The night shift people always mad and make you order fast and they put to much ice in the drinks even in ice coffees it’s more ice than coffee and didn’t even fill them good to not make more

Why if it says in the web that is open 24 hours and I’m at the drive thru they telling me that they are closed 🤦🏻‍♂️ wow at 11:30 PM, I’m trying not to go because they all like I’m an inconvenience for them but I’m m helping for them to get pay and staying open,

Went thru the drive thru, they are known for being open on holidays,but WHAT A MISTAKE!! Food was horrible l! Tasted sour ! Everything!! And the curly fries was a joke!! Crumbs only ! I got a call from mananger, supposedly would send me a gift card, haven't received yet, also offered me to come in and get more food, or offered refund. I haven't been back yet. Will let you guys know what happens? Regarding a refund, another meal, or the gift card

Me and my husband always order there late at night and the same black girl is there every night with a attitude giving us our order we are store managers at a fast food location so we understand if someone having a bad day but that bad customer service does push away customers and yelling and slamming the window while we give you the card is unprofessional behavior and needs to be checked

Who ever was working the window 8-6-2025, absolutely terrible customer service. My son had football practice at Pecan Grove and due to the weather we ran a little late. We stopped to order food but this is where the night got sketchy. The woman at the window, she acted like we were bothering her at 8:50 this evening. She had an attitude the entire time and didn't even want to answer my questions about specific promos. The order was wrong and the only reason I didn't go back to get it corrected is because I was skeptical about them doing something to my food. Of all the Jack in the box restaurants, from Louisiana to Texas this one has me giving it all one stars...something I never do. This place is a complete disappointment. There are to many others fast food restaurants, fried Chicken places, and even food trucks that are worth the visit. Avoid this place at all cost. Smh...unless you want attitude, a wrong order and cold fries.

I went to pick up an order at the drive through window at 2:56 in the morning July 3 Thursday. They took forever & it was totally unacceptable for the delay. A dark black lady was very rude towards me who had a nasty attitude from hell. She curse at me with profanity & she was on her cell phone talking & not paying attention to her customers. This is definitely uncalled for & I will contact the owner, General Manager & the Supervisor of this Location. That person has no business working there with a foul mouth & unprofessional attitude. Period!

This location has turned disgusting! Panhandling in the parking lot. Extremely rude staff. Can't get an order correct. All the employees sitting outside smoking at 12:15 am. Is this a business or a hang out? But the food was hot after a 25 minute wait in drive thru, with only 1 car in front of me, and made to pull around for them to bring me the incorrect order.

Update 02/07/2025: more of the same poor service. Waited quite awhile in the drive thru, and when I did order they eventually had me pull to the front to wait for my food. After waiting over 10 minutes I went inside and there were no employees visible. Finally someone came from the back, and handed me an order that had been sitting there since I walked in. And that's just the service. They messed up the order giving me regular fries instead of large curly fries. The cherry on top being they were way overcooked. They forgot to include the sauce I'd requested at the window. This was a miserable experience for an already hard day. Update 12/20/2024: Didn't realize the grilled cheese is DIY. And the sourdough bacon jack is BYOB (bring your own bacon... And sourdough) Original: Service is meh. Food is decent but it sucks when you can't depend on them to get your orders right... or complete. Can't even fill fries all the way

New Review 8/19/2023- I was not able to order in the drive thru @4am due to the worker sleeping/not present. I waited to place my order for a few minutes and then said “hello” a few times, but received no reply. They even left a cup inside the door so I parked and walked in to say “hello” to attempt to wake them up and still no response. Both myself and the person behind me in the drive thru didn’t get to order. This place still sucks regarding customer service!!!! See photos of the experience 🙄😒 2020- HORRIBLE service!!! Bertha (who was apparently the manager) is SUPER rude/disrespectful. She doesn’t know how to communicate with guest. Also, in the midst of Bertha being rude she charged me for a food item I didn’t order and I wasn’t given my refund.

Absolutely terrible location food was thrown together and the lobby was disgusting. It was not busy and no one was making an attempt to clean. The floors and tables were sticky,there was not any lids either. I would not recommend this location at all.
