Wildly good experience with our waiter, Carlos. He was helpful and humble and SUPER FAST. I’m not joking when I say I got my cocktail in 90 seconds… All food cooked to perfection. Classy place- thank you Carlos and team!!

We ate in the downstairs dining room. It is all the traditional Morton's with dim lighting. We sent it to one of the Horseshoe booths which provides a very cozy romantic experience. The service was top-notch as always we tried the 12 oz. Westholme Australian Wagyu New York Strip (W. Black, Riverina, Australia) Dinner Special for 2.

Had their 14oz lobster tail and omg, fantastic. Had a mixed dinner with king crab leg, fish, scallops and their amazing mashed potatoes. I guess they sell them by the bag too they are that good! We came here for a random dinner, the area around here is nice and lively. The staff was very attentive to us and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. As expected the prices are high but that should be obvious and expected.

My family and I had an amazing dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse on January 23, 2025. The ambiance was elegant, and our server was fantastic, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. I started with a classic margarita, which was perfectly balanced—smooth, refreshing, and expertly crafted. My husband enjoyed the lobster bisque, rich and flavorful, while my daughter, struggling to find something she liked, was offered sliders off-menu—an accommodation we truly appreciated. For the main course, most of us had the 8oz filet mignon, cooked to perfection, paired with sour cream mashed potatoes and lobster mac and cheese, both creamy and indulgent. I had the lobster ravioli, which was absolutely delicious. We ended on a sweet note with bread pudding and candied walnut cheesecake, both outstanding. The service, food, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend making reservations

It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we got top tier service from Carlos who made sure our 36 ounce steak was perfect. He gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. Then we got the best outdoor seating for the Rosemont 4th of July fireworks show.

Had a wonderful time at Morton’s! The service was the best service I’ve ever personally had at a restaurant. We got a booth and the hostess pulled out the table so we could slide in easier (shoutout to her, I wish I got her name!) Hank was an amazing and attentive server — highly recommend asking for him! He informed us about the best items on the menu and even took our picture (which he printed out for us)! We tried the Oysters Dynamite, Cajun Ribeye Steak, Brussel Sprouts, and Truffle Parmesan Fries, and sealed the night with Morton’s Coffee — the timing of everything coming out was perfection. If you are thinking about going, just book a reservation already!

A private party for an intimate group. Our food service staff was excellent. Henry was very knowledgeable, friendly, and discreet. The food was exceptional. For a steak house, even the vegetarian option my sister had was tasty.

Tonight I took my guy out to celebrate his birthday which happens to be on Christmas. It was my very first time going to a restaurant on Christmas day and visiting this location. My guy prefers a booth over a table and we were not going to be accommodated however, the manager, Mike stepped in unprovoked and accommodated us and also ensured the rest of our evening was one to remember. Our server was Philippe and he was absolutely amazing as well!! Another gentleman took our complimentary photo to capture the memory! The food was exceptional…there’s not one bad thing I can say. We will be back! 10/10

Food was great. We ordered oysters as an appetizer and they were huge! Tasted very fresh. The ribeye steak was perfectly cooked as well. All of our orders turned out wonderful. The mashed potatoes, spinach, and creamed corn were all flavorful. Our server was very attentive and friendly. They have a nice drink menu as well. The place is clean and has a great ambience. I would recommend this place!

Delicious food and impeccable service makes this an easy 5 star rating. I had a great time here with a private group and couldn't have been happier with the experience. I especially liked the king salmon, and also appreciated the birthday cake. It is a bit expensive so check prices if you're price conscious.

Celebrating a birthday here and had a wonderful time. Bone in rib eye steak, au gratin potatoes served bubbling hot, lobster ravioli, creamed spinach and creme brulee were all well seasoned and tasty. Athina, our server, was amazing and went out of her way to make our experience great.

Great experience! From the time the hostess greeted me to the time the server dropped the check, it was a great experience. 12oz filet was perfect (medium rare) with the Cajun dry rub. Can't forget the Old fashion as it's one of the best I've had. Highly recommend 5 🌟

Our dining experience was terrific. We started the evening with cocktails. Two members of our party opted to have lobster bisque. Our server brought out extra for me to try. After we ordered, fresh, hot bread was served and we were gifted an appetizer of Jumbo Shrimp Alexander that was very fresh and tasty. Our streaks arrived, cooked to perfection. The sides are huge and meant to be shared. We selected sour cream mashed and smoked Gouda and bacon au gratin. We were also given baked corn souffle and sauteed button mushrooms. Everything was delicious. Service was top notch. It's been a while since I had a steak and I'm glad this was the one. I don't know if Morton's is always this generous or if my daughter wearing her Tudor bonnet and gown initiated the extras. They brought over a warm, chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. I will be back!

We had an extraordinary Tomahawk Feast at @mortonssteak in Rosemont. It was such an awesome date night dinner! We were wined, dined, and treated like royalty! Here's what we had for our Feast for two: We both started with Grand Marnier on the rocks Morton's Iceberg Wedge Salad (it's a Clarice and so delicious!) 36 oz Tomahawk Ribeye (sliced with roasted shallots) with Cognac Au Poivre sauce and Black Truffle Butter (cooked to perfection and mouth watering) Brussel Sprouts and Smoked Gouda Au Gratin Potatoes (both were delightful and flavorful) We finished with Bananas Foster Cheesecake and Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake (my hubby loved the Banana Cheesecake, and I absolutely devoured the Chocolate Cake!) We loved everything about our meal from start to finish, and our waitress Suzanne was the best (ask to sit at one of her tables). Morton's has been around since the late 70s, and they are still one of the best! The quality is the same as it has always been (awesome!) The Tomahawk Feast is amazing!

My boyfriend and I came for dinner last night for restaurant week. Everything was wonderful. The lemon drop and espresso martini were delicious. Our amazing server Athena made the impossible possible and managed to get us in for Valentine’s Day on such late notice!!! Thank you Athena and Morton’s ! We will see you again very soon for Valentine’s Day!

We had our wedding reception at this location 3 years ago and got the chance to have dinner here to celebrate our anniversary tonight. Hilda was our server and she was amazing. We loved all we ordered— the chopped salad, dry aged ribeye, corn soufflé and potatoes au gratin. To end the night we enjoyed the generous portion of chocolate cake. There’s a reason why we chose Morton’s Rosemont 3 years ago, and why we came back tonight. We even got to revisit the private room where we held our reception.

Food was incredible. Service was incredible. Atmosphere was wonderful. Husband and I are truck drivers. We had parked and taken a Lyft for dinner. We really enjoyed our evening. Staff was amazingly kind, picked up on my out of town accent and conversed with us throughout the dinner. We had banking issues (out of town problems) and they were so understanding. We finally got it straightened out only to find that when we got back to our truck, we left our card! The wonderful gentleman at the front called us and he brought us our card after he got off work! He came to where we had parked for the night and brought us our card. So incredibly kind! We will be back for certain when we pass through!

We had a great experience they have small bites it's like a happy hour menu from 4:00 to 7:00 on the weekdays and on friday too. Well worth it they have some $12 meals and they have some $18 mini crab cakes that are absolutely phenomenal. I had the filet mignon it was great. I probably should have said butterfly it cus it was a little too raw for me but I asked for it medium well and I know not to. The first plate they brought out for us was dirty but I didn't have to say anything but a nice bartender immediately switched the plate out they had tasty alcohol really good presentation and the drinks were only $18! For the Ambiance and the service it is definitely well worth it. Martin's is literally a 2 minute walk from the Hyatt Regency Rosemont also from the Hilton and the Doubletree right almost connected to the Rosemont Convention Center very convenient to walk over to from any of these hotels and get one of the best steaks you've ever eaten

Ryan & Staff in Rosemont We had an amazing dinner last night in Rosemont. The Staff from the Valet - Bar & Servers were fantastic. Perfectly cooked Filet’s with delicious sides including lobster Mac & cheese Crab cake appetizer with some great wine started us off. Great place to eat

Thee best steak in town! Tender, juicy, mouthwatering delicious food in a beautifully wrapped experience. You step in and are greeted warmly. Staff is wonderfully responsive, attentive, fast to serve but doesn't make you feel as if you need to rush. Truly a memorable experience. UPDATE 12/13/24: They made my wife and I feel like royalty for our 10th year anniversary. Special menu, dessert and even a photograph. Food and service is exceptional. Their kindness and warmth made today a memorable wonderful experience. Thank you Rodolfo and staff.

We had a wonderful evening at Morton’s. I ordered the lobster and a loaded baked potato — both were absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. The location is ideal, and the ambiance made it a great setting for a couples get together. Our server, Adriana, was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and professional. Manager Ryan is always welcoming and ensures guests feel right at home. Whether you’re planning a date night, a couples’ outing, or a group event, Morton’s is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable food and service. Our server Hank was outstanding. We ordered the tomahawk steak and it was delicious. The upside apple pie was incredible. Hope to see it on the permanent menu. Will absolutely return.

My mother and father in law went to Morton’s last week and insisted my partner and I give it a try - they loved it so much they came with us again last night. We were impressed, to say the least. The restaurant week menu was thoughtfully curated and absolutely delicious. Our server, Hank, was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, recommending perfect pairings. We will be back (requesting Hank, of course)!

Jose & Kristen gave us the most incredible experience this evening for our 4th anniversary coming from the service industry ourselves we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else and the hospitality was just as immaculate as the food! they made our night so extra special! mike also went the extra mile to make the evening spectacular by pulling out the table to make us feel like we were vip which i noticed he did for all his guests! will only come back to this location for the team! thank you guys! 102020202/10! do not hesitate to come to this location!

The food was on point. The 12oz filet mignon was exactly how I asked for cooked. The Asparagus had nice snap to them. With shrimp cocktail was perfectly cooked with an excellent amount of horseradish in the cocktail sauce. The baked potato was insanely big. The other steaks ordered at the table were perfectly cooked as well. The bacon wrapped scallops were amazing as well as the brussels sprouts. And the bread was insane and awesomely hot. I apologize for the pictures. We were so excited we dug in before I thought to take any. The service was OK nothing spectacular. The atmosphere was OK as well very dark. But the main focus is the food so if you’re looking for great food, that’s the spot Well done Morton’s Steakhouse. Well done.

I had the Baked Onion soup, Filet Mignon, and Key Lime Pie. Food was excellent and service was really good. The prices are high, which makes it challenging to plan a return trip for my normal budget.

We were seated in one of the downstairs dining areas on the left as you enter and I was disappointed. I felt like we were in a funeral parlor. It was not as lively or elegant as the other dining areas upstairs and to the right downstairs. Also, the website stated no athletic wear and we dressed appropriately per the dress code, only to arrive and see many customers wearing sports caps, sweats, tshirts and gym shoes!! I feel like we were jipped!!

Came here for a birthday dinner and received amazing customer service by the bartender all of his recommendations were pretty good. My only reason for the 3 star instead of 5 star was because I was disappointed at the wagyu filet , I know it was American wagyu but I honestly couldn't tell the difference between that one and a regular filet migion , ive personally have cooked better filets in my kitchen. The filet wasn't nasty but it just lacked seasoning and without the truffle butter it would have just tasted lightly salted. Also I remember the oyster rockafeller used to give you 6 oysters but now its 4. Overall Mortons holds a special spot in my heart for being my 1st high end steak house however next year I might try somewhere else.

really good meal and the server was great. two things: the prices were out of control. wine flights were north of $30 bucks and i am familiar with all the bottles. They are good but not great domestic wines (no tariffs here). The pours were exactly 3 oz in each glass so dont think you are going to get the benefit of a generous wrist turn. Second, we sat outside on a perfect autumn evening but you are literally watching and listening to 737’s take off the entire time. Again food was delicious and our server was great which is the reason this was not a 2 star.

Atmosphere and service is great. Definitely overpriced tried restaurant week menu $59/person dinner. Desserts are terribly sweet. Lobster bisque have some buttery cream flavor that’s too overwhelming. Steak is just average.

My husband and I have been dining at Morton.s for 28 years . We tell all are friends they have the best steak. I took my Son-in-law and Daughter so they can judge for them self. The steak was the worst steak Ive ever had at Morton's .Of course they weren't impressed. Very disappointing on my part. The sea food and drinks were excellent. Dine on February 7th 2026 We go for the steaks .

They hosted our party for us. For 100+ a head plus 50+ for a bar package per person. This is what you got: One crab cake piece, because you get just one plate of it to share among 12 people. One salad that looked like those salad bag kits. No soup probably would have been 25 bucks extra! One entree. I couldn't even get a piece of seafood with my steak or he said it would 100 extra. One desert. Small tiny desert. My steak. Ever heard of salt & pepper? Tasteless. Mashed potatoes?!! Tasteless. I can think of so many other steak joints with way better steak & more bigger portions for the same price. Definitely a huge disappointment since everyone raves about it. Will not return, the drinks though were made properly so maybe we paid all that money for booze?!! I was hungry right after so I got pizza. It is clean, very lovely decor. The front coat lady though. Wow attitude adjustment please. Oh the room was cramped, they shoved two tables in it and you're just squeezed in. Never again. Look for a different place!!

The waitress was not attentive, and it seemed she was annoyed by having to serve us. Given the upscale atmosphere and established reputation of the restaurant, we were very disappointed in the experience. My wife and I were alone, and spent over $300 for the dinner that was subpar at best.

First time at Morton steak in rosemont and very disappointed. Not usually one to write a review but too bad not to share. Went with my mom and sisters and we get in and find out that we have to go to basement to eat but no elevator available for my handicap mother or at least not close by. Then we get seated and for some reason the waitress just seemed cold towards us she clearly did not want to serve us. Come to find out the online menu is different than the sit down menu so we couldn’t order certain things unless we sat in the bar which seemed odd. Then we patiently wait for the food to arrive and meatballs were undercooked and cold mashed potatoes cold the broccolini was hard like it wasn’t even cooked the Brussel sprouts were hard as a rock I had to use a steak knife to cut into it. Sister’s steak was not cooked to order. The manager did come and comp one of the meatballs and had a way better personality than our server. Honestly for the price you pay at this so called high end restaurant you would expect better quality food and service.

The negative reviews about the waitresses seem accurate. They don’t appear happy—possibly due to being overworked—and that frustration comes through in how customers are treated. As for the food, the steaks were extremely chewy. I literally had to spit half of mine out. I eat at Gibson’s Steakhouse regularly, and the difference is night and day. Compared to that, this place had poor food and poor service.
