This place is always lovely. I never get a photo but the pad Thai, stir fries, coconut soups are constantly delicious. Our server Jonathan was kind and friendly and made us feel so welcome for dinner. The manager is always helpful and on top of everything. I’ve never had a bad meal here, it’s affordable and made fresh and fast. 10/10 no notes.

Only in town once a year but keep coming back here after about 3 conferences. The food is healthy and tasty. Met Jonathan there today who helped us order. Very friendly and outgoing! Before it started busier, he came over to chat with us about our conference and showed a real curiosity. While one could order on a tablet when they walk in...much better to chat with him!

Came to visit with my mother. She ate at this location about a month ago. Definitely worth the drive from San Antonio. Clean and has a bit of a modern aesthetic. Offers indoor and outdoor seating. Not over crowded. Has a good variety to choose from for the menu. Staff was supper friendly and courteous. Always smiling and very professional. Food came out in a reasonable speed and food was quite warm. Main dishes had good portion sizes. Appetizers were tasty and not too greasy. Spoke with, I believe the manager, Mercedes, and she was super friendly and asked how our meals were. Great customer service in asking if we needed anything else. Great attitude and would recommend this location for any Asian food lover or for someone who wants a nice place to settle down that has a calm atmosphere with tasty flavors.

In dining vibe is Amaziiing!! Perfect for larger parties or date night. Customer service was excellent...even for to--go orders. Halley was great and very personable. Menu is Tea and Vegan friendly. We will definitely be back!!

Had a great experience trying Fire Bowl for the first time!! It was super easy to order, very clean and nicely organized, and the staff were so quick and helpful. Our food came out quickly, and when my boyfriend wanted more sauce for his bowl, they made sure we were happy! The manager was especially friendly and helpful, and asked us about our experience afterwards. Will definitely be returning! 😊

Kenny was so informative and helpful in making our decisions. With our gluten allergies he made the process of ordering super easy and was so pleasant. Good and friendly service in a “fast food” restaurant is really hard to come by these days. This is the first time we’ve had fire bowl cafe in years and We will go back bc of Kenny. The food so was delicious also!!! The establishment was clean as well!

Interesting concept! You can customize your own stir fry with different ingredients and sources. The server is amazing and the ambient is perfect.

That location is super clean and service is amazing. The lady who run the show was super friendly and nice, she also took my order regardless of the machines on the front to order yourself. Great customer service and food came out in a few minutes as she promised.

This was our first visit & the GM personalized the experience for us. She explained the menu & helped us choose what to order based on our flavor preferences. She was light-hearted, funny and so kind. The food was delicious. The orange chicken is particularly the star of the evening. You can actually taste the orange zest in every bite, and it’s very crispy and evenly sauced. The lo mein noodles are also delicious.

The food was a bit more expensive than I thought. However, the serving size was huge. The food was fresh and taste so good that your mouth will be watery when you eat. I don't recommend using American express Credit card. Apparently the restaurant chain has problems. The Manger tried to charge me twice for the same meal. I had to call my credit card company so they could tell her the payment went through. Sadie W, the manager, told me I have family bills, but know I'll have to pay for your food. I pray they fixed there system. To bad they only take credit cards. I tried to pay with cash and she told me I couldn't.

Well that was disappointing. I finished up a location scout for a project and was hungry. Saw this place and from the reviews looked it really promising. I got combination fried rice and a drink which came out to $20.00. The flavor was there, the meat was decently tender but the rice. That rice was mushy and overcooked. To the point it was just a clumpy mushy mess. It was so wet :(. I ended up just eating the protein so I didn’t waste that and left the rice. Very unfortunate. The people there seemed really nice though! Kind of wish I could get a refund or do over….

I’ve been coming here for years and I order the same thing every time. I order a sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. The sweet and sour sauce always came on the side but this time it was mixed in it. When I asked if it can be made with the sauce in the side was going to be charged again for another meal. The cashier Alex said that only the kids meal one comes in the side which I’ve always gotten the big bowl. I’ve always had good service and food but this time I wasn’t satisfied. I’m not sure if I’ll comeback here again.
