Tasty AYCE, really not expensive. We were there at an odd time, like 3:30PM, so it was a little quiet in there which meant service was a little slow. But we didn't mind. Our toddler was free, which was awesome. He loved the California roll, the all of 2 pieces he ate. The various quasi-dim-sum items in the AYCE was interesting and unusual. Nice change of pace.
I’m always hesitant to try a new AYCE sushi place, not sure why. We came in on a Thursday night and were seated right away. All of our food was delivered speedily and everything was on point. The service was very good. Our server gave us some options to torch nigiri and was phenomenal! The price is very fair and we certainly got our money’s worth!
I visited Akame Sushi for the first time today. The walk up to the entry and patio area needed some maintenance attention. The interior is largely dark colors so didn't appear as particularly warm when entering. These things aside, the server was great! She was very attentive and friendly. The Sushi 🍣 buffet both in variety and price are excellent! I will definitely return for future meals!
Arrived at about 7pm on a Saturday night, pretty busy and were told there would be a 10 minute wait. We waited about 5 minutes before our table was ready. Our server was friendly and the service was quick, we read online there was a 90 minute limit for all you can eat so we were worried about the crowd and getting our food in a timely manner but we never waited long for an item and our server asked us what we wanted next when we were about half way done with our current plate. The appetizers were all sooo good! We got the seaweed salad, spicy crab salad, wontons, and jalapeño poppers; I would get all of them again! There were so many rolls to pick from and each one we got was delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try more.
The food here was better than expected and while some reviews say it takes a while we did not have that issue at all. Everything came out super fast. Service was good. It was busy but we only waited a few minutes for a table. We had the Salmon Lovers Sushi taco and that might have been my favorite thing, but the nigiri and rolls were on point too.
Approved for AYCE sushi. Everything was so fresh and prepared with lots of care and passion. Highly recommend! We were really impressed with the taco. (Did not know what to expect) Packed with fresh salmon and fresh avocado in a fried crunchy seaweed “taco” shell. So good and would order again.
This was our first time at the restaurant. Excellent experience! Prompt and friendly service. Food was wonderful. We went for lunch. Had the sushi. Also had a variety of appetizers. All of which were very good. Welcoming roomie atmosphere. Nice bathrooms. Definitely go for lunch if you can to experience a more relaxing setting. Food was fresh and delicious. I have The Lion King roll which was tremendous. Highly recommended
Amazing 'all you can eat' sushi and more! Great price for the selection.

Was in the area looking for sushi and when we walked in we were asked, “all you can eat”? I was pleasantly surprised not knowing this was all you can eat. So we ate ate. We ate so much Nigiri and enjoyed it. Our server was so sweet. We came around 4 pm and stayed until our 90 min limit was up. Got pretty busy for a Friday evening. Walked out happy and will definitely be coming again.

In a nutshell; decent place to get all you can eat sushi. 3 tiers to and the lowest tier is a bang for you buck. (Lots of choices for even the lowest tier). Previously was known as Maneki sushi, was surprised the new owners are also serving sushi but I'm glad to know see it was all you can eat. The aesthetic of the place didn't seem to have changed much from the previous owners but guess that's a plus for them as it reduces costs. Place does have a neat ambience fitting of that of sushi and all you can eat goodness. You can also see some of the chefs working on the food in the middle of the establishment. Server was excellent. Never had a moment where I had to ask for water nor had to get her attention for anything as she's checking on the table at good time intervals. The menu had a good variety of choices not only that of sushi but great appetizers. Even the lowest tier gave you access to 90% of the menu with the other tiers encompassing the rest. Still not used to getting reminded of being told that there are charges for unfinished food, but understanable seeing as the lowest tier is a relatively good price and food not going to waste is something I also abide by. Overall the food was great, didn't even have to wait too long, service was excellent and would probably go again on another day.
great sushi, the deep fried rolls are amazing and are large. i loved the sushi jalapeno poppers
Raw fish has decent quality. Love the all-you-can-eat option!
I am a frecuent customer and i love this place for sushi, the staff servers are rude
The all you can eat Blue, Course C is so worth it! All you can eat pepper fin, sea steak and sashimi... all delicous and fresh, with a gorgeous presentation. Plus everything else on the menu. Completely worth it. My husband I just had our second visit, did not disapoint! Friendly, attentive staff and fast service, too.
The place was great! For all you can eat starting at 28.99 you have access to most of the menu. The quality is good for what you get, I'd say better than most existing sushi places that are similar. The also have an a la carte option if you don't want ACYE. Will come here again for sure.
Showed up on a Wednesday as a party of one at 7:05 pm, was seated at the bar almost immediately. Placed first order of double order of nigiri in 4 different fish at 7:10 and it arrived at 7:18pm. Great, small, tight rolls of rice covered by a nice slice of fresh, tasty fish. Did a repeat and the second one came just as fast, just as good. Tried their "tacos". Waitress had a great recommendation of spicy salmon or spicy tuna... so I had both. The "taco" shell is lightly deep fried seaweed to create a "hard shell taco" and inside was a bit of rice, spicy fish, spicy mayo and topped with a healthy slice of perfectly ripe avocado. Very good! The little bit of crunch was great. So to make sure that wasn't a fluke I did it again. Just as good the second time. I was concerned to be sitting at the bar by myself I might get overlooked by the waitstaff and have to wait a while in between orders, but that was not the case. The waitstaff and servers were very prompt, courteous and friendly. The fish was as good as you would hope for, fresh and tasty. And somehow I managed to get out of there without needing someone to carry me! (I told the waitress I was done because I didn't think she could carry me out... she smiled and said they had a forklift in the back, keep eating!) Very enjoyable for a very fair price!
Very good for an all you can eat place. The service was really fast . The variety and choices were good. We went with menu B that gave more options and included nigiri. That's great if you want more fish vs rolls. Great place to go if you're hungry!
We tried this place on a Saturday evening around 630. We were seated right away, although we expected to wait. Our server was so sweet and talked us through the menu options. They bring you a full roll when you order, not just a few pieces. Everything was so fresh and really good. We'll definitely be back. My only complaint is that all of these restaurants have the music so loud that it's hard to have conversation without feeling like you're yelling.
Lived yhe place, price was spot on and food was great.
This place is a hidden gem. I am new to the area and have been to all you can eat sushi spots before, this one exceeded my expectations! The pricing is fair and the sushi is delicious. A must try! Yvonne was our waitress and she is phenomenal. She is patient and kind.
I went here with a friend and wanted a special type of sushi and felt uncomfortable requesting for my sushi to be friend but her warm smile was comfortable so I requested and her quick knowledge of the menu was helpful because she recommended an even better sushi which I enjoyed. I loved sake at this place and staff was friendly ❤️
Awesome price for all-u-can-eat sushi! Currently, our family’s favorite restaurant for special occasions
All you can eat with full size rolls ☑️ $27.99 AYCE for 90 minutes. This includes basically the entire menu with the exception of Nigiri, Sashimi, and some other items. You get your $$ worth with two rolls. I got the Ichiban, New Philadelphia, and the Holy shrimp rolls, plus spicy Edamame, and cream cheese wontons. Totally worth the money. My favorite was the Ichiban, can't wait to come back for more.
Wanted to eat here for a while, but hadn’t made it over there. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I will definitely be returning.
Foods great. Tina is the best waitress they have by far. Very prompt and polite. Also very educated on decribing the flavors and textures of the different types of fish in the nigiri section. Ive had several new favorites I wouldnt have tried without asking her. If your the boss reading this give her a raise or let her know she does good work.
Did the AYCE and was well worth the price. We left stuffed and fully satisfied with the cost vs what we got.
We visited Akame Sushi on August 10th at 5pm. My family of 5 were seated quickly into a comfortable booth. We were greeted by our wonderful server. She explained the menu (all you can eat sushi!!) and took our first orders. The kid all you can eat sushi is great for kids and very reasonably priced. The adult all you can eat was also very reasonably priced and had so many great options. We were only able to eat about 2 sushi specialty rolls each. We are looking forward to going back to trying out more of the yummy options. We’ve lived in Roseville for about 4 years and have tried many sushi places and they’re always just okay. This was the first time we found a place that had something perfect for everyone in the family. We were all very happy with the sushi, service, and environment.

We had our team lunch there. All you can eat for five of us. Which staff was wonderful. However, the food was spectacular. So many different types of sushi I'd never seen before. Everything you tried was good.

One of our favorite AYCE sushi places. They serve full size rolls. Tons of selection in rolls and other foods too. Great spacious atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and patient.
I didn't know a place like this existed, and I'm lucky to not live incredibly far away. All you can eat Sushi, so many different choices, and sharing is encouraged. I forgot the namebut the seaweed shell taco was definitely better than good. One thing you should know is that once you hit the dessert portion, you only get one, and the meal is done. One would likely be stuffed by this point anyway. I must have tried 20 different items, all winners. I hope to go back someday.
So good! Drove from Yuba City for dinner for the first time and it was such a lovely experience. I got the All You Can Eat Level A, which is a HUGE selection of items. The food was perfect - I had a specific taste I was looking for and easily found it. The staff was amazing, very attentive and kind. The atmosphere was casual and fun. An overall great place. I will definitely be back and recommend Akame to everyone I know!
Our visit here was amazing we really enjoyed all of the great options and most definitely the Sushi it was the best and the fact that you can get unlimited for 90 mins from $28-45 that's Amazing!! The rolls were a great size with all the best options and with the different levels of unlimited ordering even the 1st tier is super filled with some of the best selections from Mitso Soup, Spring Rolls, Udon Stire Fry w/beef to any combination of sushi you desire!! Overall another great visit here and we can't hardly wait to come back and try some more options for the huge menu! Thanks you!!
Great experience! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the place was clean, and most importantly the food was amazing. I will be eating here again, and I think you should too! This staff went above and beyond the serve my girlfriend and I, 10/10 would recommend! Just note, they serve full rolls unless you mention you want a half roll!
First time trying this place, they get your food to you the fastest out of any sushi restaurant I have been to. Very good food, good service, all around great experience.
I am very happy with this home daycare. The environment is warm, welcoming, and feels like family. The caregiver is attentive, kind, and truly cares about each child. My child enjoys the daily activities, healthy meals, and outdoor playtime. The small group size means every child gets personal attention, which helped my child adapt quickly and feel comfortable. I highly recommend this daycare to any parents looking for a safe, loving, and nurturing place for their little ones.
We came for dinner and really enjoyed our meal. The server was new and had to really work hard because I have gluten sensitivity and she had to check to be sure my food was safe for me and she did great. They even had tamari so I could enjoy my meal fully. The cost was reasonable since the all you can eat included many nice extras like scallops and sashimi. And they didn't just offer the same old 4- Tuna, Salmon, albacore, and octopus. lol. A very nice variety.
One of the best AYCE sushi spots around. The quality of the rolls is top-notch, and the sashimi and nigiri are excellent as well. It’s a family favorite for sushi night. Highly recommend this place! You're missing out if you haven't tried.
Absolutely awesome. Server TINA IS THE BEST. Stopped in on New Years day. They had just closed the kitchen at 2 PM. Tina sat me anyway, and took my order. Some of the best sushimi around. The fish is fresh and large portions. Please tell TINA THANK YOU
We had such a good experience here! The atmosphere was nice and our server was so kind. All the food was super good and we got to try to many different things. We will definitely be coming back!
The fact I haven't left a review for Akame is shocking for me. My wife and I have been going since there early soft launch and have been going back and bringing others repeatedly. I remember we started going so early only 1 person was trained to make their boba drink and you had to kinda get lucky if they were there that night lol. The variety on their menu is good enough that my father in law who isn't a fan of sushi had a fantastic night and had a great experience if you are looking for AYCE this is the spot to go. I've only had maybe 2 or 3 things across rhe whole menu that left me feeling somewhat dissapointed and that's across a large menu! I could do for a bit more scallops options in a sushi roll as they are my favorite and that would make my night to see that added!

One of the best AYCE sushi restaurants we've been to. Mainly because of the food. My family of four (2 adults 2 kids) selected 'Course A'. Course A is the least expensive but wanted to give the quality of food before we splurge. To me, if basic sushi is unsatisfactory, then anything more would be trivial. We all were satisfied with the quality of what we ordered - see pics. We even took a recommendation for a specialty sushi from our server and it was great - hamachi lava. The one food we felt fell short was their gyoza - way to crispy/oily. Service could be better... we ordered miso soup right from the start so we can start with something warm/hot before tackling raw food... we had to ask for it twice as we were already into our meals/order. Then when we receive the soup, it was so stuffed with tofu and seaweed, it filled us up. We are the type of family that only order what we can eat and not waste. Atmosphere was ok - nothing exceptional... we came on a Saturday @ 2p and immediately seated in a booth.

Food: Everything was delicious/fresh to order. My favorite rolls were the Mango roll and the Lion Queen. Sunomono was meh compared to other places but each place does it differently. Service: I ordered a Dr. Pepper and never got a refill so that is the reason for 4 stars. However, our server constantly came back to make sure we got our rolls and even went out of his way to check up on them for us. Very nice. Atmosphere: It's a sushi restaurant. It was a little loud for me but it was nice. The floors are a little sticky. Oh, if you like your spicy tuna on the more mild side - be cautious in ordering here as it took a couple drinks to revive our taste buds from the kick.
(4 stars only because 5 stars is for perfect) Definitely try to find time to go here if you can. I finally found the time and budget recently after a bad day where I wanted to treat myself. Eating dinner here certainly did the trick! I got three rolls suggested by my wonderful waitress Alyssa and enjoyed all of them! Thank you Alyssa for having such great service and giving great recommendations.
Tip added already on check. Everyone at the table must order the exact same meal (A B or C all you can eat). They will charge if you leave too much food uneaten. Food is good tho! Very quick, average servers. $35-50 per person.
Traveled for a business trip. Saw the place in the corner of my eye. I'm glad I stopped. Food was excellent. Noodles delicious. Tried a little of everything. Sushi was fresh and great. Service was quick. But I did come later in the evening. Highly recommended.
Been twice, first time was better. Female staff was on point. 2nd time was guy shift, they were not as attentive. Food was okay for the price.
Pretty chill place to grab sushi and ayce japanese food. Food was good but service was subpar. Workers were very slow at cleaning tables and seating, even though it was partially empty.
You have to be very realistic when you are reading or writing reviews for all you can eat sushi. I’ve personally tried all you can eat sushi in different cities and countries and it’s a very specific thing and you can/should never compare that to a regular sushi restaurant/bar. This place is pretty decent. Starting from nigiri, I would say I’ve had A LOT worse. I would recommend to try their GARLIC Salmon or Tuna nigiri, probably the best ones The rolls that I really liked were Mr Krabs roll Kings roll I-80 roll The atmosphere in the restaurant is really casual, a lot of families with kids and the service is pretty decent for a place where all the servers run around bringing hundreds of things to different tables. Overall the place is pretty good for what it is and it would be mean to compare it to a top sushi bar.
To start off, the restaurant is an awesome ambiance and a cool environment. The service was good, water was usually full as they brought out pitchers for tables. Going on the food there is 3 tiers so to speak for the unlimited sushi. The price for what you get is excellent. The quality of the sushi was good, nothing crazy. You can’t really compare these places to real sushi bars as they are unlimited so quantity over quality is a real truth. Worth checking out nonetheless. One of my friends liked it and the other did not. There are many options to satisfy everyone’s tastes which is great! I won’t be going back as I think it’s better to just stick to the Roseville classics (Tangs & Mikunis)
Food: 1. Definitely get their miso soup! Tastes very authentic. Been to Japan couple of times and tastes as good! 2. The Chirashi Don had chubby cuts of the sashimi, it's good! The tuna, salmon, and eel was extra yummy too 3. Their salmon kama tastes good. Sadly the salmon ratio wasn't enough. 4. Sushi Tacos was only as long as your finger, honestly I don't think it's worth it Service: 1. We ordered the salmon kama that comes with a set. Only the salmon kama came, we asked where the rest of the set was, took a while to bring it out. When we asked for the bill, they were kindly enough to give free ice cream to us as a complimentary for their mistake earlier. 2. Had around 5 chefs, but only 2 waiters. Bad ratio. The food was ready to be served but the waiters were still handling customers. Could use more waiters to make the waiting shorter. I saw people waiting to be seated even though there's plenty of room. Overall pretty good food, just make sure to choose the right stuff. Should improve service. Affordable price. You should try! Note: they have a all you can eat (AYCE) option
Food was great! Loved every roll we had. We did the first all you can eat package. The hostess was welcoming when we came in, but following that, the service was only 3 stars I would say. However, we will definitely be going back!
The service was meh. Staff didn't seem to care. Cucumber salad was cucumbers with a drizzle of soy sauce. The udon stir fry was ok but served in an unappealing way. With so many other options nearby, they should definitely try harder. I wouldn't go back.

Ate here for the first time today. I got the chicken hibachi. They gave me salad instead of grilled vegetables. When I asked about it, they said apparently a week ago they changed it to that. They said they’d give me a side of grilled vegetables this time, but not next time. This was after waiting 30 minutes for my food, even though I was the first person in the place (and ordered first). I expressed my disappointment and informed them that they should update the menu to reflect the recent change. Food was okay, I couldn’t really taste much to it. I’m glad this time they gave me the grilled vegetables (but even those are not what I expected. Since when does hibachi grilled vegetables mean bean sprouts and cucumbers?), but I’m still disappointed in the menu change and the state of the economy. This isn’t worth $22.
Most recent update (June 2025) Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. Even took the hibachi off the all you can eat. Didn't bring out all the food that we ordered and said that I denied some food which I don't do. The bathrooms were horrendous both in the men's and the women's. They barely kept up with bringing food and it seemed like longer and longer times in between and you only have 90 minutes. This will probably be my last time. UPDATE: Went here for our wedding!! They don't make reservations but they still had room for us and everything. They where so sweet setting up all the tables, accommodated everyone and they even got a special dessert for me and my man.
The food was decent, but some of the sushi rolls tasted off. The roll with mango sauce tasted like it belonged in a mango boba drink, which threw me off. The spicy tuna hand roll was inedible. On the other hand, the salmon avocado roll was amazing. Unfortunately, the service was slow and inattentive. We were never asked if we wanted refills and had to wait a long time between orders.
Service was amazing. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was high school cafeteria vibes
Ate here once off the regular menu and a second time for AYCE. Was okay. Not the best food, not the best service, not the best value. There are much better AYCE Japanese food places near that are way better quality, you don't feel pressured to eat and leave, servers don't purposefully walk away before you're done ordering (happened 90% of the time we got there server's attention), and you have more of a well-rounded meal.
Not the best AYCE Sushi spot in the area/sacramento. Fish quality was 7/10.Most rolls tasted the same, nothing stood out. Can't order half rolls like other AYCE places. Grilled meat options like kalbi and oysters were good. Overall, bit pricy for the offerings.

Of you're wanting to max out your sushi cravings this is the place but don't expect a high level of customer service. The waitress kept walking away from us while we were giving her our order and we needed to flag down a different waitress to get our order in. If quantity is what you're looking for this pace has it but this place lacks in other areas.
In an area with too many sushi restaurants, this one's just OK. Food sometimes had an odd oily taste, sometimes hardly any taste at all. Service was ok, not warm or welcoming. Only advantage to this place might be all you can eat, quantity over quality.
Food was yummy but they were super understaffed. We did the ayce and we were only able to order three times because we were getting ignored by our server. Wait time is really long as well.
It was just an okay experience. The tiered menu was the first issue we ran into, my spouse loves nigiri and sashimi however I stick with the rolls, I'm not going to pay almost $40 to not eat off of that menu so my hubby had to go with the bottom tier. In comparison to the other AYCE sushi we goto the course B is the price of course A. The shrimp tempura in our rolls was hard, the spicy ninja roll was delicious, as was the fried banana and chicken katsu.
I recently visited this place for their all-you-can-eat sushi, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. For the $35 I paid, the sushi quality was very mediocre—tasted more like something you'd get at a cheap buffet. Sure, it’ll fill you up, but it’s definitely not satisfying if you’re looking for good sushi. On top of that, the service left a lot to be desired. The waiters weren’t very friendly, and the bussers were surprisingly rude. They would just come up to the table and aggressively take dishes away without asking, which made the experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money. If you’re okay with subpar sushi and lackluster service, then it might be fine, but personally, I won’t be coming back.
The food was great, but the service was not experienced. Forgot to take our drink order. Charged us for 9 miso when 5 should have come with our bento meals. The food came out with such delay that those who got food first were done before the last person got food. I liked the cold water that tasted good. All the food was fresh and delicious. The sauce on the calamari was delicious. The soft shell crab was good but the bodies tasted like they did not get cleaned all the way.
Came here with high expectations but was let down. I don't like raw fish, so I ended up with eating cooked things. The Udon noodles were alright. Under seasoned. The steak hibachi was alright, but there was something "off" about the flavor. It tasted almost like the steak was cooked in a bakery. It's hard to explain. The chicken....yeah, the chicken. It's just nasty. It has a strange rubbery consistency and is tasteless. Even the fried katsu version. It made the chicken fried rice disgusting. The hibachi shrimp were rubbery and overcooked and lacked good flavor. They had remnants of the nasty rubber chicken flavor on them. To finish things up we saw the fried banana and ordered that. DON'T DO THAT. Whatever was inside those fried chicken nugget things was not good. It almost tastes like a super unripe plantain. And the chocolate sauce they soaked them in tasted burnt. Made them inedible in my opinion. Hate to say it, but the best thing I had was the cream cheese wontons. I also echo some other reviewers' sentiment about the "one person does it, everybody does it" policy. I get it, you don't want people sharing food. At some point you have to trust most people and accept that some will share a bite here and there. But don't force everybody into an expensive choice if they don't want to. And the whole "eat it or you pay" thing is very off-putting. I read that before we even placed our first order and wanted to leave. I was waiting on the server to try to threaten me about my pile of disgusting chicken I had built using the tasteless rubber chunks I had built topped with the inedible fried "banana" nuggets. All in all, service was alright. Atmosphere....it seemed clean enough and spacious. The food is what killed this place for us. It's not good. We won't be back and won't be recommending it to people.
Weird rules and service is terrible. Received three sushi rolls we did not order, never received our miso soups and sushi roll we actually ordered. Food is great, but it’s honestly not worth dealing with the limited staff and bad service. We will not be returning.
Just not very good but didn’t have much in the way of expectation considering it’s a sushi buffet which is always a little concerning. Went for a family get together, it wouldn’t have been my choice personally. Something to note, can’t order whatever you want if people at your table are doing the buffet. Ordered miso soup, a mixed crab roll, and vegetable tempura. They seem to prioritize the rolls because half of table was still ordering when the rolls started to roll out (pun intended). I waited and waited and waited for days for my order. I thought it was weird since all of mine were part of the starter menu. I was thinking starters would come out first, lol. Finally got the roll, it was just ok. Then waited even longer for the tempura, intill I finally asked when I would get it to make sure it was being made. I got it just after asking and it was the worst tempura ever. It was soggy and tasted like they needed to change their oil. The broccoli was totally overcooked. I ate half of it and then thought they better not charge me for not eating it considering I hardly ordered anything. That’s another rule of theirs, which I understand, but was thinking I’m not forcing myself to eat something that tastes terrible. We then just sat and visited with the family. When we left I realized we never got the miso soup. So yeah, real top notch if you’re looking for quantity and not quality. Would not recommend.
this was me and my boyfriends second time visiting. our first time was okay but this time was a complete let down. we were first not acknowledged after being seated for 10+ minutes; granted we were there on a saturday night at 8 so we were okay and patient with that. but it was until after our first round of food, our waiter nor anyone else acknowledged or checked in on us at all for a proceeding 25 minutes (and honestly felt like more - mind you there is a limit of 90 minutes!) our waiter was continuously checking in on our surrounding tables and even the ones right next to us, but not us. we would see our waiter check in with “are you still doing okay” with them and then continue on, quickly moving past us not even giving us the chance to get someone’s attention. no eye contact or acknowledgement from anyone. we were sat waiting with no food. we had already chosen the most expensive option (option c) so we were left feeling like we had to order more for our moneys worth. eventually we were able to flag our waiter down for a second round but we called it there. food wise - it is okay. we honestly really like the sushi tacos here and the sashimi was a great thick cut. i would say unless you are willing to pay more for sashimi, option c is NOT worth it. (it was $46.99 ea) we have tried multiple ayce sushi in the area and in sacramento and we have never spent more than $100 for ayce (for two), besides tonight. the service is what killed it for us. and reading other reviews it seems like this is a reoccurring problem for others. we will not be returning, or recommending for anyone else.
First time here, got 3 rolls. Genuinely didn't like any of them. Got a garlic one that tasted super strange. They just weren't good. Pretty upset I spent $85 didn't finish any of them.

Gave this place a second chance today, not sure why because I definitely didn't like it the first time going. Chicken got overcooked again and just doesn't have much going on for flavor. Service started out good until we got the food, no one in sight for 20 minutes at least seems like they know the food isn't all that good and don't want to ask hows things going at the table. Definitely won't be back and will recommend better places to people.
This place is very very expensive for the quality of the food. The seaweed was very chewy and the rice was overcooked and inconsistent with each bit. I would not recommend. The service was great the waiter would check up consistently. We left some food behind to see if we would get charged. We did not get charged.
Food was great, service was terrible. Paid for all you can eat the more expensive one, but the server never came to order more. It seemed deliberate to save them.momey. I did not get what I paid for.
Its March and there Christmas tree is still up, thats weird. So there was no one there the lady who sat us seemed nice at first but when we said we didn't want to use the chopsticks and i made a joke about using my hands, she turned rude fast. She acted like she had a chip on her shoulder. Lucky for us she wasn't our server, we got Tina, and oh boy she sure had her nose in the air. She got a 10% tip for her attitude. It was still a nice tip but maybe if you try and be nicer, tips would be better. Sushi was good, not anything crazy. Not worth going back. I'd rather get sushi from sams club.
Terrible experience. The service was awful — we asked at least five times for dirty plates to be removed, but nobody came, so we had to move them to another table that was also full of dirty dishes. The woman who served us (and said she was the manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional. They automatically added an 18% tip, claiming it was “mandatory for groups of 6 or more,” even though I was only paying for 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids, with 2 toddlers under 3 years old who should not be counted). When I said the service was terrible and I didn’t want to leave a tip, she refused to remove it and kept arguing. Food was average, small portions, and very slow service. Definitely not worth it. Dirty, rude staff, forced tips — I do not recommend this place at all.
Things I wish I knew before coming! 1: If one person wants an all you can eat option, the whole table has to order it, and they have to all pick A or B. 2: You have to finish all of each of your rolls or they charge you penalties. Our waitress was very firm on this and made us uncomfortable. We were paranoid the whole time that if we didn't eat every last rice grain we'd get penalized. I was trying to watch my carbs per my nutritionists orders and they said if you don't eat the rice you get charged extra. This feels controlling and invasive into our dietary restrictions. 3: The fried "Crab" looks and tastes like feces. I lost my appetite from this and had to put it in a pile and then awkwardly have to explain myself to them why it wasn't eaten. 4: The seaweed they use to wrap the rolls is so chewy and doesn't break down well, it made my jaw hurt and I had to pull most of it out of my mouth. For my last roll they offered a soy wrap option but it was weird. 5: service: All their attitudes were very apathetic and I felt like I was being observed from afar by a strict school teacher but not spoken to with the same customer service or positivity as you would hope when dining out. 6: the edamame was chalky and the other side items were just okay. .. I miss the last place that was in this location and when this place fails inevitably, I hope a better more caring business owner comes in. I don't plan on returning. The sushi spots rated at 4.5 stars and above are your best bet and usually rated that for a reason! Cheers!
Sushi place would have been great if my family and I did not get FOOD POISONING. For reference, I went with my partner and his parents on Saturday. We had the B course AYCE and ordered plenty of appetizers, including the grilled and fried oysters, as well as different kinds of nigiri. The price was good. But we didn't know that within 24 hours, all four of us would be suffering with upset stomach followed by puking and diarrhea. Absolutely worse food poisoning I've ever had. We're not sure if it was the oysters or what. We've eaten plenty of oysters and seafood and never had this happen to us. Absolutely upsetting. I don't usually post reviews, but I'm still suffering from the results of this food poisoning, so I thought I'd warn others.
Foods good, if you receive it. Ordered our food and appetizers, my main dish came out 1st, my friend never got his. Then they brought us the wrong appetizers, still no main dish for my friend. After asking the server where the food is, she disappeared. I had to go find a manager, and complain. Then was told they don't have what my friend ordered, no one came and told us, so he can get something else. He never got to eat. They did take 50% off the bill. But they do need to train there staff better.
THE SUSHI CHEFS DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS. Avoid this place. I wanted to enjoy it but I was grossed out!!! It's a health hazard. It's going to be tough for Akame to gain my trust.
Food was terrible I felt sick we even threw it away in the bathroom. Service was bad. If you wish to see the light of another day do not come here.
Just came here today and was extremely disappointed with the experience. One of your servers was rude and unprofessional. She threatened us that she will charge us for items we clearly couldn't eat, which is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and frankly, with service like this, it's no surprise the business is struggling. What made the situation worse was the server's attitude. She warned us that if her manager saw we were on different all-you-can-eat courses, we would all be charged for the highest one even though some of us couldn't eat certain items due to allergies. She claimed she has to this because she was afraid of getting fired as her previous co-worker was fired because pf this. That's not our problem to fix, and threatening guests to cover up internal issues is unacceptable. Even after explaining that the others have seafood allergies, we were still pressured to pay for course C no matter the reasons are. Forcing customers to pay for food they are allergic to is UNETHICAL!
Poor service, took more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged, waitress was extremely quite and wouldn't speak up. QR code for the menu wouldn't work and it took them a long time to find a physical menu. Table & plates weren't clean or dried off. Rice was overcooked, food didn't taste right and the soy sauce takes like it was expired. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The worst sushi I’ve ever eaten, not recommended at all, weird and disgusting taste for most of the rolls.
Service was alright but that was about it. The food was garbage. Fish was not fresh and very low grade (they had this fishy aftertaste similar to when fish is no longer fresh and/or improperly cleaned), the deep fried items like deep fried oysters and tempura had a slight rancid aftertaste which means their frying oil is old and they never changed it. Their ingredient of choice for some menu items just makes no sense and is borderline diabolical (like mango sauce on a salmon roll? what abomination is this?). Save your money and go somewhere else

Rude staff. The food was good but the service was soooooo bad, it made the experience unenjoyable. Listen to the reviews when they say the service is bad. Will never ever spend a dime here again. Our server Naiyah needs some SERIOUS hospitality training. Never once checked on us, never once asked if we needed anything, never refilled our waters. It was our job to flag her down to order and to check on our food. We were there for two hours and only ordered two rounds of AYCE sushi, and the second time upon checking she blamed the ticket printer when sushi orders were being delivered to other tables left and right. Felt like she was avoiding us like we were the plague. Felt like we were an inconvenience to this restaurant.
The service started out fine and there were three of us. We had all you can eat and the waitress took what was supposed to be our last order unfortunately we didn’t get our full order then she said she would check and still never completed our order. Not sure why they say all you can eat when I think they purposely ignore you mid-way through. All you can eat do not recommend
