A group of coworkers and I had lunch here, and everyone thought the food was good. I tried the Chicken Teriyaki with noodles, and it was flavorful and filling. Another person in my group tried the spicy chicken, and thought the flavor was good but not terribly spicy. They have Sriracha on hand if you want to boost it up a notch. Service was friendly and fast, and the place was clean and well-maintained. I'll be back here again.

The ice machine was broken and had been broken for a while. I feel like they should’ve at least bought a bag of ice and put it in their freezer if people asked for some. There was no warning that there’d be no ice for our drinks while we were ordering our food.

Just had you guys for lunch. Even if it was free, I probably wouldn't come back. The potstickers were panfried too long, to the point that they were super hard and inedible because you couldn't bite through it without cracking your enamel. And the spice level on the spicy steak, is on point. It's a bit too hot for me, but l expected it to be spicy. I ordered a large Dr Pepper, got charged for the upgrade; but the soda was flat and had no ice. So with everything that I experienced in my $20 lunch, it wasn't a great experience. I usually don't review places but in a crunch to find something for lunch, it was an expensive bad experience.

Usually we have fast service and great food, today not so much. We got there at 1210 and our food was not ready until 1245. It appears that call in or online orders received priority. I askes for 2 chicken teriyaki with white rice, an egg roll and Edameme. My husband got white rice, i got fried. My husband got his egg roll and I did not get my Edameme, but they gave us a 2nd egg roll. Not happy.

Ordered out on door dash never having been here before. Won't ever order here again. We got soggy orange chicken, two orders of over cooked soft noodles, bland beef teriyaki that came with sauce on the side and two fountain drinks that were completely flat and served with no ice. This is a hard no!

I ordered a baby mild noodles and their noodles were not at all mild, it was spicy. Upon complaining, they kept saying it’s their mild. Attaching photo (FYI: all red in the photo is spicy chilly). So if you don’t eat spicy food, this place is not for you. See attached photo.

This location has gone WAY downhill. We loved ordering from here but the past few times it’s been all messed up. From completely incorrect orders to missing items. This owner needs to revamp the staff for sure. The business responded by trying to resend out items, they were all incorrect as well. This entire hundred dollar order was a total sham and would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered for delivery from their website over an hour went by had to go pick up the food. All I wanted was the price adjusted so I was no longer paying the delivery fee. Try to talk to a manager. They did not have a manager on site that could speak English, so I got food that sat for over an hour and when asked to have the price adjusted, I was told to send in an email and then finally got a hold of the actual manager that could speak English and was told there was nothing they could do will not come back to his location and I hope the rest of everybody else does not come here either

Place was empty took like 20 min for my food to come out and it was disgusting no flavor and the chicken was burn.

I ordered food for delivery directly from their website. An hour after order I called the restaurant because the delivery time had been pushed back an additional hour. It turns out the food was never made. What a waste of time. It's not good business practice to make a first time customer hangry 😬

This place gave me food poisoning , I ordered the steak teriyaki bowl with noodles. I’m having the worst week of my life right now (severe diarrhea, body chills, body aches, vomiting, and a headache), sitting on the toilet while writing this. I will never come back to get food here again, and I’d recommend you do the same.

We've gotten food from this TM many times, and it was usually good but between the food and service from the employees and manger this last visit, it was all awful. Getting the food was not as difficult because we online ordered but the communication inside was non existent because we didn't speak the same language. I'm 100% for hiring good workers but we need to be able to communicate at least the menu items and that was not possible. The food itself was not good, wrong, sauces were missing (from the chicken katsu which already come with sauce), veggies had no seasoning but the noodles were doused in garlic powder. They gave us the wrong appetizer. We called 10x over the course of 30mins trying to talk to someone with no answer. This morning, we called and were told to send pictures of the food which we did and over an hour went by with no response. When I called back and asked aboit it the manager acted like he never heard about it. He got an attitude and said it would be a while because "customer's ahead of you" so because we still had the food, I said OK I'll come in. Getting there approx. 6 minutes later we walk in and there is literally no one in there and the manager is there sat with his laptop. He wasn't nice in store either or apologetic in anyway. Definitely the worst experience from them and I would for sure wait a few months until new people come in to make it better. Hopefully the manager can get some customer service training also.

This is actually the worst TM I've ever been to. This is the chicken in my fiancés LARGE portion, compared to my regular.cWe asked the employee about it and he just stammered over his words. I asked if he could get another scoop of chicken and he said no. Go here if you want to pay $13 for a child's portion of food and about a weeks' worth of rice! After eating, he discovered the chicken to be RAW as well. Disgusting and insane.

Pretty disappointed in how this place handled the giant hair we found in our food. Nobody apologized and one guy asked if everything was okay, when I said we found a hair in the food, he just turned around and walked away from me. Kind of unbelievable. The first guy remade the food, which I guess I get, but I just wanted a refund at this point. They had not washed the rice, it was all beige and starchy. Rice needs to be washed. The chicken was awful. Hard, and reheated. It was not cooked fresh. It was dry and tough. Veggies were good. Orange chicken is just frozen and fried with a bought sauce. Edible but nothing special. Same problem with the rice. Ownership/management is just not aware of the details. Look at the pictures of the bathroom. How much is a plastic trash can, $20? Replace that nasty thing- don’t be lazy. Also, clean the mold off the toilet paper dispenser. Really? Nasty. Got my money back, but I’m over it now. Gross. Reading the other reviews, clearly these people don’t care, just skip the whole “experience.” It isn’t much of one. Go to a good restaurant unlike this nasty place. It’s just “Madness” if you will. 🤣 Also what is with all the crude and poop jokes on the wall. The “we’ve got big bowls” and the “food so spicy you will feel it twice” signs are pure madness. How immature are you people? Why do poop and crude jokes have a place in a restaurant? Lots of dumb going on in this building.
