We share the mokoheta bowl. It was excellent enough food for two. Salsa was thick and not over powerful. (I like it hot and it was not hot) Just found out that they do private party's.
Fresh, delicious Mexican food in a nice setting. Prices were good, especially the lunch special. Great selection of beers on draft. Portions were large, and entrees could probably be split. The salsa has some nice heat to it. Plenty of seating. We found the service to be quick and attentive. A solid option for good Mexican food.
For all people who loves Mexican food this place is a must try. I had a steak super burrito wet and the Mole souse is the best, really good taste me and my wife both loved it. The other item was a steak taco salad, also was good. The customer service is great. Only Outside seating available for dine-in.
First time here today. Drink was amazing and strong (mango margarita with added jalapeño to make it spicy) Got the combo plate with the chilli verde burrito and molé chicken enchilada. Came with a chicken tortilla soup. Food tasted great, very flavorful and fresh! Very clean, cute decor and friendly service! Will be back soon. Drink menu looks great
The food, Margaritas and service were fantastic!
Wow, great Mexican spot, food was piping hot and delicious, service was great , several people check on us constantly. Definitely will be back.
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Roseville. We've been going here for years. They have fabulous carnitas, and we almost always order the carnitas plate. Very tasty! However, this time I decided to branch out and try the Molcajete. Now I have a problem - I don't know which is my favorite! You have a choice of protein (fish, shrimp, carnitas, and others). You get a bubbling hot bowl of broth, cheese, your protein choice, onions, fresh zucchini. The bowl is a stone bowl, which keeps it bubbling hot. Did I mention cheese? LOTS of cheese. A big meal, and so very delicious. On top of this, the staff is always very friendly, and the restaurant itself is very clean. A wonderful place we come back to often.
Good servings, food looks very fresh.
While it doesn't seem you would get authentic Mexican food in the middle of a strip mall in Roseville, Sabores was a great place for a Sunday brunch. Healthy portions, very flavorful, reasonable prices... There was a lot to like. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is one of our favorites! We love that they have great gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free options! The staff are very kind and the food is AMAZING!! Definitely recommend!! 💓👍😊
A bit pricey but that seems to be the norm these days. Food was good. Chips and salsa was good, salad was good. I even had too much and had to take some home.
We were greeted and sat immediately. Our server took our drink order and brought it promptly. We had the kids cheese quesadilla subbed with fries as well as two crispy tacos and the chicken fajitas. The chips were fresh and salty and the salsa was flavorful and spicy. My son especially enjoyed the band and his cheese quesadilla. He said his fries were good and great lemonade. The food was excellent all around. We did have to wait for refills on our drinks for quite a while, most likely due to it being a Friday night and having a large party seated in a different part of the restaurant. We had a pleasant surprise at the end of our meal with a full Mariachi band arriving and performing. We also had to take our check up for payment as we waited quite a while to pay. Overall great experience. We have eaten here before and will return in the future.
Went here today with my family and had a awesome time, great food ,with fantastic customers service, thank you to the chef and staff

Third time here and every time is top quality fresh food, strong margaritas and friendly staff. If you are vegetarian they have a vegetarian menu with super fresh yummy selections anx my husband always orders the chicken salad and says it's the best chicken, so good! Love this place!

The food was good, a little on the higher side but isn't everything these days. I have had better mole sauce but it was good and I loved the taco with a mini very delicious, crunchy shell filled with nice tasty shredded chicken. My mother had the chili relleno with carnitas. Chips and salsa also good and complementary which many places are taking away. Combination plates also came with a good size fresh dinner salad or soup. Pinto beans were excellent but refried a bit runny However the Margaritas were not up to par. We both had a Cadillac which was $2 extra per glass and could not taste the tequila .. a little short on that I'd say. Worth a return but not where I'd find my favorite margarita. The service was good, they were attentive but it was during a slow period of the day. I don't know what it's like when they are busy.
First time visit. I am not a doctor. Their salsa was a 10. The Atmosphere was very good and surprising from the outside. The patio is nice but too close to the busy traffic noise. The service was friendly. Warning if you do not like cheese this place may not be for you. I like cheese so i happy. The bar is good. Limited option of whiskey and scotch, but my co-diner found that consuming two traditional margaritas on the rocks (with edible flower) for a short while cured lower back pain. I am not going to publish my medical findings but will keep researching. We had the Molcajete with talapia (lot of cheese and zucchini) very good and recommend. We also shared 2 enchilada beef and carnitas. There was not enough meat to identify which was which. I was a little sad. But the taste was good. The el pastor taco was 9/10. I will revisit and do recommend. Do not do the bean dip as an appetizer due to price.

Very nice Mexican cuisine. Lovely family business. The service was not great, the food average, not spectacular. The salsa super hot! It is a very convenient location though!

This place is trash. I won’t waste my time writing a full review because this picture pretty much sums it up. $23 for chicken enchiladas in mole, however, there is more cheese in this dish than you’ll find in Holland. Cocktails are far too sweet, bar is way too small, and the food is cooked in the microwave. Seriously, at least put the microwave further away from the bar so it won’t be so obvious. Whatever tho, C'est la vie.

Walked in, the palace looked nice. Lets start, FOOD was not good, the salsa was warm and looked bubbly. Chips were so white, seems like they either were old chips or they just did a quick dunk in the oil. 2/3 of us got FOOD POISONING! 🤮 Still to the following morning. (Someone go check HEALTH CODES???) The plates weren’t even warm, yet the only thing that was blazing hot (temperature wise) was the TAMAL. The DAIRY (cheese, sour cream was gross)🤢 The server was nice though. Once we were ready for the check. They clearly saw we were done. Instead, sat down at a table with guests. Overall: Service was fine, food can improve. Also, food tasted like it was days old and simply heated in the microwave. *** I don’t recommend it. *** I know businesses are struggling but to cut corners like this, ESPECIALLY in a restaurant is a no go for me. 👎🏼
My husband and I decided to give this place a try this evening. We spent $53 on dinner and unfortunately we were both EXTREMELY disappointed. I don't like giving one star reviews but I couldn't even eat the food. We both ordered chimichangas, and they came out cut in half length wise and served open faced with a really heavy/greasy sauce poured all over the tops of them. Think of a layer of greasy tortilla fried to a crisp, topped by a layer of greasy cheese, covered by a layer of unappetizing shredded meat, drenched in a heavy cream type sauce. I tried to get a little meat down but honestly it was gross and I stopped after two bites. My husband managed to choke his food down and now he's complaining about feeling sick. The waitress did not seem concerned that I had not touched my food or wanted a box, nor did she wait to hear my response after asking if everything was okay. I hesitated and she quickly asked something else and then left. We definitely will not be returning.
Not good. Ordered the chicken mole. But, let's start with the chips and salsa. Chips are flavorless. Even after putting salt on them, flavorless. Chicken mole was just okay. Some flavor, but did not taste any chocolate or much spice. Refried beans were so bad, we did not eat them. Rice was just okay. Very little flavor. Can't believe we wasted our bi-monthly lunch budget here. Del Taco has better flavored food.
