Every time I go in to order pick up or even dine in I am always served with the BEST service. The kindest people work here and their team always have smiles when I come in! The food is absolutely amazing anything you get won’t let you down!

I have been to various Fire Bowls in Austin and this one is the best. The managers are friendly and very helpful with explaining the various spices if one is unfamiliar with their dishes. The food is cooked nicely with good spices and heat.

A MUST TRY! This was my first time here, and I'm hooked! I stopped by for lunch, and it's such a cute and clean place. Very efficient with their service. Mercedes was excellent to talk to, and she took the time to explain the menu! I had the thai veggie stir fry with shrimp and thin rice sticks noodles. The level of spiciness was perfect in the vegetables with fresh. YUMMY

This place is delicious. The fried potsticker had the perfect crunch and amazing flavor. The sweet and sour chicken and fried rice tasted very fresh. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

This was my first visit to FireBowl. Kenny was so helpful. Their menu was not overwhelming, and very simple to order. The Vermicelli Singapore was labeled hot, and I liked that the spice was not overpowering. I would come here again.

I swung by Fire Bowl Café and was really impressed by how they balance freshness with flavor. I went with a Stir Fry Your Way bowl (chicken + mix of vegetables + coconut curry sauce) and also tried their Pineapple Fried Rice — both were vibrant, well seasoned, and came out piping hot. Their Soft Thai Summer Rolls and Crispy Crab Rangoons made for great starters. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere felt casual yet lively. I liked that it leans fast-casual but with care in execution — clean space, good portion sizes, and great for a satisfying Asian meal without the fuss.

Ive been coming to Fire Bowl in Round Rock for a long time. Even though the food has always been good the service a couple of years ago was pretty average. But since Mercedes has been on board I come more often. She is above and beyond the base service. Shes efficient. On point. And just a fabulous asset to this location. She makes me come more often.

My wife and I love coming here. It’s a nice place to grab a quick tasty lunch and in a very accessible location. Sonja is an absolute delight when taking your order and making suggestions. Definitely grab some cheesecake bags and caramel sauce during your next stop, you won’t regret it.

One of my favorite things about this location is the excellent service and quality of food. Even when it’s packed the food is always hot and fresh and served in a timely manner. Johnathan has amazing positive energy and great vibes. Despite the high volume of customers during our dinner hour, our order was promptly and efficiently fulfilled. Came to visit with my mother. She ate at this location about a month ago. Definitely worth the drive from San Antonio. Clean and has a bit of a modern aesthetic. Offers indoor and outdoor seating. Not over crowded. Has a good variety to choose from for the menu. Staff was supper friendly and courteous. Always smiling and very professional. Food came out in a reasonable speed and food was quite warm. Main dishes had good portion sizes. Appetizers were tasty and not too greasy. Spoke with, I believe the manager, Mercedes, and she was super friendly and asked how our meals were. Great customer service in asking if we needed anything else. Great attitude and would recommend this location for any Asian food lover or for someone who wants a nice place to settle down that has a calm atmosphere with tasty flavors.

This was our first visit & the GM personalized the experience for us. She explained the menu & helped us choose what to order based on our flavor preferences. She was light-hearted, funny and so kind. The food was delicious. The orange chicken is particularly the star of the evening. You can actually taste the orange zest in every bite, and it’s very crispy and evenly sauced. The lo mein noodles are also delicious.

Clean and bright. Loved the ambiance. Food was hot. I would have loved some extra spice as I got drunken noodles and still wasn’t spicy at all. The quantity is good. Worth a second visit. Kenny runs a tight ship! He's very friendly and professional. Food is very good. I had shrimp low mein with Thai veggies and Chinese traditional sauce. Online orders took precedent over customers walking in, but that's just the times we live in now.

The food was a bit more expensive than I thought. However, the serving size was huge. The food was fresh and taste so good that your mouth will be watery when you eat. I don't recommend using American express Credit card. Apparently the restaurant chain has problems. The Manger tried to charge me twice for the same meal. I had to call my credit card company so they could tell her the payment went through. Sadie W, the manager, told me I have family bills, but know I'll have to pay for your food. I pray they fixed there system. To bad they only take credit cards. I tried to pay with cash and she told me I couldn't.

We have eaten at another Fire Bowl Cafe with a good experience and thought we might have a similar experience here. Even the reviews made it seem that would be the case, but it was not. The service was fine, but there is a definite difference at places going "cashless" when it comes to overall service. As for the food, it was not "bad," but it wasn't at the level of our previous experience to the point of it being almost sub-par. Given the prices currently being charged, that poor level of meal quality it was a waste of money for us. Despite the location being clean and well maintained along with the decent service, it is highly unlikely we will patronize this location again.

Well that was disappointing. I finished up a location scout for a project and was hungry. Saw this place and from the reviews looked it really promising. I got combination fried rice and a drink which came out to $20.00. The flavor was there, the meat was decently tender but the rice. That rice was mushy and overcooked. To the point it was just a clumpy mushy mess. It was so wet :(. I ended up just eating the protein so I didn’t waste that and left the rice. Very unfortunate. The people there seemed really nice though! Kind of wish I could get a refund or do over….

I came from out of town and accidentally placed an order with this location which was about 198 miles away from McKinney. I let them know I placed the order at this Round Rock location accidentally and they told me I could get a refund. Shortly after, they called me back telling me they don’t do refunds. They took $30 from me. Please be cautious when ordering from this location. They will NOT work with you to resolve issues it seems.

It felt like there was only 2 people working around 4:15pm on a Saturday because this one of the worst takeout ordering experiences in a while. It took at least 20 mins or more to get my food only for them to have ran out of to go bowls and my wife food was put into a small box. The guy working the front was a nice guy but it was just a cluster. I saw at least two people walk in and walk out because nobody was present in the front

I’ve been coming here for years and I order the same thing every time. I order a sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. The sweet and sour sauce always came on the side but this time it was mixed in it. When I asked if it can be made with the sauce in the side was going to be charged again for another meal. The cashier Alex said that only the kids meal one comes in the side which I’ve always gotten the big bowl. I’ve always had good service and food but this time I wasn’t satisfied. I’m not sure if I’ll comeback here again.
