Best ever service, i have order a wrap and i wanted to eat that in their and i saw the girl handle everything really good and always smile as well she was friendly with everyone and in 10 minutes every customer who come there they praise to her and says you are awesome, The thing is every store is depend on employe so she handle nice then 😊😊

I just wanted to give a shout out to this Subway! My husband and I have tried different Subways in the area because as everyone knows there are a lot of them. At this location all of the employees are so very kind! I love there customer service and with that said the sandwiches are always delicious!! I love the spicy Italian with pepper jack cheese. All of the produce is fresh!! My husband picks the meatball sandwich everytime and a chicken wrap, they are always perfect! We love getting the footlong so we have extra for later! Nothing better then this Subway shop on a hot day because nobody wants to cook!! Went out my way to this subway shop because they have such kind people working there!! We always get great service and a delicious lunch!! He even gave me a cookie!

This is usually a great spot but they have new employees that like to speed things up and not in a good way, I did not pay attention to how the sandwich was being made because I never had a problem here but with new people I get this and every time i try and take a bite all the insides pop out the top.

This location is very ungenerous veggies you get exact three of any veggie requested and a bathroom with a toilet I scrubbed for months. *read other reviews removed another star due to consistency of terrible quality

Oven often doesn’t work and they don’t take most Subway coupons. They clearly try to cut corners.

I'm not one to really give bad reviews but I truly think this might actually be the worst location in Roseville. I came into get a sandwich at 10:30 am with my mother and there was no one to be seen. I checked the hours of the store and they open at 7 am so how is it that there was no one available? We waited 5 minutes calling out to someone to come and no one seemed to care. We're typically very patient but I had to use the bathroom and to find that there was a female employee lounging around doing her hair. Very unprofessional on the type of workers they chose to hire, for them to be open 3 hours and they're not even ready to do their job is really disappointing.

Bought two footlongs, requested to wrap each six inch separately for Togo. The lady wrapped it up separately but when charging she charged for 4, 6 inches sandwich instead of two footlongs stating that this was owner rule. I would not have minded leaving tips for good service but is this subway corporate rule to charge for six inches when requested to wrap a foot long separately? Most importantly, ETHICALLY should have informed us before wrapping the half separately about charge difference so we could make informed choice. Your customers deserve fair treaty. Please be grateful that you get your paycheck because we come to purchase your service versus several other locations. My review is not for few dollars disparity but the unethical behavior.

This is usually a great spot but I placed a phone order for pickup for two different kinds of sandwiches. They gave me the wrong sandwich for one of them. I called them immediately and told them. The lady I spoke with said to come back in whenever I have time and they will make the sandwich free of charge. I informed her I wasn’t given a receipt and she said it’s fine don’t worry about it. Two weeks later I called and advised them of the order and for the sandwich to be free of charge. The employee said that’s fine and to come in to pick it up. After I drove there, the employee gave me an excuse that the manager won’t allow her to make a sandwich free of charge without a receipt. I told her that I placed a phone call before driving there and she was aware of the situation. She said there’s nothing she can do. I asked to speak to the manager but he was conveniently not there. Do not go to this location. There are plenty of much better customer service oriented subway locations in the area. Shame on them they just lost a long time customer.

Pass over me to next customer and let me wait till another staff come to help. I wonder why she work there without training and her attitude really bad. Not recommended to go this location.

I used to work at subway a couple years ago and I can tell you these people don’t care enough to do their job correctly. Jersey mikes is right down the road if you want a real sandwich with fresh ingredients and good service.

I had the ultimate BMT and the Italian herb and cheese was hard like 3 day bread. Some of the lettuce was so soft it was almost moist! We had to throw both of our sandwiches away $16.99 for 2 - 6 inch sandwiches. Used to be a fav shop...

We can't tell you how the food is here because we were blocked by the worst customer service we've ever experienced. The manager was incredibly rude condescending and wouldn't let us voice our concerns regarding an online order. Do not recommend, go elsewhere for your subway delights.

Their store’s policy is that they never said it’s their fault. So I ordered veggie petty sandwich, as a vegetarian this is the only thing i order here, the lady made veggie delight without veggie petty in it, and when i confronted lady said its not her fault and she will charge me more money, can you imagine not giving what ordered then denying the mistake than asking for more money and even the manager or owner she was so cheap that she was fighting for 2 dollars with a customer whom she wasted 15 minutes and mood, and with new sandwich when asked for Mustard yellow sauce three times, the she was about to put ranch, she doesn’t know what veggie petty is and she doesn’t know the difference between ranch and yellow mustard. So annoying, never recommend this place. Unethical behavior. Poor service.

Accidentally did an online order to this location never been to this one ordered items that need to be heated up absolutely cold! Ask for special instructions completely ignored tried to call them they just let the phone ring skip this subway don’t even waste your money or time

Ordered sandwiches as a cool dinner on a hot day. The two tuna sandwiches were absolutely pathetic. Each sandwich had 1 tablespoon of tuna...we had to disassemble the sandwiches just to find the protein and we literally scraped it off and measured it. When i tried to call to see how they could remedy the situation, no one answered the phone for the 20 minutes I attempted calling (they are open until 9). I usually go to a different subway location, but this one was closer and we will NEVER go here again. Poor quality. Poor service. What a total rip off.

Accidentally did an online order to this location never been to this one ordered items that need to be heated up absolutely cold! Ask for special instructions completely ignored tried to call them they just let the phone ring skip this subway don’t even waste your money or time
