My Papadia was much thinner than advertised. Although I feel like I got a diet version for the regular price, it was still tasty.

I had a bad experience with the delivery guy this evening. He knocked on the manager office very loudly, when there is a sign on the door that clearly.states do not knock.The manager came to the front door,where he tried to drop the pizza order,instead of delivering it to the front door of my apartment,where have had other drivers leave the order. He was truly just to lazy to do his job properly. I will not be ordering from Papa John's in the future.

They delivered our pizzas 5 houses away. Thankfully, a good neighbor brought our pizzas to our home. Geesh...come on!

We ordered on the phone. System recogized us and took our order. Food never arrived. We called back for the status an hour later and they have no recollection of our order. When we called back the system recognized us and routed as youd expect. When we sought help we got none. They charged us, we see hit our card but they can't refund. They can do anything really. They told us to call back in the morning because I guess only Phillip knows what's going on. It's been years since we had Papa John's and was excited about the change but why bother at this point. No accountability. No one offering a solution. Just "go figure it out yourself customer." No you don't get a refund or a pizza. I'd recommend a different location or a different pizza joint.

I used to really enjoy papa John's but the last three times we've ordered, over 1.5 years, the crust is paper flat and raw under the toppings (two toppings at most). There's no fluff to anything but the edges and even those are deflated and sad. Disappointing and unfortunately, has ended us ordering from papa John's and that makes me a bit sadder than your crust.

The sole person working the store was very friendly. The store was very clean and looked well organized. It's a very special occasion to let myself "gorge" so I really want it to be good. It wasn't. The ingredients tasted like it was just de-frosted (I know what that tasted like), very undercooked, watery, no flavor, soggy crust. Literally QT's pizza is way better than Papa John's nowadays. A huge disappointment. I've concluded the "old" papa johns is long gone. This was my last time ordering from any papa johns for this reason.

I came at 10pm because my son was hungry. The employee was very angry and disrespectful. If my son wasn't hungry, I wouldn't buy pizza from this disrespectful man. He takes the money and makes pizza with his hands. Not clean.

We called for a refund, as their policy is 30-45 mins max. The manager (who refused to tell us her name) just continued to tell us that it was delivered within the time frame.. which clearly it did not. Not only did she hang up the phone, she ended the conversation with “if you just pick up your pizza this wouldn’t be a problem.” Extremely disappointed and disgusted by how “management” treats their customers. Can confirm that I will never spend money at this store again.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I went in to get my pizza mind you the manager there said I could not use the restroom and he would not give his name he said he is not entitled to give it to me and proceeded to yell at me to get out. Not sure if he is prejudice because I’m Muslim but he was very very rude. I used the restroom anyways because I was about to go on the floor while he yelled he was going to call the Police really just for using the restroom. As long as they are an open restaurant and serving drinks and food the restroom should never be closed.

Order from here all the time and it's great but the pizzas are never cut all the way through so I have to cut them myself after it's delivered. Everytime btw. Could you please take a little extra time and cut them properly. Updating this to 1 star. Pizza was 45min late I call and they don't care and say the order was cancelled by the driver. Last order I will ever make here.

I picked up an order and when I got home realized they made it wrong. I called the store and a manger said I would be refunded to my gift card. After no refund in 2 weeks, I emailed the support line and someone from district management said they would reach out to the owner/franchise operator and get them to contact me about the status of my refund. After waiting another weeks I followed up and they responded that they would try again to contact the local store and get them to contact me. It's been over 3 weeks since the initial order and Still no refund. It's obvious the franchise owner doesn't care.

Paid for extra galic sauce, didn't get it and it looks like someone stuck there finger in my pizza. Then they added sausage and ham,Canadian bacon, when I asked for bacon, pepperoni, and pineapple.
