Just came here to pet some cats. Surprisingly the place smells good considering how many cats they are fostering. Didn't get any food but did get some little trinkets as the front of the store had a little shop and tables that you can enjoy a drink from. Rachel is doing a great job there and the volunteers are really nice too. If I am ever in the area again I'll make sure to stop by

I adore this place!! We visited for the first time today and loved it. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and funny too! You can tell how much they love what they do and you can tell how loved these cats are. The kitties themselves were so sweet and adorable, I loved spending them with them! It is so exciting to see so many of them in the process of being adopted, I can’t wait to do the same. Plus, the bakery items are so yummy! ☺️

So the perks to this place are being able to spend time with the cats. 4 of us went, and we decided to try some of the baked goods and drinks... unsure if the lady that was behind the counter was the owner, but my fiancé bought his coffee first and it was almost like she forgot about him, we kept making comments indicating he did not receive his coffee and it was like it didn't click to her. We were the only ones in the cafe at the time, so it wasn't like she was overwhelmed with customers. After we all got our stuff (as we paid for it)...he had to approach her for his coffee....she never gave me my change back from my purchase which did irritate me but I hope it just goes to the kitties and the hot chocolate was not good at all. Due to my fb post, many of my friends are visiting this location, so I know I helped to get the word out to help the kitties that are staying there. The room for the kitties is separate, and you can pay per 1/2 hour $15. The room did have a smell to it, but you get used to it. The setup is ideal for all the cats and spacious. Every kitty there is available for adoption. Some are bonded as well. All in all, it was a great experience playing with the cats and interacting with them. I do not, however, recommend eating there.... But certainly pay a visit and maybe consider adopting.

Incredible experience at Pretty Paw Lounge - woman owned and run. The cats are so well cared for, the space is super clean, and the the vibes are lovely. We love to visit at least once every couple months.

Adorable cat cafe with several playful cats and kittens. I believe there were 13 cats when I went. All were available for adoption. The cats were really sweet, interactive, and playful. Lots of toys and an enriching atmosphere for them. You can't bring food/drinks in with you to the cat room. I'd suggest grabbing your goodies and treats after your cat time. I booked and filled out the waiver online. Check-in took less than a minute, including making a drink purchase.

The Pretty Paw Lounge is wonderful, and is doing important work with rescue and adoption of neglected kitty's. We just adopted an abused cat that unfortunately lost an eye. Rachel (owner) and the Lounge brought us together with this wonderful kitty, and my family and I are so grateful. Please support this woman-owned business in the community that is trying to give back to those who can't speak for themselves.

What a wonderful experience!! This place is nicely kept up and great atmosphere! Felt very welcomed by both workers and the cats! Really enjoyed my time here very friendly staff and such a cute facility!

We had our daughter's birthday party there, and they made it a lot of fun. The kids got to interact with the cats, which they loved. There was a painting party that all of the kids seemed to enjoy, and food other than the standard pizza, lol. Pasta and salad. The people who run this place are super nice and helped us have a great time. Plus, the cats are awesome, too. They also have a lot of cat-themed items here: pins, stickers, mugs, shirts, pens, and various other things. If you need a gift for a cat person, this is the place.

I have not eaten there but I have to say if I could give them 10 stars, I would. The kindness and compassion that they show to someone who has to give up the animals they love and rehome them is phenomenal. I called Rachel crying because I had to rehome my cats. I brought them in very upset, and the whole staff assured me that they were at the right place. When I left three hours later, I was told to come back and see them anytime and I called Rachel daily to see how they were. She always took that time out to talk to me and reassure me that they were fine. they both were adopted by wonderful families with the help of Rachel. I cannot say enough good things about the Pretty paw lounge and the people that run it. Rachel, you are my angel. Thank you for all that you do and I would highly recommend that everybody stop in the Pretty paw lounge and see all the amazing things that Rachel and her staff are all about!

Love coming here! Lots of local vendors to shop from. The owner does her best to care for these animals and pair them with new homes. As someone who has volunteered with a few rescue organizations in the past, this option is preferable over them being in a cage.

I love this place! It's very quiet and calming,which is something I prefer. The cats are so cute and cuddly I love all of them and also got some cat earrings for myself in the shop. Service was great, very nice staff. Atmosphere is clean and spacious. I definitely recommend if you love cats and quiet spots.

Calling it a cafe is a stretch, but the staff is very nice and the cats are well loved and they are adoptable. From what I've seen, the adoption process is super fast, too. Not really any food or a place to eat it but overall the place has some great vibes if you want to pet some kitty cats.

She failed to fully explain the important conditions and responsibilities involved with the cat we were fostering “Too Busy That Day”… Which caused unnecessary confusion and stress to us and the cat. On top of that, communication was terrible — when we had urgent questions about the fostered cat’s health and care. When we did manage to reach her, her attitude was dismissive and rude, especially when we reached out outside of office hours and need urgent advice for the cat (because the cat was puking and have various stomach issues). For an organization that’s supposed to care about animals and their well-being, this kind of unprofessional and unhelpful behavior is unacceptable. Would not recommend fostering through them.

Overcrowded area in a small space, did not expect it to be so small. The entrance was bigger than the actual cat lounge. No bathrooms even though food and drinks are served, cats are a little overstimulated because of the amount of people in such a small place. There were some cats, and it’s amazing that these cats have been saved and that we are supporting a good charity but it’s not enjoyable when there’s not enough cats for everyone. I could not really play or even pet the cats there because of the amount of people crowding them. Wonderful cause and charity, but would not probably come again.
