a quick treat for the kids. Their rootbeer floats had very little ice cream and we only got one spoon. The fries were good but my onion rings were very over cooked 😞

The food was okay a little on the cold side instead of being hot and fresh, the biscuits are small, hard and cold so when you put the butter on it wont even melt. The coleslaw has way to much dressing in it, mashed potatoes & gravy are always steaming hot. The restaurant was dirty, tables dirty, seats were filthy had food all over them, the soda machine area was a sticky mess, the kids were all mixed up, hardly any straws and very little napkins.

We ordered in the restaurant - 2 chicken wraps, a spicy chicken sandwich and a box with 3 chicken pieces and 3 sides. The chicken wraps and sandwich were pretty cold even though we collected them as soon as they were ready. The pieces of chicken in the box were tiny. The wraps were dry, with just a lick of mayo. I realize it's fast food, but it doesn't have to be this bad and we've eaten much better elsewhere. We wouldn't return with this poor quality. The only redeeming thing was the shakes. Hence 2 stars rather than 1.

I was a little confused and if I had gotten a special I would have saved about $6 over the way I ordered. for the same food. Not hating on that, you know, buyer beware. But I would feel better had I been directed to the deal. So the long term repeat business was hurt.

Cold nasty dry over cooked chicken flavorless. The Staff definitely never care to serve quality food that is eatable. The lack of standards show and lack of service.

Didn’t get sause - butter - honey - Paid for extra cole slaw and they decide not to give me any - girl working drive thru is a idiot - never again - now that min wage is $11 they could at least apply them self’s

Came inside for food but no employees anywhere inside the restaurant. We left and when driving away saw all the employees (including a manager) out back. Probably not good to leave your restaurant unmanned.

September 27. Went thru drive through, ordered chicken pot pie. Was barely warm. I found bone slivers & a drum stick & 2 biscuits, no butter or honey or utensils or napkins. The girl at the window gave me my change. Dropped it & didn’t replace it. Always give coins first. Terrible food & service.

I ordered 2 chicken sliders from the drive thru. While the outside bun and chicken was warm the middle was ice cold almost frozen and the mayo was tangy, most likely spoiled. 🤢🤮 Such a shame!! They'll never see my money again. I can't understand why restaurants can't provide their customers decent food as advertised. It's their livelihood!!

My Wife And I Ate There One Time. We Ordered An 8 piece Bucket Of Crispy Chicken, And Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Corn on the Cob, Boston Baked Beans, Biscuits And Coke’s. All the Sides were Delicious. The Chicken Was Nasty! We each Ate 1 Piece. I Returned the Bucket Back To The Manager, They Never Said One Word In Reply. We Left, With A Vow To Never Return.

Absolutely horrible time. I waited 15 mins after I paid for my food, only for my fries to be cold, and my order to be wrong. I said no ice in my drink and still got and and I said not lettuce in my drink and still got it. My food was horrible I didn't even want to eat it I was so displeased with this service.

Beyond expensive. I ordered 6 piece chicken tenders NOT a meal it was close to 18 dollars. The most I have seen it everywhere else is about $10. They must have wrapped it In gold.
