Aquarius was our server, he did a great job, he greeted us as soon as we came in, was quick to ask us what we would like to drink and if we wanted any appetizers, he also gave us a free appetizer card which we really appreciated, the whole time we were there he was very attentive to what we needed and super funny, he definitely took the experience up a level. The wings were pretty good and the dessert!! I got the brownie and ice cream and it was SOOOOO good I tore that thing up, anyways we had a great time and We will definitely be back !

First time at Pluckers, and it didn’t disappoint! The food is delicious with very large portions. It’s a kid-friendly place. I joined the virtual waitlist on Yelp, and by the time I arrived, my table was ready. The food was brought to my table pretty quickly, and the atmosphere for watching games is very enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back more often!

The wings are simply the best!! And you have to order the fried cheese appetmixer. It's to die for! And the service is second to none. You can get on the waiting list while you're driving.

I ordered the holy Mac as the free appetizer per the rewards program. I had the lunch tender basket. Manager refused to take off holy Mac. I routinely do this order and have never had a problem with you all honoring the rewards program. Fermin was attentive and kept the ice teas coming which I thought was great. The review should not reflect his service. The manager on duty was Kayla and her service was less than stellar. She didn’t even come out to tell me herself and sent Fermin to tell me her bad news.

2 stars is generous only because when they do it right, it’s good. But in the last couple years, the service and quality here continues to decline. The food runners are useless… never checking the ticket to make sure all items are run to the table correctly. Ask for extra wet wings only to receive them dry, and then always ask for them to make the waffle fries well done or extra crispy because there is nothing worse than receiving half cooked cold raw waffle fries as they always do. I hate to say it but after the last bad experience, we won’t be back.

This has to be the worst pluckers in the Austin area, which is unfortunate because its the closest to me. The service is hit or miss, there have been nights that after we were seated no one showed up to or table or even looked our way for 20 minutes, it was to the point we decided to leave. The final nail in the coffin and reason for this review was tonight. I ordered 20 wings in 2 flavors, even payed extra for extra wet wings. What I got was 10 wings with nothing on them and 10 with so little flavor you couldn't taste it.

Waited 42 minutes for 10 wings amd 2 appetizers, and somehow they still came out looking like they're been sitting around for an hour. There's no sauce whatsoever on my wings. Like none, bone dry. …

Trash service and management. Don’t arrive hungry, as it takes 30 minutes to get seated, followed by another 20 minutes of being ignored. When the shift changes, it's understandable, but I never saw my server again. It then took another 30 minutes to get my app, and God forbid we order dinner, which took 45 minutes. As a loyal fan of Pluckers, I’ve given up! This experience was terrible, and unfortunately, that seems to be the norm now.

Been a Pluckers customer for over a decade, and live within walking distance of this location. Service and food have been on a decline since the pandemic, but unlike most restaurants that survived, this Pluckers never seems to have brought back pre-apocalypse standards. Food has not been the same, and no matter what sauce I order, more often than not I get mostly-dry wings that might have been in the same kitchen with a bottle of sauce but the bottle seems to have never been opened. And that's assuming the sauce I ordered isn't one of the dozen or so they are "out of" for weeks or months at a time. Haven't ordered apps in over a year because I couldn't get one that wasn't simultaneously dried out from a heat lamp and also somehow COLD. The service is what brought me back in spite of all this, and after my last visit it's clear that even that is gone. My last two visits I've been seated during off-peak hours, with less than half the tables occupied. Both times I've sat for 15+ minutes waiting for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. Both times I've watched other groups seated and had a server at the table in less than a minute. Both times I've watched those tables get their drinks, apps and even entrees before anyone even looked in my direction. Both times I've walked out at the 30 minute mark because clearly there's something wrong with the way I part my hair or something. I'd expect this from a Chili's or Applebee's or some other low-end diner where I can get in and out in half an hour for $15. At Pluckers where the wait alone is longer than the average lunch break and you can't get anything more than nachos and a water for less than 20 bucks, I've decided the juice simply isn't worth the squeeze anymore. Thanks for the memories Pluckers, but I can go up the road to Tumble and get better value and service these days.

I wanted to try that new appetizer sampler last night,went in for my online order and young female employee told me they were still working on my order,25 minutes had passed and the guy that came in after me got his order when it came out. I checked with the other male employee since I guess the other female went on break and my order was in their warmer the whole time. I took my food to my car and checked it,everything was right and still somewhat warm,I didn’t wanna wait any longer as I already had a long day but I didn’t wanna let this slide either,I went back in and told the manager about how the female employee made me wait so long for my order that was meters in front of me,she was very nice and apologetic,apparently it’s not the first complaint they’ve had about this sort of thing. If anyone is ordering online at this location,make sure the employee takes a glance at the warmer below them,otherwise you’ll possibly have your time played with like I did last night.

This was the most disappointing experience at Pluckers I’ve ever had. I came in on my lunch break on my own, and was seated at a table along the wall. I sat for a while before anyone acknowledged me, and when someone finally came, she said “Have you been helped?” I said “Not yet”. She seemed a little annoyed, not sure if it was with me or that no one else came to serve me. Nonetheless she took my order and it the food came out lightning fast, which was a little suspicious. I also asked for ranch, which they never brought. I ate my wings anyway without it since no one ever came back. They were small and practically had no meat on them. It’s a shame because I like the other Pluckers locations, but this one was very disappointing. Unfortunately I probably will not be coming back.

He went to let the manager know, who came over and apologized and offered us a free appetizer. When we were clarifying what we wanted, he must have gotten annoyed and started talking down to us. I'm not sure if he thought because we were young that he could speak to us so oddly. We would've absolutely forgotten about the wait at the beginning had he not been condescending. Although we had 3 servers throughout the meal, they were all nice. Not very attentive because we were being tossed around to different servers, but that makes sense. The manager is really just what put us off. Speak to the young customers the same way you would with a 50 year old man. I would just recommend a different location. 12/11/25 5pm

I live near the round rock location I ordered 20 flappers spicy lemon pepper EXTRA WET, and this is what I received after paying an extra 2 dollars for extra wet. This same thing also happens every time I sit down and eat in the restaurant and the waiters have to bring me extra sauce after I receive my food. I never have this problem at any other pluckers. If I pay for extra sauce I should receive extra sauce. Not 1 lick of sauce at the bottom of my plate smh

I went to dine at Pluckers on Tuesday night, and unfortunately, this visit was far from good. The bartender’s area was messy and felt very unwelcoming. I decided to sit at the bar since I just wanted a quick meal, but I felt like I was bothering our bartender the entire time. She seemed more focused on prepping and chatting with the guy at the end of the bar than taking care of her guests. When we ordered our appetizer, we asked for extra sauce, but it never came. My Philly steak sandwich also came out cold, which made the experience even more disappointing. The bar area looked so dirty that it made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen as well.

My first time trying Pluckers I was expecting a lot more. Let’s start with the service, the front desk lady looks like she hates her job she was very rude. Our server was very careless they brought the wings out but it took them another 10-15 minutes for our fries to come out, by the time they brought the fries we were done eating are wings, very disappointing. There’s was no drinks refills offer our server was more invested in checking the floor with a flashlight than putting attention to the customers. We waited a good 15 minutes after we finish eating because she was too busy cleaning floors. I find it disturbing employees are counting their tips infront of customers..the place is very crowded, servers kept bumping into our table as they keep passing by too many tables for a small place. overall a bad experience. Not coming back!

Look, I have been debating between posting a one star review because the food is ,indeed , tasty. However, this is like the 15th time they mess up our order. We moved to the Pflugerville area in 2020 and this has been our Plucker's go-to location. Every time we order take-out... there is always something missing. We've complained on their official website multiple times, but nothing ever gets better. Their suggestion is "double check everything before you pick up your order" yet, they're charging a packaging fee? Their orders are sealed with stickers, which makes it hard to check right then and there. I checked and they were missing ranch (as usual). They had only included the extra 8oz we had paid for. I waited for them to bring the ranches the wings naturally come with and left. To my surprise, when I got home, the 8 oz ranch is literally only filled half-way ,and they forgot to add the fries of the wings we made a combo of. It is exhausting to have to call back, make a complaint, and wait for our money to come back in 3-5 business days. I just really want whoever is in charge to verify the orders correctly since we are paying extra for pick up as well.

I've been having a lot of issues with my take out orders. It's frustrating that every time I order online the wings look like they're just fried chicken no sauce no anything. This time I even paid extra to have them extra weet and still got disappointed. Got charged extra for nothing. Make sure y'all do read instructions and prepare appropriate meals for which we are paying for! 😡
