Quick and most friendly service at this McDonald's. Steven was incredibly accommodating at my most recent visit. This is my go to McDonald's after today. Thank god their smoothie machine is fixed now!

Food is like any other mcdonalds, although when I went to the drive thru the staff member was too tired to do anything. Treat them better.

Food is mostly accurate but presentation should be better like drinks should not be dripping everywhere outside the cup.

I mean, it's McDonald's. You know the menu, you know the prices, you know the fries will be cold by the time you get home. The staff was friendly, the cold fries soft and soggy. The spicy chicken deluxe was decent.

Didn’t really interact with the staff much so I can’t say much about them. However, they had some items that were no longer available in other stores which was nice. The food came out relatively fast and was also relatively fresh.

This was quite the superb McDonald. The staff was friendly, even bringing the food to the table, and the area was not quite crowded but rather spacious. The food quality has been on the rebound but of course so have the prices. Would I spend $1 less if that meant I had to use a machine instead of a cashier? Probably.

Not all McDonald’s are equal, they taste better for me compared to the one near here. It’s weird I know but I come here instead of that place, this place is much more fresher. Makes me question. But the portion of value menu has been shrinking probably won’t be coming to McDonald other than their coffee

Today is 09/13/2024 and I received EXCELLENT 👍 Customer Service from the tall blonde gentleman behind the counter. I hope that he's another new manager or assistant manager because he's very "courteous" and "helpful." 🤗✌️

The best hot McDonald's fries I've had in the past 6 years. Chicken sandwich was a little dark due to old frying grease I'm guessing. Mocha Frappe was excellent just the right taste in every portion. Bathrooms were very clean as well. Wait time was a little long during 1:30PM afternoon rush for an order to go.

I'm gonna be 100% this McDonald's is like 3 but I gave it 4 it closes early and the service is okay not really nice workers there understand the busyness completely. But don't be rude and be polite I live 1 minute away from it and I don't go to this one because of it. I rather go to the one that is 10 mins away that one is better. Look I know it's harsh but in reviewing it's my honest opinion. love you all ENJOY

I use drive tru all the time, never go in restaurant usually since no cashier for orders. I am disabled so rather drive thru instead. Lots of staff are excellent thru Drive thru.

This particular McDonald's has stellar service. I have not been disappointed. I use the app most of the time and do curbside pickup and every single time. My order is brought out in a timely fashion and is always accurate and correct and the people are just so friendly

This is a McDonald's store that is always crowded and busy. There are many people who come here often, take a seat, open their laptops, and kill time. Since it is an Asian neighborhood, the sign says McDonald's in Chinese and Korean. Thats so funny tough. There are other brand coffee shops nearby but that are too small, so most people come here after eating at a restaurant. There is nowhere else to go, so it can be seen as operating almost as a semi-monopoly. It seems like sales would be very high. It would be good if another fast food restaurant opened near this intersection. Ironically, I visited during the least busy time, so there were hardly any people in the store when I was there.

Usually McDonald's is spot on with my special orders however today they added all the fixings, which should have been a plain Big Mac & the Quarter Pounder was over flowing with onion, yet only 1 slice of cheese & no mustard... 🙆 Maybe a new employee... Whats up with McD's new ordering ststem? The cashier comes from behind the counter to help you, but if I'm paying cash she still has to go behind the counter to get my change. If I place the order I still have to go to the counter to pay. Sometimes corporate tries to do too much. On to a brighter note. The food is better. I believe I had a southwest chicken salad, it was so good. And the hubby's cheeseburger was also very good. I really liked the food.

McDonald's quality for McDonald's price. There was no one at the counter so my group had to use the self service kiosks. The process was easy to figure out, but it was pretty slow. Food came out pretty quick after ordering though. They even brought it out to the table for us! While there, a child vomited in the booth next to us. It took a couple minutes, but an employee came out eventually to clean it and the booth.

One of the most bumbling, slow and rude McDonald's in this area. The only reason why I even go to this McDonald's is because of the convenience but I regret going there every time. 1. Wrong order - 3 out of 5 times I go there they ALWAYS mess up my order! Missing food, drinks, condiments and utensils. However, when you go back for the missing items... they always give you a hard time. And my orders are not small. A good. $60 to $200. 2. Speed - everything is slow. I wonder if they are making the food by scratch some times. They just don't have an urgency to them. Even some of the managers have been seen to just stroll around and do nothing to help the back log of customers waiting to order or get their food. And most of the time no on is seen at the counter working. It's only when there are 2 or more ppl waiting is when a worker will come out slowly to take orders. 3. Service - this goes back to #1. When ordering food and trying to get missing items... they definitely have an attitude and a bit of looking down on. I can't rule out racism but I dont feel appreciate for my business there.

I've been customer of this shop for years, since the irruption of the kiosk the personal service has been decay, every single time I order for 4- 2 half strip bacon they only give 4 half strips, and I need to argue with the attendant to make them understand that 4 orders of 2 pices are 8 pieces total, taday was the ultimate when I ask for help to the clerk he told me: "I don't care" and left for hide in the kitchen, the delivery girl insisted the order was served correct and went back to the kitchen to get the 4 pieces like I was wrong but she doesn't want to argue that

There is never any server in the front. The dining room and tables are always dirty. The customers end up asking for napkins to clean them since there are no napkins holders in the dining area. Not my favorite place for food.

The inside smells like they clean the seats and floor with dirty water. The bathroom smells horrid. Customers who were inside harassed me before I could order.

I decided to stop by this place on our way to Los Angeles, sad to say the place was dirty and the bathrooms were worse. The guy that took our order never smiled and seemed like he didn't want to be there. The food was just okay, nothing special.

the drive thru moved slow and it wasn't even late at night. the food was made as i ordered it but the wait made it a little less hot. i would come here except they need to step it up on the drive thru wait times and keep cars moving.

When and why did McDonald's stop providing the little packets of chopped nuts to put on our chocolate sundaes? Chopped nuts go with chocolate sundaes. So what happened??? Please bring back the packets of chopped nuts for those of us who enjoy them. And why is the service, both inside and the drive thru, so sloooooow?

Smoothie machine doesn't work on a hot day. I went out of my way to go here and there blenders all went out? They had soft serve. No fruit??? The line went fast. Friendly helpful staff every time

I come here now for drive thru only. I used to live in their neighborhood. So I used to frequent this place a lot due to my kids requests. The place used to be so clean, but now it's obviously kids' place. All messy. Sad that they didn't maintain the place as neat and clean as it used to be back when it was newly remodeled. The servers were not as generous with sauces as before when you asked for a certain dips....like Szechwan sauce. It's exclusively for chicken nuggets. But what if you want it on your burgers too? I guess a lot of their customers have abused this dip and sauce courtesy. And yes, they even charge for them now while other stores don't. I hope they learn to be more flexible and fair in dealing with their consumers' request. There are better Mc Donalds chain out there.

Friday 18 Dec 2020. Bought Pancake and sausage, 2 hashbrown, and 1 large Caramel Ice Coffee around 6am. The operator/ server for driver-through kinda tired, she raised her voice. My hashbrown didn't packed carefully, so i need to pick it up from plastic bag and put it back to the small paper bag (no big brown bag). Plus, the hash-brown is cold :(. Bought ice caramel coffee several time in this place, no taste of caramel at all *smsh

Usually it’s ok here but this day was just…blahh. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal w/ a cheeseburger on the side. There was too much sauce in the chicken sandwich to the point where everything slides out of the bun. Sauce was everywhere even on the top and bottom of the buns which means this was sloppily made. It grossed me out to the point I only ate half and got nauseous from the sauce. The cheeseburger was the same, w/ the ketchup just splattered everywhere. Mind you I worked at a Mcds in HS and it traumatized me from eating any burger for years. Pretty disappointed. Also the condition of the place was horrendous. Trash was overflowing and tables were dirty. I can see soda splatter on walls. Not sure if elementary kids just stopped by before me but that sticky gross feeling overcame me. Again usually it’s not like this but it should never get to that point. Also there is no paper towels in the bathrooms anymore which forces you to open the door with your hands right before you eat. Yes it’s more common now everywhere but I think it’s just bad practice cause we all know everyone washes their hands. Ok rant over.

2 Stars only for the setting of the place and the mostly quick service. Could've been a 1 star review because after speaking to who seemed like the Manager or shift lead for reporting a customer hanging inside the dining rooms coughing/blowing his nose mask less, they DID NOT ask him to LEAVE but only asked if he's alright and if he was vaccinated. Anyone can lie about being vaccinated. IF someone was having symptoms like that under my watch, there'd be no EXCUSE. PERIOD.

Poorly managed: 1) some workers are here are extremely slow and not attentive to customers at the ordering stalls. 2) restroom smell throughout the dining area especially near them. 3) tables not cleaned regularly.

Screwed up my order in drive thru. Brought food back to show them. No apologies or compensation. Waited for them to remake nuggets. By the time got replacement nuggets, all the other foods were cold.

Last night I bought two burgers and a drink through the McDonald’s app and waited for more than 20 minutes. And after communicating with the staff many times, I got a very bad experience

No double hamburger on the menu. Why? Why is the menu inconsistent with other locations? Why does cheese burger have single double and triple options but no option for those who don't eat cheese? And why is there onions on a plain burger? Gross.

The cashier was very rude and gave attitude when we asked for a extra burger so we kindly asked for the manager and when we told the manager she was very nice about it and just added the extra burger. Manager: 5 stars. Cashier: 0 stars.

Two days ago in the afternoon, I saw a staff or management member of this location at Fairway Dr. and Colima Rd. raising voice to stop a decent dressed visitor on using their restroom. Please understand most visitors are also customers. I urge McDonald's to understand it is bad business to raise voice or intimidate visitors indiscriminately, especially as our neighborhood restaurant in uncertain time like current situation!

Soooooo unbelievably slow. I waited 20 minutes for my order, and that was inside!!! There were at least 6 or 7 others waiting for their orders. The food is good, but the waiting time is horrendous. I don't care to come to this location unless its absolutely necessary.

This is the worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to. Food is always old. Buns are stiff, cheese is never melted and always cold. Even breakfast sandwiches are pre made and room temp. Nothing is made fresh. UPDATE-4/8/2021 Went back to try the new chicken sandwich and it was awful. The chicken was chewy and the bun was soggy. The fries were limp and cold. My cheeseburger was also cold. All of the food tasted like it had been sitting for quite awhile. NOT GOING BACK!!

I visited few times and the workers are very nice but the way people treat them is horrible, they have some of the most horrible customers I've ever seen so i think McDonald's should give the workers the right to taser people,1. It would be a great show 2. It would force them to treat the workers with respect 3. most of the visitors are broke so you guys will not lose much business

Unpleasant drive through experience in the morning. Ordered total of $12 dollars of food and coffee, I was given a bag of condiments, a cup of oatmeal, a bag of diced of apple and my coffee. they did not check the order carefully before giving it to the customer and made me waited longer for my order and did not bother to apologize for the delay and the mix up. At the end I got a free cup of oatmeal not because they want to give it to me just because she coldly told me she can't take it back....

The cashier is too bad, I wait for 5mins for a order and she made fun with my English. When I order McNuggets she told me it's no sweet sauce, but when my friends ask for a sweet sauce and she gives a lot to my friend. Today is weekend, but she made me a bad day. :(

Stuck in a drive-through for 20 minutes, even though there was only three cars in front of us and one of the lanes was closed. Even before this, their fries were always soggy and greasy. There is a McDonald's attached to a gas station nearby that functions 10 times better than this one.

Please update your opening hours, stated closed at 12 am, yet when I went around 11pm, placed an order via mobile apps, the cashier at the register scolded me saying you guys closed at 10pm, that I'm not supposed to place an order when the lights are already off. How do I know the place is closed when I'm placing the order from home?

Came at 4pm and we ordered 2 large fries but they gave 2 medium ones with "LARGE" printed on the paper bags. Never seen this before. Fries were all soggy and old. Stir clear from this MCD if possible.

Large fry at mcdonalds is a rip off, a large fry at mc donalds is a med fry at jack in the box. Also it took them 3 times bringing out my fries to realize that i request fries with no salt.

I am a regular customer here but I have decided to stop going altogether. In last month they have gotten my order wrong every time, but today was the final straw. I ordered french fries and a coke because I figure you can't mess that up. I ask for ketchup. The guy says no problem, and puts it in the bag. I check the bag when I get back to my work, and no ketchup. He literally pretended to give me ketchup. Why? This makes no sense, there's no reason to do something like that. It's bad enough that they don't ask me if I want ketchup when my order is only french fries, but to put your empty hand in the bag while saying you're putting ketchup in is ridiculous. Won't be coming to this location again.

Tried the new burger it took a long time to get it. No customer inside. They used this excuse saying the meat was new. What ever, I just want my food cause I was hungry. . It took them 20 minutes to get my order. Not going back to this McDonald's again. New burger is dry and not that appetizing.

I have commented on their chicken sandwiches before. I thought I would give them another shot. Ordered the deluxe chicken from drive through. It was two Pattie’s of thin chicken that were dried out overcooked tasteless slabs of something. So sad. Take it off the menu instead of calling it Deluxe!

My husband ordered a plain burger and specifically stated "no onions" on the McDonald's app. However, we found that the burger patty is covered in pieces of onion. He's disgusted. This could kill someone who's allergic to onions. Please be more mindful.

Supposed to open 4 am, arrived at 5:45, everything closed, drive through blocked. 5:50 one drive through spot open but won’t let me pickup my mobile order, lady said they are closed, and told me they would open at 6. I came back again at 6 and what a surprise! everything is closed again, and they blocked the drive through again. This is not my first time facing issues with this McDonald, last time coming here at night waited 40mins by the curbside and no one came out to give my food, eventually had to go through drive through. Simply gotten the response that they didn’t receive the order. Unbelievable.

Went through drive-thru at 8pm and ordered 2 double quarter pounders plain only cheese, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Got food went to hotel room and opened food. Burgers had everything on them. Tried wiping off the pickle juice but they still had pickle flavor and the fries were cold. Went back and they made fresh burgers the way I ordered them. I asked for new fries and they gave me new ones as well. Checked order before we left. New fries were cold too.. If you go here, check your order before you leave.

What's the point of using the app and "Skip the line" if I'm the one getting skipped. 15 minute wait for a small order of food on the app. The whole time watching the drive thru folks come and go. Should prioritize orders based on when they come in. Also don't false advertise skipping anything when curbside is put to the back of the line.

For the first time in my life, I didn't feel good during a meal. First of all, no one was there to clean the table and you had to go back to your car to get paper towels to wipe the table yourself. To make matters worse, there wasn't any paper in the restroom at all, notified the clerk and still no paper. The waitress, too, had a bad attitude and was impatient. Geez! This store just keeps getting worse and worse.It's on a Tuesday, with an 8 p.m. dinner. Not a busy time I guess.

UPDATE: Since the last review, the remodeled atmosphere is better and more contemporary and better spaced. The speed of service can be faster but the food seems to be more on par with better McDonalds around. Previous Review: Not sure why this McDonald staff has such poor attitudes toward customers. I have been a repeat customer here for the past 2 months but I can't help but to notice that whenever I come here, both the female and male Hispanic managers are extremely rude to me whenever I come in. I am never spoken to while Instead they stare at me the entire time I'm there. It makes me extremely uncomfortable given that I observe that everyone else that comes through the door gets a greeting a smile regardless of a rush or not. Whenever I go the counter to place an order, I can visibly see them ignoring me as they cut side glances at me. This location makes me feel discriminated against and unwelcome. Today on the morning of 1/15/26 I visited and used EBT (which is what I use there often). The female Hispanic manager that I interacted with acted as if she didn’t know how to complete the transaction and alleged something was wrong with my card. After I told her I used it at the grocery store across the street with no issue, coincidentally it went through. Every time I tried to say something to her regarding my order, she would cut me off as if she didn’t want to deal with me. When trying to call back to give feedback and get names for proper reporting, I was hung up on multiple times, they would pick up and put the phone down while I tried to speak and they threatened to call the police for harassment. I have escalated this to corporate to raise awareness because this experiences I have here when I visit doesn't sit well with me. I feel targeted, discriminated and against. I will also be filling a discrimination complaint with the EEOC.

Nothing is more annoying when using the bathroom and staff comes in with the excuse of not cleaning the bathroom but changing the trash bag and blasting her Mexican music while doing it while she stands there watching and waiting for me to get out of the stall. This is harassment!!! A paid customer can't use a bathroom without the disturbance of staff and the manager doesn't care!
