Good burger had the bacon burger without cheese. It didn't say it had two patties on the menu, but that justified the price. Pleasantly surprised to see extra fries in the bag after I mentioned to the manager my disappointment that they didn't actually have Honest tea when the menu board listed that they did. They now offer Gold Peak instead.

I think by now everyone knows what to expect at Five Guys. The Round Rock location is consistent, clean and dependable. This time I got a little cheeseburger with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and A1. I enjoyed it. Free peanuts are a nice touch. The fry portions are huge.

Cheeseburger was great with all the fixings. I added Jalapenos to the standard version and added small Cajun fries and a regular drink. It was very tasty and messy as always. The cost over $18...wow! Still no peanuts to snack on. I would consider Shake Shake first if cost is an issue.

Place is always empty. Parking lot is empty. I ordered a plain hotdog. Not because I wanted it. That's all they had. I want to love five guys. Add an egg, avocado, chillies, tots, different cheeses. Something other than a plain dog and burgers.

Hmmmmm. The burger was decent. I used to love the fries. Just a tip for the fry handler guy, you can always add salt but not take away. If your heating up from the outside heat, you'll definitely cool down in seconds.. a good kind of BURRRRR!

First time trying Five Guys, and I’ll never go back. Burger was just bad and not fresh. Fries were too greasy. Overpriced. Slow service and dirty tables.

This was my first purchase at this burger joint on 10/25/24. My second time to have Five Guys. My first time to try their burgers was in northern California when I used to reside there. My work company had treated. I took my family here and this time. It was my treat. We decided to dine in. Order process was easy and quick. Service was good. We ordered three bacon cheeseburgers 🍔 with all the toppings, two fries 🍟 and three drinks. The burgers 🍔 are pretty big and tasty. The fries are abundant although I don’t each much fries 🍟 . I was in disbelief at the total bill $68.68!! 😲😲My family were also in disbelief. I advised them that this was my treat this one time only at this burger joint as they had never tried Five Guys. This location is pretty big, bright and pretty clean. Unfortunately, I have to say that I won’t be back to any Five Guys establishment in the future. I would rather go to In-N-Out burger 🍔 and eat old fashioned burgers that serve fresh ingredients and I know I wouldn’t be spending as much as I did here.

You'd think if youbwere charging $25 a person you could at leadt wipe off a table so someone would have a clean place to sit. What a joke. This place is a dump. And they upcharge for a burger in the combo. You are charged for thr combo then $2-5 more for a burger and $$2-5 more for a deink and finally $2-5 more for a drink. It shouldn't cost $50+ for 2 people to frab a mediocre burger. Never eating at this dump again. There is a fire house subs right next door with food teice as good and half the price.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Firstly, the host/cashier who took my order had a bad attitude, offered little to no help when I asked questions about the menu, and ended up overcharging me. Secondly, I watched an employee drop my fries on the floor and then place them in the bag. When I questioned him, he said he “gave me extra fries” instead. That’s not acceptable—just provide a fresh order, not food that was dropped. Overall, this was a bad experience from start to finish and a strong reminder of why I usually avoid eating here. Immediately after eating my burger, I got a terrible terrible stomach ache. I’ve been eating Five Guys since I was like 12 and i’ve never gotten a stomach ache from a chain, except for this one. It may have been their grease, or maybe they didn’t clean their stove properly because my stomach is in pain. I do not recommend this location at all. Bun was soggy and meat had no flavor either.

The manager was rude while taking the order just because he had to start over. In my opinion the employee's should be respectful and not have an attitude to the costumer. We decided to eat next door at wingstop and they were very nice and repeated our order, didint have a rude attitude and were understanding if they got somthing wrong in our order.Expecting better because the food is actually good but nicer employee's.

The horrendous smell in the restaurant is overwhelming. The cashier was inpatient and cold not friendly whatsoever even after we informed him it was our 1st visit to five guys not welcoming at all. Was very robot like. Basically they guy didn't give a shit we were there to order food. The food was good made to order just how we asked. But it was hard to enjoy it, with horrendous smell in the restaurant. Never again will we eat here or any five guys restaurant!!!!!

Pros: The place is clean, it’s located in a good area, & they pay their employees a living wage. Cons: HOME OF THE BORING HAMBURGER NO FLAVOR! On the inside it has ppls reviews of how great the burgers and fries are and let me tell you. It’s all a lie!! My kids were like this doesn’t have any flavor and they ate it only because I made them. AND THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS FOR SUCH BLAND FOOD! I would like my money back 🤷🏻‍♀️
