I love the stuff crust pepperoni pizza and crazy bread sticks! Food is always amazing here.
Was debating on getting dominos for my girlfriend’s birthday until my girl convinced me to try over here, safe to say I’m definitely coming back here 😎 Also idk his name but some guy with a beard and a black apron and I think black clothes and I think he had a man bun, deserves a raise that guy gave us free cookies and they were good and he was really nice to us.
Food was so good I had a picnic with my boyfriend at the park and the service was super good the guy was super nice to us.
I was in and out for a pick up order. Staff was helpful. Food was hot and tasted fresh although I placed order within the last hour until close.
I just had an outstanding experience at the Little Caesars in Round Rock, and I have to give major kudos to Joe! The place was slammed with customers today—nonstop orders, a packed lobby, and the phones ringing off the hook—but Joe handled it all like an absolute pro. Despite the rush, he kept a steady pace, stayed cool under pressure, and treated every customer with patience and respect. He hustled hard to make sure people got their orders as quickly as possible, and you could tell he really cared about doing the job right. Service like that is rare these days, especially during peak hours. Joe’s work ethic and attitude were top-notch, and it definitely made my visit a positive one. Big thanks to Joe and the team—keep up the great work! 💯💯
10/10!! I got the ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni right around dinner time 6:30-7:15, and man oh man!!!! Although my order was delayed by 15 minutes! . The food was soooooo good!! There were 3 gentleman working.. you could tell they were backed up (by their faces) but they were still polite and took care of business!!
Service is a little slow whenever I go, have to wait like 20 to 30 sometimes unless i order ahead. Since the food is that good in my opinion, I don't mind waiting.
I really should have opened up each box, I ordered 2 of Detroit Style Slices N Styx last night, first box was correct, second box was just cheese bread and neither came with the sauce it was advertised to come with.
UPDATE 2: We’ve received a note and a gift card as well as the refund. Feeling a lot better about the whole thing. We ordered from a different location the other day for the Superbowl and the pizza was really good. UPDATE: Eight months later, as my wife and I were periodically tweeting to their customer support about this, suddenly the refund appeared in my account. New management? Tired of our whining? Beats me. But I’m glad I got the money back. They stole my money. When the app malfunctioned and scheduled my order for the next day, I called and called. They never picked up. Called corporate and they said they could do nothing. For 12 hours I was trying to cancel that order and it still showed up at my house. Several emails to corporate, tweets, reviews - all ignored. I love the pizza but I can’t give my business to a place that acts like that.
Wait time was over 1 hour so we left. The customer area was really bad. The food ain’t that bad tho if you order through the app and wait time isn’t the problem, might be worth it.
Whoever they have doing toppings on the line has got to get retrained. Every time I get a pizza at this location, the sauce and cheese doesn’t extend nearly as far as it should. This means the crust is about twice as wide as it should be. I know that’s not how Little Caesars corporate teaches it. You shouldn’t be able to see where they poke the crust to prevent bubbles.
Not only was my pizza not right but when I bit into the pizza it had a literal fingernail in it . I’m not happy and the whole 50 dollar order got thrown out
The first time they made a mistake i understood, stuff happens… but the second and third time???? as a Muslim American this is ridiculous. How many more “mistakes” will I have to endure here? Three times now this place has given me pork instead of my pineapple jalapeño!! So not only did I have to drive back and wait an additional 15 minutes. No apologies or free items to make up for the situation from the manager. The employee at the front was the only one who apologized…
I can honestly say that we just had the worst experience at this location. We have never visited this store and we won't be back unless it's to maybe accomplish getting contact information for the district manager's/franchise owners, someone in charge of the manager employed there, or at the very least information on how we can escalate a complaint. We tried calling several times and decided to stop by on our way home. It was late so I just figured they were busy and couldn't answer the phone. I also realize that because we pulled up at 10:40 there was a possibility that it would be to late to order. I can guarantee that any bad review here is probably 100% accurate. My bf went in and the young man up front was nice. He said his manager told him to turn off the phones and quit taking orders and that they were out of dough. My boyfriend just asked a few more questions and wanted to know if that was the case why weren't they just closed. No big deal, but the manager was super rude and zero customer service skills. He refused to give my boyfriend info on who to file a complaint to, not because they were out of pizza dough but because of his behavior. If this was my business I would be seriously concerned to learn how he treats customers. I have never written a Google review for a place of business, I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I know everyone has bad days but when I got home and looked at the reviews for this location, I realized this store has a major problem. Oh yeah, it ended with him threatening to call the police?? It was really bizarre. Anyways I'd caution you to stay away from this place.
Employee who answers phone is not helpful at all not considering at all and talks to the customers unprofessional. I’ve went to the store in person and didn’t even want to place an order I called try again still did not want to place an order because of customer service.
Walked in with nobody in the store and was told it would be 30 minutes before they had any Hot and Readys pizzas available. Time was Sunay at 2:05.
I am so tired of going into places of service and they greet you with a blank stare, attitude like you are an inconvenience to them to put them to work to place a simple order. Where has the warm welcoming and smiles gone. Customer service is null and void here. Everytime I come in with a good vibe and smile, I leave feeling bad energy!
Tried ordering pizza today on the way home from work, 3:00 pm. 3 times I called and no one answered so I stopped and went in for the advertised “hot and ready” stuffed crust. They didn’t have any or the thick crust pepperoni. I asked the young man working why they didn’t answer the phone. He said “ I don’t know, I guess cause I’m busy”..,,so I said why don’t you have the hot and ready pizza’s he shrugged again and said I guess cause I’m busy. What he heck I can’t order ahead because they don’t answer the phone so I guess unless you order by the app which you can’t do while driving you can’t get LCP. I left at that point. But this explains why they have such bad reviews!!!
I went to Little Caesars to order a stuffed pepperoni cheese pizza. I went in at 7:08 PM. The guy taking the order said it will take 19 minutes I said OK I came back in the store at 7:29 PM. He said give me another 5 to 7 minutes I said no problem i was on my phone on social media when I realized it was 7:40 PM. I asked him what is taking so long. He said we are really backed up and I told you it was going to be 30 minutes I said you told me it was going to be 19 minutes and he said I can you can wait or I can give you a refund with an attitude, and I said I will wait but with my pizza I also want your name. He said I’m not giving you your pizza I’m giving you a refund, I said why are you not giving me my pizza I want my pizza I don’t want a refund, he said I’m giving you a refund and I want you out of the store or else I’m calling the police, he said I told you we were backed up and you keep asking for your pizza. I waited 40 minutes and asked for my pizza 3 times , I said okay, he then said he could not give me a refund because he did not know how to refund back to Apple Pay and said he called the regionalManager and that it was going to to take 3-4 business days to give me a refund. I don’t believe I’m getting my refund. Guys name is Aaron, worst customer service experience!
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY MESS UP YOUR PIZZA. One is a beef and mushrooms and the other is canadian bacon, jalapeños, and mushrooms. Where are my toppings?....I just went back and they told me they use a Scoop to spread the toppings and that they can't use there hands because it's unsanitary. "Gloves maybe?" Hair nets maybe?" also that does not explain y there's only enough toppings to cover three slices "maybe another scoop then jack holes" and then they told me that they would make another one but it's going to look the same". Where is management? And they want more pay for their so called hard work!!!
6-20-23: Placed an online order for extra most bestest, this is what I got. Spoke to the manager, who acted like he saw nothing wrong with this abomination. Asked to have it remade, manager told me he'd make me another one but it would be a 30min wait and would look just like this. Called corporate to complain, was told I'd be contacted by the GM but never got a call. Won't be back.
