One star reviews should be taken into a consideration before entering. The staff were surprisingly nice though, greeted us and even handed us a chair when there was one missing. However, the food doesn’t look like in the pictures and there’s an abundance of ketchup. Chance of food poisoning - medium to high.

Pris du salé et du sucré à emporter. Service assez rapide. Les produits salés pas d'excellente qualité mais acceptable. Les canoli excellent par contre. Prix un peu élevé mais c'est à cause du lieu touristique.

Terrible visit. The staff were nice but they were definitely reluctant to cut a smaller slice of pizza than we wanted. Took it to go and they leaked oil EVERYWHERE; we literally ended up tossing it in the bin. Keep going to the pizzeria around the corner by the tram. I can't give it a 1-star because the restaurant was tidy and clean, staff were pleasant, and there was no reason to call the health department.

Richtiges creepy Gefühl hier, komischer Kellner, Tisch schmutzig, keine Servierten, Toilette kaputt, Kellner versteht nichts. Wir waren froh, dass wir schnell gehen konnten. Viel zu teuer.

Wahrscheinlich die schlechteste Pizza Roms - das Fett triefte nur so raus. Und die zweite Pizza war ungenießbar und musste entsorgt werden. Wirklich schade um die Zutaten. Hätten wir das Geld in den Tiber geworfen, dann wäre es sinnvoller angelegt gewesen. Der Pizzabäcker hat seinen gewählten Berufszweig eindeutig verfehlt oder sollte nochmal in die Lehre gehen. Wenn man keinen Stern vergeben könnte würde ich dies tun! Schützt eure Geschmacksorgane und lauft weit weg!

Jus de fruits demandé pas disponibles (ne restant que poire et ananas) on nous à viré car " vous mettez trop de temps à choisir (10 minutes) et je n'ai plus que ça en jus de fruits".... Façon de parler très désagréable, toilettes sales...

Une étoile c est déjà trop ... les boissons que nous avions choisi n étaient pas dispo (jus d orange ... ) on nous a fait comprendre que juste pour boire à 16h nous n étions pas les bienvenus ...

Awful experience, I needed to ask 3 times for some dishes, server was mean and everything went wrong. Take care when you ask for the bill because the don't use official bills only hand written and they try to manipulate the final amounts. In the same time, they were asking for CASH service charge 5 times and I said if I don't see any receipt I can't do it and server got mad again 😂 funny and cringe. I'm totally NOT recommend it. Also the food seems to be frozen and after that just heated, you better buy something else from supermarket😅

They are cheaters. We asked for the medium coffee, but showed the incorrect cup size. Then charged 3 times as much. Super rude as well when called out.

2 pieces of pizza 11,80€ and it was awful. Not a traditional pizza, Pakistan pizza. Not recommended at all.

Auf Empfehlung waren wir in dem Restaurant, mittlerweile denken wir aber, dass unser Kollege uns verarschen wollte, damit wir auch einmal den größten kulinarischen Fehlschlag Roms erleben dürfen. Das Bier war eine Beleidigung für die deutsche Kultur, die Pizza eine Beleidigung für die italienische Kultur. Das einzig genießbare war der Smoothie, welcher allerdings länger braucht, als das Essen…bedenklich. Zudem wurde abgewartet bis ich diesen zu mir genommen hatte, um direkt nachzufragen, wie es schmeckt. Ich hatte eine Pizza caprese, welche mit kalten Tomaten und Mozzarella belegt war, demnach war auch die Pizza kalt. Das Menü ging von Kaffee über Pizza, Nudeln und Indisch, bis zu Burgern. Dies hätte die erste Warnung sein sollen. Der Laden ist wohl auch der einzige in Rom, der keinen Aperol Spritz führt. Dies hätte die zweite Warnung sein sollen. Zum Ende wurde der Beleg händisch geschrieben und beim bezahlen wurden wir mehrmals fast angeschrien, dass der Service nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist. Dies sollte wohl ein „subtiler“ Hinweis sein, um Trinkgeld zu geben. Jedoch war schon der normale Preis, eine reine Abzocke. Hierfür bekommt man in hochwertigen Restaurants das doppelte an Essen/Getränken/Service. Wir werden wohl nie wieder einer Empfehlung folgen, wir hätten zuerst die Bewertungen lesen sollen. Sie sind alle wahr und sollen die Menschen und das kulinarische Niveau schützen. Der einzige Vorteil, schlechter kann es nicht werden.

I didn't even get to try anything here as the man at the cash register was so rude and intrusive. I walked in and before I even ordered he asked me where I am from? I answered the question as so many people ask me that. I asked what croissant they have in their breakfast deal? He said plain. I said I don't like plain croissants so please just give me the coffee and OJ. He forcefully heated up the croissant and I kept telling him that I don't want the croissant but he wasn't listening. But then he asked me what my name is!! I told him that his questions are irrelevant but he said aw just because you are from “Australia”… I honestly couldn't understand him. I started to get uncomfortable and left the restaurant. There was another non-italian speaking client before me but specifically targeted me and I didn't appreciate it. Not a comfortable environment anyway.

They tried to scam us by making up prices (anyway way too expensive, but it's their prices anyway : for example 6.5€ for a fresh orange juice (with seeds included please)). Ask the price before taking anything. We were not asking for anything fantastic, just a quick snack. But too high prices + scam attempt (at least they gave us back the extra amount that I paid).

A fuir... 6.5€ pour un jus de fruits non filtré (plein de pépins), prix non annoncés, temps d'attente avec aucun autre client : 10 minutes. Un essai d'arnaque : il nous ont fait payer 23.60€ pour 2 jus et un panini, on devait payer 19€ (arnaque du siècle...) et quand on a demandé d'explication, la dame nous a rendu 3€70 en cash... les gens sont souriants mais feront tout pour vous arnaquer...

El peor sitio de todo roma, todo el local sucio, un café con leche a 5,50€, expresso 3,50€, no te dan el ticket ni aunque lo pidas. Se inventan los precios que no ponen en ningún lado, cuando les pides algo que no les interesa hacen como que no entienden para no tener que darte explicaciones (por ejemplo los precios).

Pedimos unas copas de elado según están en la carta de elados que tenían 4 bolas en foto pero cuando fuimos a pagar nos dijeron que solo eran 2 por el precio qué tenia la carta sí las cojimos según la imagen de la carta teníamos qué pagar 2 bolas por elado a mallores tiene la trampa bien montada para qué piques de pardillo no es gente legal sí pidés según la carta así te tienen que cobrar íbamos ir a cenar pero ya se nos quitaron las ganas cualquiera pide por la carta sí después te cobran lo qué les da la gana.Como dice el dicho Santo Tomás una vez y nada mas

I had a cappuccino here for cappuccino they ask 4.50 € i living 2 years in rome this is the most experience cappuccino i had for breakfast .. Normally 1.20 to 1.80 in 5 stars hotel charge and my cappuccino doesnt value 4.50...

The prices are ridiculously high, and the food and drinks don’t live up to the claimed quality. The service is also lacking the staff is inattentive, and the overall atmosphere doesn't make for a comfortable experience. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Non mi rivedranno più. Alla richiesta di 4 cioccolate calde ed un cono gelato per la bambina il cameriere si è rifiutato di vendere il cono gelato dicendo che è solo da asporto. A parte di essersi mostrato maleducato ed inopportuno dall’inizio ho pensato di lasciar passare e di ordinare lo stesso. Ma dopo la risposta alla nostra richiesta abbiamo alzato i tacchi.

Recensione negativa: Sono rimasta profondamente delusa dall'atteggiamento di questo ristoratore bangladese che lavora a Roma. Durante l attesa che si riscaldasse la pizza che avevamo ordinato, alla mia amica svizzera, ha espresso un disprezzo evidente per l'Italia e per la città che lo ospita, dicendo che preferirebbe trasferirsi in Svizzera perché in Italia "non si sta bene". È davvero sconcertante sentire tali parole da qualcuno che ha avviato un'attività proprio qui, nel cuore di Roma, approfittando dell'afflusso di turisti. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la sua mancanza di rispetto per il paese che gli offre opportunità. È triste vedere qualcuno che, pur beneficiando del calore e dell'ospitalità di questa nazione, non riesce a riconoscere il valore e la bellezza del posto in cui vive e lavora. In un momento in cui il turismo è fondamentale per l'economia italiana, sarebbe auspicabile che chiunque operi in questo settore mostri rispetto e gratitudine per il paese che lo accoglie. La mia esperienza in questo ristorante è stata amara e non la consiglio a chi cerca un'autentica esperienza culinaria italiana.

Questi signori non mi ci rivedranno più, sono entrato per usare il loro bagno e per acquistare un solo pezzo di pizza (tra l’altro neanche grande), questo pezzo di Pizza lo hanno appoggiato sulla bilancia(sporca) senza aver messo una carta sopra, tra l’altro questo pezzo di pizza mi è venuto a costare 4,20 €. Assurdo.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The food was not served properly — my lasagna was cold on the inside, which made the meal quite unpleasant. On top of that, we were charged twice because the card reader showed an error during the first payment. Even though we were told the transaction didn’t go through, the money was still withdrawn from my account, and it hasn’t been refunded to this day. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Wir haben in diesem Lokal mit 4 Personen zu Mittag gegessen. Über die Qualität des Essens möchte ich mich hier nicht weiter äußeren. Die Rechnung haben wir mit EC-Karte bezahlt, wobei das Kartenlesegerät einmal "abgestürzt" ist, also den Vorgang nochmal durchgeführt. Zuhause mussten wir dann feststellen, dass der Rechnungsbetrag zweimal von unserem Konto abgebucht worden war. Dies haben wir beim Inhaber des Lokals reklamiert. Diese hatte uns auch zugesagt, den zu Unrecht eingezogenen Betrag umgehend zu stornieren. Leider haben wir bis heute keine Rückzahlung erhalten!!!

Ich habe mir Sandwiches für die Fahrt nach Napoli gekauft. Als ich sie essen wollte bemerkte ich dass die Brötchen so hart waren dass es unmöglich war sie zu essen. 12€ für nicht bezahlt.

Cannot recommend a place less. The pizza tasted like cardboard with no flavor and the pasta was like eating blocks of salt. Steer clear.
