I had a great experience at Whataburger! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The restaurant was clean, and the team worked efficiently even during the rush. What really stood out was the excellent customer service .the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that guests felt welcome. It’s always nice to see a manager who truly cares about both the customers and their staff. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I stopped by Whataburger last night, and it was such a great experience! The staff was super friendly and made sure everything came out fresh and hot. My burger was perfectly cooked — juicy, flavorful, and stacked just right. The fries were crispy, and the shake was the perfect sweet touch to end the meal. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and had that classic late-night vibe. Definitely one of the best Whataburger visits I’ve had in a while!

Food is good, had the breakfast. Not too bad, hashbrowns are expensive for what you're getting. Honestly, if you want a decent fast food breakfast, getting Whataburger breakfast isn't a bad choice.

Very clean, great service, amazing Dr pepper shake, and alright burgers. I will always be team In-N-Out Burger, but I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and that Dr pepper shake was otherworldly. Very, very clean dining section.

A local burger chain. The food is a bit greasy, and the presentation isn't very appetizing, but it still tastes great. The service is a bit slow—perhaps I'm just not used to the pace in Texas? I hope they continue to maintain the portion size and the size of the buns because it's hard to find burgers this big elsewhere!

I just came to get a quick breakfast and I stood at the counter for 5 min and no one acknowledge me. So I went to the bathroom, came back and waited another five minutes, and no one acknowledged me again. I believe that your fountain machine on the counter is blocking their view from the registers. I don’t think that they even realized I was there, but I left because now I don’t wanna eat there anymore.

It was easy to place my order. I wanted a single biscuit sandwich. I was not pressured to ordered to order a full breakfast combo. Whataburger makes your food fresh, so I anticipated a bit of a wait, but it was a bit longer than I expected. The employee at the window even wondered what was taking so long. The only good thing about the wait is that the items on my sandwich were truly fresh and hot. That said, my biscuit wasn't very soft, which was very disappointing.  I realize they have to bake many in advance, but they should be able to keep them moist.

I like to come when they serve breakfast to get my patty melt cause usually it’s more fresh well not at this location you can tell the patties had sat for a bit and the fries weren’t fresh. This is why I always go to the whata in Georgetown! Never again!!

There was absolutely no toilet paper in the women's restroom. One worker looked extremely busy up front doing his best. Food was made incorrectly for a single burger and the manager didn't handle it well, and someone else fix the order.

I went to Whataburger this evening and had one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The person who took my order was extremely rude from the start. After waiting a very long time for my food, they tried to hand me the wrong order. When I told him it wasn’t mine, he rolled his eyes and shoved a different bag at me. When I got home, it only got worse. The fries were literally thrown into the bag, there were no condiments at all, and something told me to actually check my burger—which I never do. I’m so glad I did. As soon as I lifted the bun, there was a hair sitting right on my burger. This isn’t a one-time issue either. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and every single visit has been terrible. Rude employees, long waits, sloppy food, and now a serious cleanliness issue. This is hands-down the worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I won’t be returning.

Went to this location on our way out to San Antonio, had to bring fried back because they were wrong, drove halfway down the highway to find NO MEAT IN BURGER, employees were laughing at the situation as if it was hilarious. They def should’ve been reprimanded by the Asian manager that obviously had less authority than his own employees. I feel sorry for this manager having employees like these. Very rude and disrespectful employees. Not very pleasant.

I’ve been in the drive thru STUCK for 1 hour. This is outrageous. Where is my FOOD! Idk what is going on but it seems like every single whataburger in the world takes 9 years to get the food out these days. Yall use to have it together. Take notes form Chick-fil-A SMH

I first went to order a Bacon burger with no onions and a patty melt, I’m allergic to onions mind you they still put onions on the bacon burger, and for the patty melt they put raw onions which on the menu it says grilled onions I called back requested a refund. They said that they would send it back to my card. I waited four days with no money, returned to me. I then called the manager on Monday morning. He said we could not send a refund to the card and if I could bring the receipt from almost a week ago back to the store luckily I still had it So I went back to get the refund and they told me to come back anytime and they would remake my order. So I came back later in the day to get the order remade Just for the patty melt meat to be pink. I called back. They requested that I bring the sandwich back to the store and asked if I would like something else. I then requested a barbecue chicken strip sandwich but instead of barbecue to replace the sauce with sweet and spicy, they gave me a chicken strip box with sweet and spicy dipping sauce I highly recommend not to go to this place

Waiting 25 minutes in a fast food lane so they give you slow service and the wrong order. Ordered Nashville hot wings and they gave me buffalo. They forgot an order of fries and gave us no ketchup even though I requested it. Then I open the chicken strip box and that’s comical. They’re each one inch small. Waste of time and money.

Terrible service when ordering for the Drive thru, they take care of you as if you were asking them for free food. That's not to mention that they take a long time to deliver your order to you and when they deliver it to you they give you something that you didn't order, if maybe it was my mistake not to check at that time but sometimes you just have time to go order and leave quickly waiting for them to do things right and give you your correct order(I ordered a Spicy Chicken combo sandwich and instead I don't know what hamburger they gave me and I also ordered a kids meal and they only gave me a few pieces of chicken, not the combo). =(
