That is one tasty burger! Also had to try the crispy spicy chicken sandwich on this visit, and it did not disappoint- had a very nice spice to it that hit the spot perfectly, although it certainly could use some more heat to it (but I know my desire for that spicy heat is often times way more than what the general population enjoys... so this sandwich is likely just right for most people). The friendliness of the staff is almost always spot on, as is the cleanliness of the dining area. The fun thing discovered on this visit was when my wife went to the restroom, she discovered she could hear everything being ordered in the drive-thru... that was apparently a bit entertaining. I guess if some of you ladies get bored waiting on the rest of your party to finish up their meal or delicious dessert, you can always go check out that free radio program. Never a bad choice for lunch, dinner, or a quick tide ya over snack!
Stopped by to try it out and love it. Very clean and welcoming environment. Food is amazing. Had the mushroom Swiss and it was so good. Onion rings are amazing as are the shakes. We will be back for sure.
I ate here as a kid, I always remember I'd have it when I would visit my grandma in Kerrville. Well when I moved to Austin I realized there are a few here in Austin. Most of the time when you have something as a kid that you think is amazing and then try it as an adult it's eh. Nope not Culver's, it was perfect. Exactly how I remember it. I would highly recommend it! It always brings back fond memories.
First time eating at a Culver's. Kiddos loved their food, and ice cream. Christian waited on us, he was super helpful and kind! Everything we ordered was fresh, and delish. Must try!!
Very good food. Burgers are great and the cheese curds are amazing
I cannot say enough great things about this Culvers! The staff is EXCELLENT. They could not be more kind. They truly serve each and every customer. You can hear them great customers by name. Now, that is saying something! And, I'm never disappointed by the food. Many delicious choices. Plus, who couldn't love their custard, customized or as the flavor of the day. I never don't leave Culver's not in a good mood. Thank you Culver's for going out of your way to make a meal a joyful experience.
I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve been greeted with nothing but open arms. At my first visit, Neil was my cashier and he taught me how to save money while getting exactly what I wanted. Second visit came along Margo(?), and his service was excellent. I can tell the workers here care about their job a lot. Neil and Margo, if you guys are seeing this, you’re awesome!
My favourite chain, food was great and people are nice in every location.
My husband and I have been craving Culver’s and decided to stop in. It was a pretty busy Saturday afternoon. Line moved quickly, self seating, food arrived in a timely manner, staff was great. All in all a good meal!
Food was good. Staff, after finally greeting me (I stood at a register nearly 5 minutes without being greeted or otherwise acknowledged, otherwise would have been 5 stars), was helpful with menu suggestions and recommendations (my first time in a Culver's.) Fast food environment without feeling rushed. Clean store. Food presentation was good.
Culver’s is so good! I’m glad they opened the Round Rock location. I love coming to Culver’s during the summer because of their lemon ice drinks. I have to get the lemon ice cooler with raspberries every time I go! I got the chicken tenders with curds this time and keep changing up my order. I was bummed that they got rid of their tuna melt though. Go to Culver’s for their concrete (ice cream) and stay for burgers too.
Oh my goodness! Just like home!! && the presentation of my burger was outstanding!
I just went next door for myself and the drive thru attendant was not very happy or welcoming. I was so relieved to drive up to Culver's and have a delightful friendly voice over the intercom greet me! Christian was absolutely amazing! Haven't had the food yet but I'm hoping it's just as wonderful as the service! Keep being humble and kind!
My first visit. Heard great things about the fish sandwich and Culver's did not disappoint!! Good flavor, decent size for the price, not greasy. I enjoyed it and will be returning. 😋
Our first time at Culver's! The manager greeted us and I explained it was our first time. Neil took plenty of time and explained the menu and our options. We ended up with burgers and were very pleased. Also try the root beer! The only negative was the restrooms were dirty. We will dine at this location again.
I was really excited to see a Culver's opening in RR. Be willing to be patient when you go as they are still working out some just opening kinks but the food arrives fresh and hot every time. I have gone at both lunch and dinner. Definitely busier at dinner time and we had to wait for a place to sit. The staff were attentive and polite though. Even got to meet the owners who were excited to be here in RR. At lunch I went through the drive through and waited probably 10-15 minutes for three meals. The butter burgers are of course delicious but my personal favorite is the chicken tenders. It is about $8.00 for a basket meal.
Great variety of food, friendly staff. Made fresh. We always enjoy eating here!
I love culvers. The one closet to me on braker lane closed down so now I drive up to this one in round rock and its worth the drive every time. The service was great. The crew seems to enjoy working there laughing and singing as they work. The cashier was very knowledgeable about the seasonal products and gave some personalized suggestions to try. Food always an A+ The atmosphere for a newer store was sad. The inside was little dirty and we have to stop with with carpet interior especially when you already have tile and other forms of flooring in the dining area. My shose were sticking to the carpet. The ketchup station was a mess and ketchup dispensers were in disarray and rusted. The bathroom smelled and had mini trash cans with mold lining them. Also the soap dispenser was broken off and just laying on the counter top. Almost made me worried about if this is how this store cleans then how do they prepare food. I hope to return again and find it in cleaner environment.
The next best place to Chick-fil-A and it's open Sunday too. Nothing bad to say about this place. Very stress free and decent value for the money.
Culver’s Round Rock is a pretty awesome fast food place. They’ve always extremely friendly and welcoming. They deliver your food to your table with a smile, ask if you need anything else then tell you to enjoy your meal. The walk through the restaurant checking that everyone is content. The food is fresh and hot. I’ve had their burgers, cod sandwich, salads and fried shrimp, and was pleased every time. Their bathrooms are always clean and well maintained.
I went to the get my drink and before I got back to my table the food was ready, unbelievably fast! Pricing is great, food taste great, and the service is consistently great, what’s there to complain about?
The quality of the food and the service here is unlike any other. My favorite is the strawberry fields blue cheese salad and I don’t even like salads. It is so delicious and refreshing, especially after being in the hot sun all day. I eat this salad for lunch 2-3 times a week and never get tired of it!
My first time at this burger joint and I'm glad I tried it. It took me about 10 minutes to look at the menu and finally decided to get the mushroom and Swiss triple burger. It was so delicious, fresh, and juicy. I just loved it so much. Definitely it's ranked on my top 3 burgers ever. Then I had the salted caramel brownie ice cream smoothie. Good, but not as good as the burger. Overall great place to enjoy a delicious meal.
Food is always so good! Hot & fresh every time we have gone.
Yummy pot roast dinner and cheese curds. Didn't see it on the drive through menu, but it was online, felt like a secret menu item! Delicious😂
The best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff is so kind and attentive. I unfortunately did not get their names but everyone was awesome! Thank you for making my first time at Culver’s the best!
First time at a Culver’s. Great chicken sandwich. Fries were OK. Butter Pecan Pumpkin scoop was okay.
First time eating at a Culver's and I have to say the young lady at the register was very polite and helpful with the menu. The entire staff was on point at this location in Round Rock, Tx.. I ended up getting the fish sandwich combo and the really good size cod fish was very good along with the soft delicious bun that it was on. I will definitely be back to try more of the items on the menu including dessert next time...
Fresh, Quick, and Accurate Culvers makes the best fast food burgers in my opinion. Absolutely delicious. The fries were fresh and hot also. Great job.
We had the Fish & Chips, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries and onion rings. The food was really good and the staff was very nice and helpful for me a newbie to this restaurant. I can't wait to come back and try there burgers, custard, and Wisconsin Cheese Curds. A must try for a great meal.
Diverse menu, fresh food, crunchy fries, tasty shrimps, delicious burger, everyone was happy. The only downside, we were so stuffed we didn't try the custard or sundae. Next time!
I use the drive thru and always have friendly quick service. I love their custard milk shakes.
First time here at Culver’s. I was impressed on the cleanliness of the restaurant, USB ports, plug in outlets across the restaurant and the customer service. The Cod sandwich meal was done fresh to order, they serve Coke products. I personally like the old fashion style fries they serve. The ice cream was creamy and full of flavor.
I never imagined that one day I was going to see a Culver’s in Texas. They belong to Wisconsin and parts of the Midwest Region where I used to see them very often, but Texas? Anyway, let’s go! I said and what a lovely surprise! I got fresh, good food (shrimp 10 pcs) 😋 my wife got a Strawberry Salad, (I got the chicken)👍 we had good service, place was clean 👀 and plan to go back for another happy lunch time! Thank you Culver’s! You made my day!
Me and my dad stopped in here when we were there. My uncle was in the hospital. We stopped in here to get some dinner. Walking in the the the employees were very inviting. The restaurant was cleaned. They were busy. My dad got a mushroom and Swiss burger. I got a buttery burger and then we got mozzarella. Sticks or the cheese curds. It was cheese curds, and then we got the fish. To share and everything was good. The buttery burger. I see reviews for it. I don't see anything special. It's just a cheeseburger. The fish was really good. The cheese curds were mediocre um. But everything else was pretty good. Would I go back here any? I think there's other places. You can get a better burger, but it was still good. I give him a good review anyway
This was my first ever experience at a Culver’s. I had a double butter, burger and fries with a large iced tea. The iced tea is not that great but man that hamburger was really good fries got a little soggy, but I think that’s cause I have them in the bag for a little bit too long would love them a little bit more crispy, but overall a pretty good experience at Culver’s. The lady in the drive-through with all the piercings was super friendly and is such a good heart.
The Culver's staff has shown a ton of grace under pressure tonight! They are backed up with 3rd party orders, walk in customers, extra people due to a nearby convention, and drive through orders. They have been polite and kept everyone updated on the status of order taking. The staff have been communicative and efficient and helpful with each other. We waited about ten minutes to order...but then our food only took five minutes to arrive! (And it was fresh, hot, and delicious, of course.) The tone of the staff can definitely set the experience for the customers, and they have done their absolute best to rock and roll through an extremely busy night. Way to go, y'all!
Great fast food. Pot roast sandwich was tasty and filling. Applesauce as a side! Coke products. Cozy interior. Nice break from Burger and fries.
Culver’s is such a comforting place to eat. The food is always fresh, warm, and made with care. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the custard is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the whole place feels clean and cozy. It’s one of those spots that just makes you happy every time you visit.
I stopped in and had their fish dinner. It was to die for it was really good. Flaky and hot with some tartar sauce and I had some fry fries and I had me a chocolate malt made with chocolate custard and it was delicious. You got to love Culver's man. I'm telling you and this is a well-run store. I truly enjoy going in there. Good people work there. That's why I come back anyway. Sincerely, Joseph e. Hall of Hutto, Texas
Got the mushroom Swiss burger and added grilled onions. Was so DELICIOUS!! Tastes like a steak on a bun. Cheese curds for the side of course. Always good🙌 Food was fresh and traveled super well. Thanks for my tasty dinner🩷
Culver’s is always a solid choice for comfort food done right. The ButterBurgers are juicy and flavorful, and their frozen custard is the perfect sweet finish. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and everything tastes freshly made. It’s the kind of place you can always count on for a satisfying meal.
If you’re looking for a quick stop just a few miles off the highway during a road trip, Culver’s is a solid choice. The servers were very friendly and helpful with taking our orders. Tip: make sure to request lettuce and tomato—otherwise your burger will come plain. We kept it classic with a Deluxe (with everything), and it hit the spot. The fries were hot and crispy, and the kids’ meals came with a free scoop of ice cream, which was the highlight for our little ones. We also tried their new Crunchy Spicy Chicken, and it’s a must-try—you won’t be disappointed!
Love Culver’s! They just have some top tier custard! I also love their butter burgers. This trip I got a heath custard and it was amazing. I really appreciated that they kept the drive through moving even when the cars ahead hadn’t gotten their meal. They had them pull forward to help keep the line moving
Fantastic food and custard. The chocolate concrete is amazing! Last night I tried the chicken sandwich and fries. Nice combination of flavor. My son enjoyed the hamburger. The staff here in Round Rock was amazing and super friendly. The restaurant was busy and that means great turnover! Definitely worth checking out here in Round Rock! We also tried the concrete turtle Sunday. It was a good combo of sweet custard and salty pecans...don't forget the fudge and Caramel! Sooo good!!
Love Culver's, it's a unique taste so don't wanna eat too much of it otherwise I will not ever come back lol
One of my favorite burger in town, usually I get the deluxe and the Mashrom and Swiss, and I haveto finish it with the caramel cashew
Love everything about culver's. Their food is always delicious. Their burgers especially
Me and my family have been coming to this establishment since it opened and have never had bad food or bad service. Keep doing great Culver's!
Five stars!!! Neill the manager was absolutely lovely. Burgers and fries were fresh and tasty, area was very clean, custard was A+.
I haven't had Culver's in a long time, and it was even better than I remember! The parking lot was pretty full, so I thought that I would have a long wait, but my food came out very quickly. The …
Friendly, accurate service. Refreshing change from other fast food restaurants. Changes to standard burger done correctly. Easy dip ketchup trays rather than foil packets.
Always very clean and the staff, especially night shift, are so kind and welcoming. I noticed other Culvers have a problem with half melted ice cream but this location is always on point. The ice c…
The food is always fresh and delicious. This is my soon to be 5-year-olds favorite fast food restaurant. Jayden working the drive-thru is always smiling. His kindness is contagious. Thank you!

Fast food, yup. But the fish sandwich takes me back to PNW. Yum yum 👍🏻
Not the absolute best burger in town, but still pretty good. It's subjective, as their burgers are fresh and delicious, but they bring a unique Wisconsin, butter burger flavor to the table that you may or may not like. Love their crinkles fries.
Ice cream is delicious but the double patties are too much to not have more condiments on the burger, they're dry.
The chicken sandwich is NOT worth the hype. the patty is too thin, there's no crunch, and it is not crispy. It tastes off and bland and feels unreal. The other ingredients make it more balanced, which is good, but the patty needs more flavor. I wish it had more crunch, but I felt sick while eating it. It's not the worst, but it could be improved. The ice cream was great, but I wish they had added extra hot fudge. Other than that, the ice cream was tasty and well worth the pay. The employees were nice and they deserved a raise.
I'd never heard of Culver's before, but it was right next to the Kalahari resort where my family and I were staying, and we were looking for food that didn't cost an arm and a leg (like it does inside the resort). All of us were pleasantly surprised at the speed and ease of ordering from a real human person (I'm tired of computerized kiosks already). The self-service drink station was clean and in working order, something I can't say about many fast food locations these days. Within minutes of sitting down, our food was brought to the table -- exactly what we'd ordered -- and everything tasted great. My wife and I liked how quiet it was inside (this location has carpet and a drop ceiling, both of which are acoustic lifesavers but neither of which are found in many modern restaurants). The music was, I believe, 1950s hits -- not my favorite but ten times better than most restaurants in my home town which have switched over entirely to country music. Both kid meals came with a free scoop of frozen custard and it was tasty and ready quickly. The only downside for me was the religious messaging on the electronic sign near the driveway... I don't need or want business establishments to share their religious sentiments with me, regardless of whether I agree with them (but especially when I don't).
Best burgers and ice-cream at a great value. Always fast & friendly service too. The shrimp basket is fabulous and often overlooked. The curds are best you can reasonably find. I am never disappointed at Culver's and find the quality highly consistent.
Since moving from Chicago, my family has been missing Culver's. Gratefully this new location near our home has popped up and we can enjoy it again. The cheese curds here are fantastic. The burgers are top notch too. I'm a little disappointed that my mushroom Swiss came a little smashed today but it doesn't sour me on returning.
Really enjoy Culver’s and the service was over the top exceptional as always. The food really was the rough part. After a bite of the burger, it was noticeable that it was premade and sitting out for the next order. It gets busy but was not busy on the inside and really disappointed me from the quality of food I usually get. Otherwise, it was a great time with friendly staff, cold AC, and nice inside cleanliness and seating.
I love steak burgers and Culver's definitely make some good ones. A tad pricey, but it is a good burger. The milkshakes are too thick I'm my opinion. I couldn't even drink it for about 30min and had to use a spoon. The pretzel bites were awesome, but man, they are overpriced at $4 This particular location was extremely crowded. I found that last available seat inside. Fast service for the amount of customers. I will return another time for sure.
Did not enjoy the Walleye. Tasted like something fished out of a creek 😂 I know the custard and burgers are good though so I'm not going to bash them over frozen fish. I just wish I had ordered a burger instead lol. I think I ended up going to In N Out afterwards to purge the Walleye from my memory.
Fast, friendly staff. This time of year they offer Walleye Pike (fish). I ordered a 3 piece dinner with salad and cole slaw sides and a soft drink. $28 !! Plenty of clean tables. Food is brought to your table. Tasted great.
Decided to finally visit Culver's to try out and was pleased with the dining experience. The burger had a good flavor, the Wisconsin cheese curds were excellent, the Pretzel Bites were good but had just a bit too much salt (Personal preference). The "dangerous" part came towards the end when we had to get some handpacked pints of frozen custard to go... 😅 We'd most likely be back in the near future as I have my eyes on the Chilli Cheddar Fries...
We have seen Culver's ads on TV and decided to give them a try for lunch today. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. The location was clean and appears well maintained. The food was good, but not better than other restaurants serving similar meals. Overall our lunch was good and we will consider eating here again.
First time in Austin eating at a Culver's and was deliciously surprised. Pretty good fast food, I especially like the burger the best. It does have a butter taste to it oh, they advertise them as Butter Burgers. This I think might be a newer Culver's it doesn't look that old and it is nice outside seating area as well. Service was friendly.

We had a chicken sandwich and a shrimp with one side. We loved them. With the shrimp, they asked if we needed tartar sauce or/and cocktail sauce. We didn't have to ask for it, unlike the other places.

My first time at Culver's. The butter burger was delicious. One of the best fast food burgers I've had.
Food was good, but very greasy. Prices were exorbitant. Fries are extra $$.
Food was good besides my fry’s over cook, the cashier was fantastic, but the guy that brought our food to us just dropped the tray on the table and took our number, as for the cleanness of the place was not good. All tables were dirty my husband and I had to wipe off our table, and the restrooms were filthy like no one has cleaned them all afternoon. If store and restroom was clean and fry’s not burnt and employee wouldn’t have dropped our food on the table would have gave five stars.
I usually like custard from Culver’s however this last visit in the drive thru after asking me what I’d like to order and me stating my first item the cashier made me repeat everything about it-size, flavor, and toppings. Why ask me what I want if you’re not ready to take the order? We sat at the window waiting an unusually long time for ice cream. The cashier opened the window and asked what we were waiting on, then grabbed our melty items that had clearly just been sitting there. After all that it was missing a topping. Disappointing.
Some crew members were very loud when talking back and forth. It is not a very relaxing atmosphere to hear a bunch of people yelling for the entire time you are trying to eat. This is not the first time we have heard a lot of excessive noise.
You will be VERY full by the time you finish, and your bank account will be very empty. Definitely a pricey option, but its good. My rating would be much higher if we got to enjoy our food fresh. Ordered through the app and drove for "Curd-side pickup" (🤣) By the time we got our food, the bags were soggy and ripping apart. Im NOT saying the food is bad, im saying you need to eat it fresh off the grill. HUGE PLUS: kids meals come with ice cream!! ❤️❤️
This was my first time trying Culver's. The service and atmosphere are both great! The hamburgers could be better, it lacks flavor and are pretty thin. The fries are crinkle fries and the flavor resembles the frozen kind you get from the grocery store. The strawberry milkshake was delicious and so was the frozen ice watermelon drink. I more than likely wouldn't revisit, unless it was to purchase ice cream or milkshakes.
The frozen yogurt was kinda in mud melt. In fact both of my friends mentioned that "it doesn't see as frozen tonight" and "it's melting really fast". The AC in the building must not have been working because it was warm and muggy inside as we sat down to enjoy our dessert.
I just left from Culver’s drive-through and interacted with the gentleman by the name of Christian taking the orders. He was very rude. He snatched my payment out my hand, slapped the number on my rearview mirror, thinking he was trying to break it as well as when I was informed to pull forward, it was said with attitude. Now I know people have off days however your in customer service and if your having an off day you shouldn’t be working drive through. The food was delicious as always.
Not the best experience & I really don’t like writing negative reviews. The restaurant was dirty, my son asked for bacon on his burger and there wasn’t any bacon on it. The food overall didn’t taste good and we have always liked other Culver’s locations.
Unfortunately, our experience was absolutely subpar. After placing a DoorDash (DD) order, we only received a portion of our items. After calling the restaurant, they refused to take accountability for the error. We kindly asked for our entire order to be remade since the half that arrived was cold and assembled poorly. They refused. Their team did remake the items missing from the order; however, upon arrival, we walked to the front counter and heard the crew loudly complaining about our concerns. After confronting them, they were pleasant and obviously embarrassed after having been caught. We got our food and returned home to find that the food was obviously made with spite. Our party also spoke with management, and they were unapologetic.
This is a family favorite visiting for years across the country. Not impressed with this location at all. No soap in bathrooms, trash on floor. Workers not focused. food was subpar. Really disappoi…

Ever since this Culver's opened up in Round Rock my family and I have been addicted. We've been going several times a week and enjoying great food and great custard. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Our experience has always been a positive one up until the s@#t show that was 7/19 around 8pm. ... and yes I know this is just ice cream, it's not matters of world importance or life or death. Mistakes happen and everybody's well-intentioned there just needs to be some additional training involved. My wife and I went through the drive-thru and ordered large and small cookie dough cravings. The girl entering our order entered them in as Sundaes with cookie dough topping. We didn't think it was unusual just thought maybe it was how she entered the order in and it would be fine when we got to the window. When the lady at the window confirmed that we had ordered Sundaes with cookie dough we said no we had ordered cookie dough cravings. She asked if we wanted the Sundae or the concrete. We had only ever ordered just a cookie dough craving and they had always come out the same way. We didn't quite know how to answer that. So we said okay we'll just go with sundaes. We we're given gravy boats full of plain white Custard with cookie dough crumbles on them. Not even close to what we got before but okay we'll give it a shot. Started eating them and yeah it just wasn't that good. So we were like okay we made a mistake now we know to order the concrete for now on. We put the Sundaes up on the dash and I went in to order and pay for new cookie dough craving concrete's. A very pleasant young lady took my order and then I walked back to wait for my concrete. About five minutes later a girl came over to hand me two all vanilla concretes. The cookie dough craving concrete is a mix of chocolate and vanilla with cookie dough pieces. I let her know that it should be chocolate and vanilla mixed and she went back to make them correctly. 2 minutes later she came back to me again with the same vanilla concrete and said that these were in fact cookie dough craving concrete's. I informed her that they were not and tried to pull up the Culver's website on my phone. She grabbed a menu and we both looked it up and I pointed to the menu which said the cookie dough craving was a mixture of vanilla, chocolate, and cookie dough pieces. She took the concrete's back to another lady to remake them... Or so I thought. I stood there and watched as the other lady scooped out the vanilla from the concretes that were sent back, put them in new cups, threw some chocolate on top, and then proceeded to blend them. By this time I've been standing against the wall waiting for my concrete inside the restaurant for about 15 minutes. That doesn't include the additional 20 to 25 minutes we had spent in the Drive-Thru line waiting for the original order. The concrete's I ended up getting back we're all vanilla along the bottom, chocolate on the top and only a few cookie dough crumbles since no additional cookie dough was added when the concretes were remade. The picture below is after I had spent a minute trying to mix it up with my spoon. Is custard more valuable than gold? I'm not sure I understand why instead of doing it the right way and simply remaking them from scratch you try to salvage the incorrect order throw chocolate on top, give it a quick mix where it isnt even mixed, and call it a day. That's not good customer service, the correct way to do things, and it's doing your employees a disservice by not training them on how to make the items on their menu. I understand that part of it was my ignorance on how to actually order the item I wanted but at the same time how am I supposed to know what's on the menu when even the people that work there don't?
I had never been to Culver’s. I thought, let’s try something new. I order a single patty Swiss and mushroom burger meal. The person at the window says, “whoops I forgot to ring you up”, and charges me for a double and says, “it’s basically the same price as a single”… ok. Then he says, “don’t worry, I’ll give you a Diet Coke for free. But nothings reallly free”… ok. Tell me why I got a disgusting burger with rubbery cheese, the smallest most pathetic bag of basic crinkle fries, no ketchup that I requested, and a drink that tasted like carbonated toilet water…. FOR $15. Save your money and go to chick fil a or any other burger joint.
I usually come to Culver’s every once in a while and have had decent experiences. Today, I decided to bring a friend here for his first visit. I told him they had good burgers and that he’d love it. He ordered his meal — and his food came out freezing cold. Straight out of the freezer cold. My friend calmly went up to the counter to let them know, and that’s when things got ridiculous. One of the team members, “Jayden” — tall, on the bigger side, glasses, American — escalated the situation for no reason. His attitude was insane. Instead of just handling it kindly, he took the burger apart right there at the counter, touched the patty with his bare hands and said, “This is cold to you?” My friend politely asked if he could just get a new burger, and Jayden flat-out refused, saying, “No, there’s nothing wrong with this burger” — after manhandling the food with no gloves like it was nothing. Then he walked off with a whole attitude like we were the problem. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Completely ruined my friend’s first experience at Culver’s. Management seriously needs to take a look at who they’re hiring because this was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.
Two bad experiences here which is too bad. One of our favorite places. The Round Rock location needs to take the Culver’s Customer service training over again and hire courteous staff. Being busy does not give the staff the right to be rude to anyone. We will make the extra drive to the Cedar Park location from now on.
My wife and I came in around 8:30 PM on a Monday — plenty of time before they closed at 10. We ordered food to dine in, but they told us we had to sit on the far left side of the restaurant. Okay, no problem… until a guy comes over with a bucket of bleach and starts mopping right next to our table. The smell was overwhelming. We tried to move to a cleaner, more comfortable area where other customers were sitting, but they told us again we had to sit on the left side. When I explained I couldn’t sit near the bleach, the young man with the ponytail laughed at me. I said forget it — we’ll just take the food to go. Back at the counter, same guy snickers and turns his head, calls out our order number like we’re a joke. Then we’re told to wait outside. After a few minutes, we honestly felt so uncomfortable ( not knowing what they might do to the food ) that we left without the food and decided to contact the owners listed on the front door. I called the next day and they said the owners had just left. It’s now been 4 days, no response, and today I was told they’re on vacation. I don’t expect fine dining, but basic respect.
They messed up our order 2 times in a separate order and im really angry and I hope u get better stuff
Really disappointed…. Did a curbside pickup and I will be done with Culver’s after this. There was soooo much Mayo and mustard I couldn’t even taste the burger. 1 ring of and onion , barely any lettuce and 1 freakin slice of a pickle!!! It was so gross and cold as well. Will not be coming back , this used to be a favorite of mine. No more!
They don’t wear hair nets and thus found not one but TWO HAIRS IN MY FOOD. Absolutely disgusting. Won’t eat here ever again ☺️
I ordered fried cod and shrimp here, but the food was honestly hard to eat. Both had a strong bitter taste, like the oil they were fried in had been burned or used way too many times. Instead of a nice crispy flavor, all I could taste was burnt oil, which completely ruined the meal.
The 3rd time in 7-8 months we ordered a single meat burger. We have returned the burger and got another burger cooked identically. The burger is pretty thin and partially burned, tasting bitter due to being burned. It appears that, due to high volume of business, the burgers are precooked and left in the flat grill untill needed for the order. Unfortunately this make for a very bad tasting burger. The staff us extremely friendly, we love the atmosphere. But we also wish the local management or corporate would change this. Certainly, they sell a lot of burgers every day and receive only a few complaints due to the taste not being noticable due to toppings or being not having time to bring it back.
Location is Round Rock, off of 79, the new establishment near Dell and Kalahari. My first time, drive thru. Not eating here ever again. With all the great reviews and hype that it were rave reviews, we beg to differ on all of then. Bought $57 worth of food from burgers, fish burger and shakes. All burgers looked like they were stomped on-- NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENTs. The shakes were very creamy and sweet. The burgers tasted like a salt mine. The fries were typical, wavy cut fries. We wont be visiting this location again.
The customer service at Culver’s was terrible. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. No apology, no effort to fix the issue, just bad attitudes all around. Definitely not a welcoming experience.
Culver hamburgers poorly made! Meat too dry, over cooked. Not enough tomatoes, lettuce etc. The hamburger size is too small. Not worth the money! McDonald's burgers are better! My 2nd visit since the restaurant opened years back and had the same experience then! I thought this time their hamburgers are better! Nope! Not going back! I wasted my money!
I ordered a butter burger tonight but it was cold. They gave me the burger before I even sat down. Being fast is one thing, but at least warm up the food before serving it. I would've ordered more but I was hungry and just left. Next time, I'll ask them to microwave my food before serving.
Food had no flavor and was kids working which is fine they just was loud and horseplaying around. Was really on 2 people out the group of 10 I saw working. Will not be eating there again.
Today’s experience at Culver’s was frustrating. The service was unorganized, the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and our order came out wrong. It didn’t feel like anyone cared about fixing the issue. Definitely not the standard I expect when dining here. The manager also came off very disrespectful. Ordered broccoli and check the image for the portion size.
This is the most nasty Burger I’ve ever had in my life . I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. (Probably paid for) You know the food is bad when you eat it and your mind and body tells you ABORT ABORT ! Got the Swiss whatever and grilled onions & “double” patty were shy of a Dave Chappell joke. All we wanted was good meal after a long day of work . Instead got this (see photos)
