Loved this place! We went for restaurant week with our couple friends. The service and food was great. We loved the butter chicken pizza and shrimp. The steak was also great. We are definitely going back.

Outstanding selection of excellently prepared and served menu items, many unique, in a not-overpriced bistro hidden on the sub-lobby floor of an ordinary hotel. What a happy surprise!

Great food, atmosphere and service

I would give the service 10 stars if I could! Attentive, friendly, great atmosphere. My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Chef Vivek is great and we were lucky enough to speak with him and get great menu insights prior to dinner. Honestly we ordered an array from a Wagyu burger with truffle fries (and I mean real truffle fries), to chicken tikka kebab and lamb nahiri. The malai kofta and braised short ribs were the stars in my mind and the chocolate gelato to finish the night was super creamy. We also ordered several cocktails and they were all made perfectly. A great way to start our trip! The live pianist further enhanced the atmosphere. Really enjoyable experience.

I held a mid-size event at the Atlas restaurant with ~60 people (adults and kids) for my father’s birthday. It was perfect. I didn’t want anything too decorated but it was formal, maintained well, and the entire event was run smoothly. Special thanks to Hersh/Harsh and another man whose name I unfortunately didn’t get- they were gracious and helped me with last minute set up and were there to help with any requests. They even packed up left over food. I would absolutely recommend the Roslyn Hotel/the Atlas for intimate, low maintanence but classy events. The tables were set up beautifully, the bar was well kept, and the bathrooms were clean. Mary Jo is who helped me plan and she was there to answer all my questions and perfect the menu to cater to all my guests. The food itself was also great! Thank you everyone (this is the first event I planned and I am so thankful for how easy it was)!

Best management, staff and chef, very accommodating! We’ve hosted two parties at their restaurant and venue, and each time was fantastic. The food was lovely, the staff went above and beyond, and our guests couldn’t stop raving. Highly recommend!

WOW! What a great experience our family had dining at Atlas. First, our server, Abdul was OUTSTANDING. Managing a party of 14 is no easy task - and Abdul did it with a consistent smile, grace and efficiency. He made our experience amazing. The food — PHENOMENAL: We did a mix of Indian flare and some American. Everything was over the top — very tasty and well prepared. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal service, incredibly delicious food. We had spinach chaat as well as chicken & leek dim sum for appetizers, lamb rogan josh and tikka masala with butter naan and rice for main course, and Eton mess and kulfi for dessert. Every bite was wonderful, my friend and I were thrilled with the entire meal.

The Atlas was super accommodating to me and my bridal party, who wanted to gather for breakfast the morning after the wedding. With just a few minutes notice, they prepared an area for my large group to dine & catch up with each other. The food all came out delicious and I would recommend the breakfast sandwich with potatoes! Thank you Sam and crew for making the final part of our wedding weekend so easy!

What a great time we had at Atlas Bistro! We went for their Sip, Savor, and Sounds on Wednesday night, where all drinks are half-price. Their food is spectacular, from the butter chicken flatbread to the creamiest hummus I've ever had to their jerk wings. Service is impeccable, and the live music couldn't be beat! This should be a go-to for a great mid-week event!

We had a delicious Spring Restaurant Week lunch. The food choices were very good. Our Waitstaff person was Sam who was very attentive and professional. We will definitely return soon. Thank you Atlas team!!

Amazing food and service. I have dined here over 10 times this year and every meal has been perfect. Flavoring, presentation, wine and cocktail selection is great.

Hidden gem of the area. I hope not many people find out about it cause it’s so nice being quiet. Food is beyond amazing. Service is attentive. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. If you’re seeing this PLEASE GO THERE.

Had a wonderful Lunch at Altas, ordered Caesar salad, and Lobster Ravioli. The salad was fresh, the ravioli was also flavorful. The service was also excellent. Our server Milan was very polite and professional. He made us an incredible Espresso martini. The restaurant also has free parking.

I recently had a fantastic breakfast experience at Atlas New World Bistro. Their avocado toast was a homely, The farm-fresh omelette was equally impressive, packed with colorful vegetables and locally-sourced eggs, also comes with home fries and bread toast. However, what truly made the visit exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Milan, our server. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, Milan ensured that every aspect of our meal was nothing short of perfect. Overall, Atlas New World Bistro exceeded expectations with their delicious breakfast offerings and exceptional service.

We had a get together with friends . The appetizers were yummy, presentation was superb. Loved the way they served pani puri. The Shrimps were delicious. The service was exceptional. The ambience great . The Chef came out to say hello .

I first went to this restaurant casually for a family bday dinner and we loved the food. In 2021 we had a small dinner party for my mom’s 65th bday and it was amazing. Stephanie is always super helpful and easy to work with as the coordinator. Last weekend we had my dad’s 70th dinner party and it was amazing, fun and classy. The space is beautiful. The food is great and the staff is amazing. I cannot stress enough how easy it is to work with them all and I appreciate the staff who work so hard to make sure that 30 ppl were happy with food and drinks. I’m a happy, returning customer!!! Thank you!

We had not eaten out as a family for a long time and so were excited to try Atlas New World Bistro for restaurant week. Our two teenage boys, who are typically picky eaters, completely enjoyed all three courses. We tried the Butter Chicken Flatbread, Beef Croquet, Steak Salad, and Fried Calamari for the first course. We tried the strip steak and roast chicken for second, and had chocolate gelato and the banana tart for dessert. Everything was so delicious. We loved each dish from the first course; the steak was juicy and perfectly cooked; the chicken had a flavorful mushroom sauce that was amazing. We had such a wonderful time from sharing good food. We will definitely be back!

The food was an absolute 10/10 but it was not the food that made me enjoy this place. The waitress Conte made the experience everything. She was the sweetest soul ever . The ambiance is also very beautiful. If you’re there, make sure you ask for conte, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Had the pleasure of meeting Subrata, our server, and Harsh Patel, the food and beverage manager. Both were most pleasant and professional. The meal was delicious and service was efficient and attentive. We were given additional printed information about upcoming shows at Cellar as we look forward to coming back for the dining, entertainment, and hotel amenities.

This bistro sits below the Roslyn Hotel, by Hilton. The restaurant features a full bar and plenty of seating in a nice quiet atmosphere. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we came. Service was a bit slow but friendly. We went with a burger and the lobster ravioli. The burger was cooked to order and the fries were a nice pairing overall. The lobster ravioli was nice with the duck bacon a nice add. The ravioli seemed to be made in house, had a nice flavor, and was served piping hot. The meal was good and priced similar to what we experienced in NYC.

The Chicken Milanese was ok. The salad was the real standout. It was fresh and the house dressing was amazing. I asked for lemon because all of the silverware was dirty.

Only a few other parties were here when we sat down on a Saturday night. After we got the food I realized why. The samosa appetizer was frozen inside, which I was surprised by, because the reviews here are so good, an we had such high hopes. Rest of the food was average. Naan tasted very floury. Two days later, I saw my credit card had been double charged - one with tbr tip, and one without, so it didn’t look like a duplicated. What a shame, because I had booked this place for a large party in few weeks but I guess we will need to find a new spot.

This place is a total dissatisfaction, no ambience at all , the rudeness of some of the staff goes to the next level , as a member of Hilton honors I can’t understand such a situation in one of the hotels , the bartender double charge my tip and at the time I received a notification in my mobile I call him to ask what happened and he literally kick me out of the place and took my food , before I finished and paid for and told me “we are closed “ I was about to call the police
