Meal/Time: Dinner  Friday 553PM Party Size: 2 Seated: 554PM Ordered: 601PM First ordered item arrived: 617PM Decor/Atmosphere:  family friendly format restaurant, like a nicer Denny's.  Warm and welcoming. Service/ Front of the House: Same as the server.  Greeted almost as we entered. Service/Serving Staff: Friendly made us feel welcomed.   ALL the servers I observed were interacting with guests in a friendly and familiar manner.   A+++ to the service staff!!  Steve (name on receipt- no name tags) did an awesome job!! Food: $3 side house salad with Ranch.   Fresh and refreshing.  Red onions adds a good bite.  A little bit pricey for the amount of food. I ordered the 10oz  prime rib $25.99, but was not asked how I would like it cooked.  Got steamed veggies and a bake potato as my sides.  The prime rib is surprisingly good.   Tender and well seasoned as well as you can expect from a casual dining restaurant. The bake potato is salt and pepper seasoned and is really good.   You only get sour cream and butter as your compliments to the potato. The seasonal steamed veggies... think frozen veggie medley....not too good in my opinion. Value: Pretty good value for the money you pay.  Food is decent. Restroom: Men's room has 2 urinals and 2 stalls.  One of the urinals was out of order.   The room spacious but poorly lit.  The sink area has seen better days...the over lights were dirty and kinda scary.  The mirror's lower right corner is damaged and the left soap dispenser is missing from the wall. Will I come back?:  yes...Price v. Food and service amazing.

I had to stop to charge a Tesla, so it was a good time for lunch. There wasn't much around that I would eat ( I don't go for fast food.). I walked into a neighboring restaurant which immediately I had a bad experience. This led me to Shari's. I'd never eaten at one and gave them a try. Immediately, when I walked in, I got the warmest welcome! That alone will bring me back! I ordered a club sandwich and fries. This was one of the biggest, delicious clubs I ever had! I would have liked more fries, but the sandwich was more than enough! It really was a sandwich for two. With great food, great staff, and heart warming smiles to greet you, I'll definitely be back!

Great service! Very good breakfast items (spring omelette, stuffed hash browns; also, the maple syrup was unique and excellent!). The broccoli cheese casserole with chicken was disappointing. What was TERRIBLE were the conditions outdoors, around the restaurant. Poorly-maintained landscaping & filthy entrance area. The regional manager needs to give Manager Scott Roberts a bonus: namely, a broom and dustpan. While he's enjoying the great outdoors, he should also trim the grass in front of his restaurant. Time to behave like a leader, Scott.

We love Shari's Fish and Chips, and splurged tonight by ordering through Uber Eats, for a total of $68+ (2 orders of 2 piece fish and chips, plus 2 slices of pie). We tell everyone about the best fish and chips in the area. Tonight was unusual--the fish was slightly overcooked, the fries were limp and undercooked, but the biggest issue was the MISSING TARTAR SAUCE. We are most definitely tartar sauce people, and were very disappointed. Shari's menu clearly indicates the meal includes tartar sauce. The slices of pie were wonderful. This oversight will not keep us from ordering from Shari's, but will be sure to enter a note "remember the tartar sauce!!"

I had the Hangover burger and it was too big for the bun. As soon as I picked it up everything fell out and in had to put it back together. That being said it tasted pretty good. BIG BURGER PATTY but again the bun was not toasted and just too small. Fries were ok but not great. Pies rock!!! They are all good that I have tried. Great service and atmosphere. Very OG!!

I give this restaurant 3 stars for the food and the time we had to wait for our food. My family and I were traveling and made a stop to eat, my son likes pancakes and eggs so we thought this restaurant could be good cus we all can eat something that we like. The restaurant was so busy we had to wait for a table but barely 5 min its was super fast for it being such a busy day. Fathers day, our server was super nice and attentive, our drinks come out super fast and when everything we asked for she brought it out within two min😊 . The time we had to wait for our food was insane! My 2 year old keep asking were was his food and we were all starving it took like 45min and once it was out the presentation and taste was not the best. You will think that after waiting for so long you will at least get some very good tasting food or good to the eye at least. 😞 I get it was busy but they I feel that being such a busy day they should off well staff their kitchen and they should ask that their cook put detail in the plates they serve. While there I heard they run out of half and half and to go boxes again they should off been prepared for busy day.

Extremely disappointed to find hair in BOTH my husband AND my food, on my birthday, no less. What was even worse was the attitude we received from the manager as though this was not only normal, but acceptable - as though we were overreacting. I was told they were making a replacement plate - not asked if that's what I even wanted. What makes you think I want MORE food with hair made by the same people in the same kitchen? My husband was told, "We're just human, everybody has hair" or something ridiculous like that. I wonder if that's how the health inspector would look at it? He didn't even apologize, and the apology from the waitress was barely an acknowledgement. What exactly is going on in that kitchen? We've been coming here at least every other week for about six months because I absolutely loved this place until this morning. Again, it's less about the hair (which is absolutely FOUL) and more about the fact that I was just expected to take another plate and just be okay with it, and I'm POSITIVE he would have still charged full price for those plates. This is NOT acceptable. I'm not trying to get free food, I'm trying to pay for clean food and be respected at the same time, and I'm DEFINITELY not paying to eat hair. We left without eating and I will NEVER come back to Shari's again. It's a shame, too, that they just shrugged off this health hazard, because that's not how business should EVER be done, anywhere. Disgusting, disappointing and disrespectful.

Had the nastiest meal ever! Food was cold, not even lukewarm and not as ordered. I tried to speak with the server privately but he didn't seem to care. Now I know why there weren't many people there. I haven't been to this location in over 5 years and I will NOT go back or recommend it. Forced to select one star on each item just to post this..I tried contacting them on their corporate website and it's "under construction" so no way to complain to corporate...another business going down the tubes...

I tried this place for the first and last time. The fish had a bitter taste at every bite and the chips were a very small portion, barely a handful. The burger was tasteless and once again the chips were barely a handful. For value, this is not the place. The service was good and the staff was very friendly. Too bad the food was a big disappointment. I Will not be going back nor can I recommend this establishment.

afraid to eat food here. Upon entry, it was very dated. There was hardly a greeting, just two employees with nothing to do trying to figure out why someone sane looking walked in to eat. We got escorted to a booth and as we were told where to sit, at a booth that was busted as heck, the old man eating hollers, be careful, that one has a broken spring! And our waiter still sat us there with no offer of another booth. No personality. Multiple booths had massively taped seats, no cushion left, broken springs, etc. There were a total of 2 other couples sitting for dinner on a Friday night. Tons of empty booths and there were certainly a lot that didn’t have broken seating. I was already like wow, terrible greeting, horrible seating, okaaay… Bad first impression. The same person who sat us ended up being our waiter who came back about 5 minutes later to take drink orders so we ordered 1 soda and 1 water. At least 7 to 10 minutes go by, no drinks, and no staff to be seen so we simply left.
