Great place. I stopped here in way back home grin Philly. Great Burritos and check it their tandori chicken wings. They are the bomb. Oh so good. Oh also the chili and cheese quesadillas. Oh my goodness

Best spot for a burrito. Huge portions and good price. Food is always fresh and delicious. The manager named Bartolo is such a nice guy!

Amazing food, quick service. Food quality is excellent. Passed this place a hundred times and never considered it. Friend recommended it and whole family loves it. One of those great quiet unknown places.

First time here, but I'll be back. The lava and fajita burrito were excellent. For someone thats been eating burritos around long island for years, the selection at burrito palace was impressive.

Halal Mexican food. Nice alternative if you are from Desi background or enjoy spicy food in general. Good portion size. Would recommend trying Mixto and Lava Burritos.

Consistently good every single time. You never leave there thinking, "I paid for THAT?" You never go hungry after Burrito Palace. The people that work there are pleasant and helpful and accommodating. Only good stuff there. I can't say a bad thing. You won't be disappointed.

One of my favorite local joints when I'm in the area. You get so much packed into one burrito, I love it. For the price it's definitely worth it and you get your food fast too. I usually get the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Burrito where they pack French Fries into the burrito. It sounds just as good as you think! This is one of those places that out do the bigger chains in delicious food. Definitely visit if you're looking for a burrito!

Was actually blown away by the food. I am not sure if it was because we did not have high expectations...but the food was delish! My husband ordered the mixto burrito and I ordered steak hard tacos...shrimp tacos...and the steak queasadilla. The burrito was enormous and addicting. I am not a fan of them...but this I would eat. Their tacos rivaled some of my favorite taco haunts. Impressed to say the least. We ordered through Door Dash so I have no idea how clean the place is etc....but I will be returning. I am looking forward to trying the chicken tiki and gyro options. If they are as good as what I ate the last time this is going to be a staple. Try it out! I am always wary of any restaurant that offers more than one type of ethnic food....so I am so glad I took a leap of faith and went for it. Thank you so much for proving me wrong! Your food is amazing and afdordable and I cannot wait to try all of the menu options ❤👏

Sauce on the side is not an issue with these folks. And too top the climax the price for a lunch for two was absolutely respectable. Hard to find good bargains these days in takeout. Give these folks a try, they more then earned my five star review. I will certainly consider patronage of this wonderful eatery.

The rice was cooked to perfection as well as the beans, love this side dish. The steak Burrito was huge, enough for my Sister and I to share. An end of era…. I’ve been getting the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Burrito consistently for over 5 years. I moved to Florida last year but every time I’m come back up I make sure to get it. Unfortunately this past trip I got the burrito, and it’s just not the same. They are no longer Halal and they changed their recipes. And the gentleman who’s has been making my burritos for years was not there. Still getting 5 stars for all the years of burrito happiness. Thank you Burrito Palace.🥲

They no longer serve halal and have an entirely new menu. I loved this place since it was very different. I cant find any other places on the island that served what they served. Their food was amazing. Ever since the new management, I havent gone back. They now only have regular spanish food items. So sad to see my favorite halal spot close down. I now drive to the miller place location when i am craving some burrito palace. Its a 20 min drive for me but always worth it. In my opinion, they shouldve changed the name of the new store and started entirely over since this isnt burrito palace anymore. Still giving 5 stars but will most likely not return to try their new menu.

I was satisfied with my food but I think the customer service could have been better for the woman who ordered before me. This customer spent $34.00, asked for a sauce and they charged her $1.00. Really? You could not have given her the sauce. Her daughter asked for sauce too and the mom said "I'm not breaking a twenty, we'll share the one." Come on, Burrito Palace, would it have been horrible for you to have given her a sauce or two? We live during tough economic times and if someone is giving you their business, show some appreciation. I have to say that this totally turned me off. The woman looked at me and was like "I just spent $34.00 and they are charging me?" I agreed with her. Remember, customer service should be your main priority.

I have been coming here for 2 years now since I've moved to Ronkonkoma. Their prices went up a bit but it still has it's great quality. I love the Pineapple Shrimp Burrito and Lamb Gyro over rice.

Menu is HUGE now. I went to Burrito Palace when it first opened, and it was a fair sized menu with semi-high prices. They have added so many new items, it's kind of crazy. Burritos were tasty. Prices were a little too high, service was quick.

He understood immediately about dietary restrictions we had and the order reflected that. He was also very helpful and friendly at pick up. I will say though that this place can be hit or miss with certain items- I remember disliking their guac even before Covid and I would pass on the Buffalo wings too. However their burritos are usually pretty good especially the Desi ones. The lamb Chapli is delish. And prices are fair, unfortunately inflation has hit everyone.

Very good food! Love the burritos!!! Steaks and onion was good. Good portions. Service no smiles, but hard working staff😊 I like the food here more than the Miller Place location, which is cleaner looking but service is worse and food is not as good. 4 stars on food and quality 1 star off for cleanliness. Overall I’ll be back for delicious food!! Thank you 😊

Food was good, the pinneaple shrimp burrito had 98% rice and the 3 shrimps were all the way at the bottom... terrible ratio and terrible rolling but the flavors were good. Also the ground beef burrito tasted like cat food. Shrimp quesedilla was spectacular.

I don’t know what happened to Bart, but since the owner started working the shop, things seem to be going down. I got my usual chipotle chicken tacos. Self explanatory what it is. I specifically asked for no sour cream. The chipotle chicken taco doesn’t even have sour cream in general, but I always put the note just in case. Got my tacos, all covered im sour cream and literally none had chipotle sauce. The guy also charges absurd prices for the green hot sauce. He charges $1.50 for the tiny cup when a full bottle at the super market costs $2.50. He also has an attitude problem. My in store interactions with him have not been good and he has little to no patience. Bring back Bart! He’s the only person that can save the place.

They've bumped up a dime or three here & there over the years so I didn't fully process WHY it was being mentioned this time & not before. I certainly appreciated the heads-up but, couldn't have anticipated they'd nearly double. What was once good & cheap is now priced similar to that which is served by better places with better food. If anyone's ever been to a Taco King or similar in Queens, that's on par with the quality of food you'd find here. With the availability of taco places within a few more minutes travel from Burrito Palace, it's time (for me, at least) to spend my money elsewhere since I can get much better tacos & burritos for the same money.

I never write reviews honestly I don't but this time I think it needs to be done. I tried this place long time ago. It was OK in like 3 years decided to give it a try again.. I don't know what happened Guacamole tasted so bad I wanted to cry an avocado it self taste much better than what they gave me no salt no lemon no onion nothing ! I don't understand why it had absolutely no flavor and let's not forget about the chips they were so stale it just didnt make sence at all I should have just gone to taco bell seriously . I had shimp tacos and let me just tell you I just decided to not eat them because it was just like eating a taco from taco Bell and let's not forget the place is not cheap . I dont think I will ever try it again

Terrible service the man didn’t even say hello or anything when we walked in and the food doesn’t taste good at all and he also forgot to add the other ingredients to my burrito. Im so disappointed! Not recommended

first time ordering heard good things won't be ordering again. My salad was swimming in im not sure but had to throw out sooooo i didn't want to cook and now I have to waste of money with no recourse

DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! The owner/manager is very rude. He has no manners. He doesn’t greet you nor say thank you. And I’m big on my manners, to me that’s least workers can do if your ordering there food. And the food was mediocre. Not worth a dollar. It has no flavor and he just threw the food together. More lettuce then meat. Better off going to McDonald’s or Burger King! Horrible experience!!!!!

If the gentleman cooks you will be super disappointed, when the woman cooks its fabulous. We order 7 burritos, cost over 90. Man cooked them all were awful. I usually love this place bit was super disappointed last time.

I placed a large order for this place for delivery and immediately called to cancel because it was over an hour for delivery. When I called the person was incredibly rude and said I could not cancel and would still charge my card for the whole order which was over $150. I told him I would write him a bad review and then he hung up the phone on me. I'm following through on my promise because the food was terrible too. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my food by the way. I will never order from here again unless I want to ruin someone's day. Thanks for nothing Burrito Palace. Order from Taco Express in selden instead.

just picked up a shrimp pineapple burrito on a recommendation at the ronkonkoma spot. it was ALL RICE and pineapple chunks. no peppers no sweet sauce super DRY and BARELY any mozzeralla cheese. i took the entire burrito apart most of the shrimp were in only one half of the entire burrito and it only comes in a large size?! ok. yes. it was busy time and i called in my order. I waited 20 min to pick up and then waited inside for a good 5 minutes after the guy rang up one pick up order but left me just standing there and my order was sitting and waiting for me but he left the register to tend to something else. i get it's busy time - sat night between 6-7 but there is no excuse for everything missing when the menu lists everything that goes INTO the burrito. this is my second time going there but the first time was a weekday evening and the steak burrito was spot on. Will not order something so unusual next time if i order again on a weekend night.

I try the spicy shrimp burrito and it not good at all.. it salty not spicy and it more rice n beans then shrimps.. I cut it in half n half I eat I got 4 pieces of shrimps. For $14.12 it should be more shrimps.. it wasn't busy either.. disappointed

I head back, they replace it, no problem. That was the 3rd time it's happened - that day, I wrote a whole review, but didn't have it in me to submit it. This 2 months ago. Today, I ordered again. Was very clear with my phone order. Driving there, I was considering whether it would be wrong, but I thought - no chance. When I picked up my order, I confirmed - crispy chicken? Spicy chicken Chipotle burrito? "Yes, I'm the cook, it's correct". I also ordered 6 churros - he had me down for 1. No biggie. He made the adjustment. I get home - order is wrong. Completely different burrito than what it on the menu. I called and he told me the menu on Google is wrong, there's a spicy chicken, crispy chicken, whatever. He also said the lady on the phone is still learning the menu. Not sure what that means when I read off every item to her. I let him know it was wrong, and they need to have current info posted. At this point, I'm not bothering anymore. Just time to move on and find another spot to spend $65 for 3 of us to eat.

I will say Pathetic service and gloomy atmosphere as there was AC water dripping on my head as I entered the restaurant!!! Also i will say it is overpriced!!!

I ordered the Naches Supreme. The Nacho chips were totally stale!! Biting into them was so disappointing, no crunch or flavor. They were very cheap with the taco meat too. The chicken Tika masala was more like a very dry butter chicken, Not the tikka masala flavor.... There are so many other flavorful choices in the area, go elsewhere. They tried to reach many by offering a variety of ethnic food but better to go to an establishment who does the dishes justice.
