I drove by this place several times and kind of snubbed my nose at it. I'm sorry I did. This place is awesome. Food is amazing, staff is so sweet and helpful, and the place is CLEAN! I'll be back. I'm so sorry I prejudged. I used to only go to Swinging Door. Schulze's is so much better in my opinion. Swinging door was so dirty and food was decent and staff was decent. But Schulze's is a step above for sure. Love the drive thru option.

Stopped by for a late lunch and ended up ordering a block chopped brisket stuffed potato. Man, that was a meal! And yes... there is a potato under that mound of brisket! Great meat texture and doneness. I found it to be a well smoked brisket and it went well with the butter, sour cream and chives. But I had to add some jalapeño's just because they looked good on it. I really didn't need to put much sauce on top, but ended up dipping some of the home-made bread to finish that off. I did have to take half of this monster home with me, along with a portion of their peach cobbler for later. New favorite BBQ hangout!!

Wow! Everything was fantastic about this place. The food, the service, the prices, amazing! We had our dog with us and were in the mood for bbq, but since dogs were not allowed we decided to stop anyway and eat in our car, crazy I know but the reviews for this place were so good and it was on the way to our destination so we had to check it out! So glad we did. Everything was so delicious! The ribs, the brisket, sausage, potato salad, buttered potatoes, Mac n cheese and fries and even the bread was out of this world delicious!!! We will highly recommend to friends and return. Also the people who work here were also very nice and friendly, a must stop if you’re in the area.

Very Good. BBQ Nachos - BRISKET so Smokey in which I liked very good. The portion size was great as well. If they want to blow people mind they need a banging cheese. But would eat again.

Really good spot. The chopped beef is more minced than chop. It has a texture like a sloppy joe which I liked. I added sausage to it because I’m wild.

The food is always good. The brisket nachos are delicious. We also love their bake potato casserole. Their tea is good and no weird taste. They have a super friendly staff as well. I appreciate that they have a drive thru.

Great place to eat. This place has anything BBQ you can think of! You have choices ranging from sandwiches to 1 or 3 different meat plates along with sides . Service was great in navigating questions. Everything looked soo good, and it was so hard to make choices on our sides. If you Chace in stopping at this restaurant bring your appetite.

My honest review of Schulze’s Bar-B-Que: Schulze’s Bar-B-Que is a local barbecue restaurant with a lot of flavor, I got the sliced beef sandwich and it was pretty good, the BBQ sauce is a good blend of sweet and savory. The green beans are also very good. The staff is friendly and attentive. Overall: This is a good BBQ place.

Two Peas

Dropped in for lunch today, we've been here before and enjoyed it so we returned to try something else. My two meat plate consisting of sausage and chopped beef with two sides mac and cheese and baked potato casserole was overall ok. My only complaint is I prefer my chopped beef chopped to order, this chppped beef was close to being of a pureed consistency and the mac and cheese was made with terrible canned cheese and very bland. The GF very much enjoyed her sliced beef sandwich but agrees with me on the mac and cheese. The bbq is good and we will return, but not for the chopped beef or mac and cheese. I ordered from the drive thru on 11/25/2024. The guy who took my order was very please and had excellent customer service. So, the review started at a 5 based on his customer service. I ordered a baked potato w/chopping block meat and peach cobbler. After digging into this food, everything went south. The peach cobbler was so mushy and tasted like it was days old. It didn't even have a peach cobbler flavor, and I've never eaten peach cobbler with mushy crust. It was so mushy as if it had been sitting in water. Whomever made this, needs to use a different recipe or never be allowed to cook peach cobbler again. It was disgusting, respectfully. You probably can't tell from the picture but the baked potato is huge, and it was satisfying. Their bbq sauce, not sure if it's their own recipe or not, but it's good.

This is the worst bbq around by far. Tiny ribs, bland brisket, and bbq sauce tastes like tomato paste. Very disappointing.

If I can give the food a negative 5 I would!!! Where do I even start first of all the brisket was so tough I couldn't even cut it plus when I tried to pull it apart it was nearly impossible. It was basically Jerky it almost broke my knife. The kids meal is so expensive now too about 13-15$. The Mac and cheese was so nasty. Overcooked and soggy and tasted sour!! This place has gone extremely downhill than when I used to come here. It used to be so good but now it's overpriced and bad. Save your money and go to McDonald's. Never again will I buy from here
