We cant even begin to say how much we love this place!!! The only place that makes PUPUSAS (WHICH ARE AMAZING) Thank you Carrie and Leah - they are the Best ! Come here and be treated like family 🥰🥰🥰🥰 thanks girls you both are beyond AMAZING!
If I could give this place 10 stars I absolutely would. There is always a pleasant atmosphere with stellar service and fantastic drink deals. Carrie is magnificent and comes out to check on us each time we're here. After hearing my compliments on the fried avacado with spinach and mushrooms, she introduced me to a secret menu item, spinach and mushroom enchiladas. I decided to give them a try this time and, without hesitation I'd give them a 10/10; highly recommend!
This is my favorite neighborhood Mexican food place. I received excellent service from Laymarys, our server, and from Carrie, the manager. There was an issue with one of the entrees and they immediately remade the entry and took great care of us. I commend their excellent service!
I love how Mas Fajitas allow our kids to host this event with the best breakfast I’ve ever had and I love this cedar Ridge soft ball team and the energy they bring as well as teaching the kids how to work. I hope yall continue to keep doing this the food was amazing service was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back the next time this is hosted.
Update: Read below. Wow, just wow. I ordered the carnitas through a food delivery service…I had never been here before so it felt risky, but they have wonderful reviews and it’s always packed so I felt that was a good sign and went for it. The carnitas and all that went with it, were amazing. The tortillas were perfect, the carnitas beyond flavorful and extremely delicious, and the onions sharp and fresh. There were some veggies in the container, as well, but they were pretty greasy so I didn’t eat them. I still have 1-2 meals left from this one container that I ordered, the portions were substantial. The beans and rice were delicious, also. Amazing. And the price, so reasonable. I also ordered flan, but I haven’t tried it yet. It looks delicious. Wonderful meal! Update: I’ve continued ordering from here and had a couple issues…. I’ve tried ordering the papusas through a food delivery service twice, and each time the poor uber driver had to call me when they got there because they had no papusas. As a result, they threw together something quickly for me, with one of those times being a chicken salad which was very good, but the other was a quesadilla that was supposed to be lite cheese, but it was about 8 lbs, mostly cheese, and the greasiest mess you’ve ever seen. Then today I called the restaurant to see if they had papusas…the gal seemed a bit irritated but said yes, they did. My husband is from Central America so I’ve had my share of papusas and these were the absolute worst papusas I’ve ever had literally ever. Whoever made them didn’t put a cover on the sauce in the container (like there was no cover at all anywhere) which went all over and they were so extremely saturated with grease they were inedible and I just ended up throwing them away. That’s not cool. I’d recommend sticking with the carnitas, stay away from the quesadillas and papusas unless you want to waste your money and sit in your livingroom hungry with nothing to eat, and out the money you spent. Not cool.
I frequent this restaurant often. The staff is always friendly and professional. I've used them for catering before. I love that I can always recognize some of the same people when coming in just by the tenure of the staff at the location. Some standouts for me are servers, Joe and Facundo; they are really personable, have great dispositions, and very attentive to all their guests. This high quality food and service is a testament to the location management. Kudos to Carrie amd her team!
Food is superb. I mean you can mes up Pupusas but Mas Fajitas didn't. Absolutely the best I have had anywhere hands down. When I tell you the food and the drinks will have your eyes roll into the back of our head. The staff is so friendly and have great suggestions and have been attentive. Our waitress Lei, bartender Facundo perfect people. This location is a must to go to. Great flavorful food, literally who loves food you dont need to add salt and pepper to.
Joe was our server and he was amazing! Great personality and we had a fabulous time with him! Carrie was the manager on duty and was amazing as well! She came by to check on us a couple of times and made us feel very welcome. Well definitely be back!
I cannot say enough great things about Nyelie Juarez. She was extremely kind, attentive, professional, overall great personality and best server. I’m recently gluten free as well as dairy free and have been struggling to find a restaurant that I can eat at without getting sick. This restaurant has been AMAZING! The manager supervises each dish when you say you have allergies to make sure there’s no cross contamination. So thankful for their efforts!!
We had a great experience at MasFajitas! The food was great, and Delilah was our server—she was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and always nearby when we needed something, providing excellent service with a genuine smile the entire time. If you’re visiting the Round Rock location, be sure to ask for Delilah as your server—you won’t be disappointed!

We ate at Mas Fajitas on taco Tuesday (.99 tacos). It was delicious and the vibe was so fun! The best part was that our waiter, Joe, was Mr. charismatic and was reading our minds from across the room. He was super friendly to our kids and made everyone in the whole restaurant feel welcome, seen, and served! Can’t wait to be back!
What started as a 1 star review turned into a 5 star review for Masfajitas. My family and I are from out of town and wanted some Mexican food. So we came to Masfajitas to give them a try. The hostess sat us in the back where I’m assuming the party room is. We Sat there for about 15 minutes and no one came to greet us, take our drink order, nothing. The thing is, there was another group back there with us and the waiter came and checked on them as they were ready to leave, so it wasnt like they didnt know we were back there. So I decided to get up and take my family somewhere else, but before I felt the need to let the manager know how bad of an experience we just had at a place we’ve never been. Thats when we spoke to Carrie the manager and a server named Joesph. Carrier was very apologetic, sincere, and asked us to give her the opportunity to serve us because that is not how Masfajitas operates. Joesph was not even our server but he volunteered his services and said he would personally make sure he takes care of us. I told my wife it was up to her and she decided to stay and give them a chance…….. and I’m glad we did. Carrie and Joesph took care of my family and I, gave us great customer service, and went above and beyond for our experience. So to the General Manager (assuming it wasnt Carrie) the Regional Manager, and even the VP to the CEO, THAT is how you deliver customer service and take a bad experience and turn it into a great one. I want to thank bot Carrie and Joesph again for the wonderful hospitality and the next time we visit we would like to stop by again.
Joe is the best waiter we have had in a long time. You can't find people with his customer service skill his personality his laughs and the attentiveness. The whole package. He's a keeper. Thanks Joe for the wonderful service Great Vibes Great Energy. Carrie the manager made sure to check on on us as well to make sure everything was ok and that we enjoyed our food and to make sure our waiter was on point. We will definitely be returning. We looove the orchata, it was creamy and just exact taste of sweetness just the way we like it !! Great food as well, I had the pollo loco & shrimp. The Shrimp was fresh!!!

We came to eat at Mas Fajitas after a student sports game. Great atmosphere, music, and quality service provided by Vanessa. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I highly recommend the carne guisada plate and refried beans.
The fajitas were sizzling and packed with flavor, the beans were rich and perfectly seasoned, and the salsa had just the right kick. This place has become one of our absolute favorites. The atmosphere is open and inviting, with good music and plenty of sports channels playing—perfect for relaxing or catching a game. The food is not just delicious but impressively consistent. We’ve been here more than a dozen times, and every single visit the dishes have been spot on. Orders come out quickly, too. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is the service. While generally good, the small things add up—like receiving the wrong items, servers forgetting essentials (like tortillas for fajitas), or not stopping by for refills. Nothing major, but noticeable. Overall, I definitely recommend this spot for a hearty, tasty dinner. The food will leave you satisfied every time. Make sure you go to the Round Rock location, the Georgetown location sux.
Huge thank you to Mas Fajitas for supporting our kids and sponsoring a high school softball fundraiser. They opened their doors early, handled a large group smoothly, and genuinely showed they care about the local community. The food was great, the staff was patient and welcoming, and everything was well organized from start to finish. It means a lot when a local restaurant steps up to support youth programs and student athletes. We truly appreciate Mas Fajitas for giving back and taking care of our kids and families.

Decent but not great Mexican food. It's better than Tex-Mex. Their menu offers a large selection of dishes. We had the Beef Birria Tacos. We also had the Sopaipilla for dessert. The food lacked that extra something to give it 5 stars.
