My donuts tasted great! Can't beat a Dunkin yeast donut. When I entered I didn't see any employees right away, but someone did come out and greet me. After she gave me my donuts and I paid, she walked to the back as the receipt was printing.  I waited a few seconds; she came back, looked a little surprised I was still there, and asked if I wanted it. What was so exciting in the back that she couldn't wait for the receipt to print? SMH

horrible experience my bagel came out with a blob of cream cheese not bread on my bagel the lady asked me if it was an everything bagel and proceeded to give me a plain one. when we were ordering, I asked a question if the frozen coffees were back because it was shut down so long they said they were probably not gonna get them back. She says the most rude tone possible we’ve had them for a long time. terrible experience do better with customer survice

Am I the only one who cares that Dunkin took away the coconut donut, or are there just too few customers left to comment on anything at all? Competition is fierce out in the coffee world and y'all consistently make the worst tasting stuff. Add employees that seem so bothered if you have a question before you order and I'm pretty sure this Dunkin is just trying to get shut down at this point.

I’m from New England and love dunks. Honestly very dissatisfied with the service here. There’s one or two very sweet workers, but other days I’ll have the most rude and unhelpful person ever. Today they got my order wrong and I kindly asked for them to just add what they forgot. I didn’t even ask for a remake! The manager Jessie or something had the audacity to tell me no and lie about it being made right even though the sticker said the wrong order. I said okay and left. Guess what? It was wrong and I could very obviously taste it. I get the same order every time. It was just beyond distasteful to see such miserable people in customer service. My wife went In to get the coffee fixed and told me these two other ladies were kind and helpful. (Love you guys for that!) Not that manager with the nasty ahh attitude. Anyways will be going back and hope I have one of the nice cashiers instead!!!

BUGS! I thought I'd stop off and get some donut holes. You know there's a problem when the first thing you walk in the door and they have no menu price for an item but their glass displays is filled with the item. I asked the girl what the pricing was for the donut holes and she said $0.40 each. Nothing as far as how much a box of them was just simply $0.40 each. I haven't bought donut holes from dunkin' donuts in a long time but I can't believe you're going to walk in the door and they're just going to simply tell you $0.40 each with no information on box pricing. No package deal no x amount for $10 just $0.40 each and still no sign - just the lazy cashier that doesn't want to be bothered from checking her phone repeatedly saying 40 cents. The icing on the cake, when I looked in the display case at the donut holes, there WERE BUGS crawling on them! I used to love Dunkin' Donuts! It was my favorite donut shop going all the way back to the early '80s. But, I think I'm done with Dunkin! Geezus 🤦🏻

Staff is wonderful but one lady. I will assume she is the manager. She never speaks and always has an attitude when I order. She will greet customers before and when I walk to the counter she has a very rude and nasty attitude.

The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts they don’t get your order right when you call them, They don’t wanna help you they put you on hold never returned to the phone call and sit there laughing in the background absolutely worst Dunkin’ Donuts and your order $30 daily and they Can’t even get the order right or can’t even make it right. The new manager said he just took over the store was supposed to call me back was gonna fix the issue and never did just left for the day! Don’t waste your time or your money on this place

The guy working the drive through window was rude! He has no problem cussing at customers and as we drove away he began to mock us. He didn’t offer a receipt either. Never EVER coming here again! I’d like to add that he was irritated with “how slow” it took to hand him the card.

I usually get coffee when they first open up. I think the lady that wears the baseball cap is the manager. She’s not nice at all. She needs to work in the back and not with customers. No one wants to start their day with a sour person. Don’t fire her just put her in the back to clean the dumpster area up.

Receipt sticker in my drink?? Literally just left drive thru like 5 minutes ago and noticed while sitting at the red light. How does this even happen without anyone noticing?

Incredibly awful experience. I used to come here all the time, and everyone was competent and polite. Incredibly rude girl behind the counter blared music like it was a nightclub and talked on her phone the entire time I was there. Barely responded to me when I ordered and didn’t even tell me when my order was ready. Just dropped it on the counter for me to figure out for myself. I was the only customer, but it took her forever to make my drink because she was too busy on the phone. She messed it up and it was undrinkable. Again, because she wouldn’t get off the phone. When I brought it back in, she tried to claim I just didn’t know what espresso was supposed to taste like. She did give me a refund when I asked, but was incredibly condescending up until this point I absolutely will never go to this location again.
