Recently went to Panera for the first time and have been impressed. What drew me in was the subscription service for coffee they have which led me into the store to see the variety of meals and pastries they have that i never knew they sold. It is a little on the pricier side but so far everything has tasted great. Plus so far the customer service has been great. Plus the app makes ordering to go super easy.

Panera Bread is a dependable café when you want a comfortable place to eat and recharge because you can count on a consistent menu of fresh soups, salads, sandwiches, and bakery items that feel lighter than typical fast food, with clear ordering, quick turnaround, and a clean dining area that works well for lunch breaks, casual meetings, or solo time on your laptop, while the food comes out well portioned and thoughtfully prepared with options that support different preferences like vegetarian choices, warm bowls, and customizable meals, and the 10 to 20 dollar price range feels reasonable for the quality, speed, and atmosphere you get, making this a solid choice when you want something familiar, filling, and reliable without committing to a long sit down meal.

Delicious food! The portion for the Mac n’ cheese was smaller than expected, but I did order the”regular”. It was still very filling though. I got the French Baguette as a side and it was also very good. Normally I wouldn’t just eat it un-toasted but it was better than I expected. Another order in our group was supposed to be on sourdough bread but they had just finished baking it so it was unavailable. They were so accommodating that they offered to cut up a sourdough bread bowl to make the sandwich since their other loaf wasn’t ready yet. Great service.

I am want to say thank you to very friendly and helpful staff who were working this 4th of July. I was there with my father (94) who uses a walker. The staff came to our table and gave him a run down on sandwich selections assisted him with his drink selection, and overall so very helpful - making part of our mini vacation from Modesto to Eureka rememberable. Thanks again.

Panera as a whole has gone way downhill, so I cannot give 5…. But the staff at this store - especially those on the line and middle managers/shift managers, are absolutely wonderful. Each and every one of them go out of their way to be kind to customers - even extremely rude ones. They deserve a lot better pay and tons of kudos for all the bulls*** they put up with.

The food is decent. If you need something fast but are trying to avoid the normal fast food garbage this is a good option. They serve hot and cold sandwiches, salads, various teas, and a selection of desserts They have a drive threw at this location if you are really in a hurry.

We were here for breakfast and we got the 2 chicken sandwhich options and a green smoothie. The green smoothie was delicious. The sandwiches were good but kinda overpriced in my opinion. There are better sandwiches out there for a lesser cost. Service was very nice and friendly. It was our first time in panera bread and the lady took the time to explain all of the options to us! She was very sweet.

ETA Service has really improved in the past month or two. Happy to see it!! I come here regularly -- almost daily, as their charged lemonades are better than coffee imo. Unfortunately there are mistakes with about 50% of my orders here....and literally as I was writing that, it turns out they made the whole wrong item for my meal this time. None of my orders are particularly complicated. I don't understand how so many mistakes are made -- and they never offer a discount, or an apology, just a matter of fact "we made the wrong thing, it'll be a while longer" WHUT It's so disappointing. THE reason to go to a chain is consistency, and this location has none.

Food was amazing as always, wish there was a little more filling and a little less bread on the sandwich I had. That said, it was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. Definitely on the pricey side for what it is. 3 for breakfast was about $50.

Pretty good. Drive thru menu could be a bit bigger. It was hard to see for my passenger. Food came out quickly and was hot. The half sandwich and soup hit the spot.

The food is mostly all very good with good quality ingredients, bread bowel soups are good and the toasted sandwiches are good. You will pay a lot for anything on the menu.

Good food friendly staff. But... They would not take my cash??? She said to much fake money going around. Card please... I was like excuse me... This is united states currency not pesos or some other money. Food is good... But i wont be back. What they dont like to count out the cash drawer???

I've come to this Panera multiple times and have never had an experience like this. I ordered online for rapid pick-up because I had $5 off from doing so. I placed the order at 11am to be picked up at 2:15 pm. That gives them 3 hours to be prepared for what is in my order. I get there at about 2:10 and I can hear them complaining about my order so I get up and ask what the problem is. They proceed to tell me there is no soup left for what I had ordered and that it ran out right before I placed the order at 11am. They have my cell number and my email and had THREE hours to figure out the problem. I got NO call, NO email and NO Panera! This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. If I were in a rush on my lunch break I would be way more livid than I already am. I am completely disappointed in the way they handled this order. HORRIBLE customer service and in no way was this "rapid pick up"

I LOVE PANERA... always have. But this location is in need of some help if I am going to continue with my above statement. I know it's hard to find good help in customer service roles today, but my experiences at this site make me believe neglect is the expectation. I have lived in the area for almost 1.5 years and was excited to continue to have my favorite restaurant close to home. Within this short time 7, yes, the lucky number 7 has been the number of missed opportunities experienced. 3 times an item has been missed (half a soup, a bagel, and half sandwich), 1 entire entree (mac n cheese). My husband determined to never eat at this location again, I spoke with the manager. Instead of an apology, or even offering reimbursement (not that we wanted it, we just want what we order), he simply said "what is missing?" As if its the usual, went in the back prepared it, and handed it over without another word. So we parted. Now, a few months later, and pregnant, I'm craving some of my favorite foods from my once favorite restaurant. Hopeful we could move forward with time passed. Within 1 month, 3 more mix ups have occurred (a bowl of chicken broth presented when ordered chicken noodle soup. Literally just broth was poured in the bowl without chicken, noodles, or 1 veg), a half portion grilled cheese preswnted when ordered a full Chipotle chicken avocado melt, and a salad presented when soup was ordered. Panera corporate, please help this location. I love you as a healthier to-go option, but it's clear this is an ongoing issue that concerns me to be systemic. Our orders aren't large or complex, and just 2 people ordering 1 entree each. #verydisappointed

Stopped in food in the display case looked great but there was a nat flying around. I ordered a latte (nothing fancy) it took over 10 min when I was the only one waiting on an order. I won't be back.

I ordered a pastry ring on Tuesday, Dec.21, 2021 to be picked up on Thursday, Dec. 23 rd. I picked up & served it to company on 12/23 & it was stale. You couldn’t even cut it with a fork. I was totally embarrassed. My company came from Texas for a Holiday visit. I apologized to them, but was so embarrassed. This is the second time I ordered the same pastry ring & had the same result, STALE. I will never order this or anything from this Panera in Rohnert Park, Ca. Just had to let someone know, so no body else has the same problem. Janet

Horrible service! They were actually happy to refuse us breakfast because it was 11;03 and breakfast ended at 11:00. Even the guy behind our cashier chimes in with a smart ass response. Then when our food was ready a totally different girl snapped at my husband. All the employees at this location are absolutely horrible and rude - the owner of this spot should be ashamed.

Not the best at handling mobile orders, if you’re in a hurry I wouldn’t come to this location. To add to that, I’m trying to eat right, if I didn’t order bread don’t give me two pieces of bread thinking that’s going to make up for me having to wait an extra 15 minutes and being asked 5 times what my name is for my mobile order. You want to make up for it give me a discount not extra calories. My side was chips, not double bread AND chips. I’m glad I didn’t tip this time. Last time I did and was waiting for my curbside order and eventually just went in and got it myself. Boy the more I look through this bag of food the more I have to dock stars. My French onion soup has no cheese and no croutons, that’s supposed to come with it.

Order a Fuji apple chicken salad with no onions and 2 extra dressings. For my dinner as I work 12 hr night shifts at the hospital. I didn't double check my order as I was in a rush. It's now 1:30am and I have no extra dressing and onions all over. Onions break me out in hives. There is no cafeteria in nights and the vending machines have nothing good. Thanks to your employees for being lazy and not reading the order and following it.

Usually a good experience, however lately they are slipping. The woman who took my order had a glazed distant stare. Wasnt sure if she wasnt all there or seriously stoned. My order took forever to get there and tasted off... 🤢 thankfully I only took a few bites. Still vomited all night. Get it together people. You used to be my fav stop and now I'm getting poisoned by dopers. Disappointed to say the least.

Drive thru kinda sucks. The print on the menu is to small to easily read and worse the plastic sheets over the menu have so much glare they make the menu further unreadable. We decided to just skip the place.

( in the picture) cos the tables are usually not wiped and I usually wipe it with the paper towel myself! then they gave me my second soup which was my mom’s order without the plate and spoon!!! what’s wrong with people? is this normal or there is no observation on employees anymore?!!!
