There is never any server in the front. The dining room and tables are always dirty. The customers end up asking for napkins to clean them since there are no napkins holders in the dining area. Not my favorite place for food.

The inside smells like they clean the seats and floor with dirty water. The bathroom smells horrid. Customers who were inside harassed me before I could order.

Screwed up my order in drive thru. Brought food back to show them. No apologies or compensation. Waited for them to remake nuggets. By the time got replacement nuggets, all the other foods were cold.

Absolutely rude server. We ordered table service and the worker just threw the tray on our table and didn't say a word

What's the point of using the app and "Skip the line" if I'm the one getting skipped. 15 minute wait for a small order of food on the app. The whole time watching the drive thru folks come and go. Should prioritize orders based on when they come in. Also don't false advertise skipping anything when curbside is put to the back of the line.

For the first time in my life, I didn't feel good during a meal. First of all, no one was there to clean the table and you had to go back to your car to get paper towels to wipe the table yourself. To make matters worse, there wasn't any paper in the restroom at all, notified the clerk and still no paper. The waitress, too, had a bad attitude and was impatient. Geez! This store just keeps getting worse and worse.It's on a Tuesday, with an 8 p.m. dinner. Not a busy time I guess.

UPDATE: Since the last review, the remodeled atmosphere is better and more contemporary and better spaced. The speed of service can be faster but the food seems to be more on par with better McDonalds around. Previous Review: Not sure why this McDonald staff has such poor attitudes toward customers. I complained to HQ but no one contacted me to resolve issues

I ordered 40 pcs mcnuggets with one large fries but it came as this sample image. The fries were only half full and they put in 5 sauces instead of fries to fill up the fry case. They are crazy.

No equality from here for here and nobody defended anyways and all too late for here that no USA Constitution is applicable and it's already Taiwan Relation Act being done for here already.

I have been a repeat customer here for the past 2 months but I can't help but to notice that whenever I come here, both the female and male Hispanic managers are extremely rude to me whenever I come in. I am never spoken to while Instead they stare at me the entire time I'm there. It makes me extremely uncomfortable given that I observe that everyone else that comes through the door gets a greeting a smile regardless of a rush or not. Whenever I go the counter to place an order, I can visibly see them ignoring me as they cut side glances at me. This location makes me feel discriminated against and unwelcome. Today on the morning of 1/15/26 I visited and used EBT (which is what I use there often). The female Hispanic manager that I interacted with acted as if she didn’t know how to complete the transaction and alleged something was wrong with my card. After I told her I used it at the grocery store across the street with no issue, coincidentally it went through. Every time I tried to say something to her regarding my order, she would cut me off as if she didn’t want to deal with me. When trying to call back to give feedback and get names for proper reporting, I was hung up on multiple times, they would pick up and put the phone down while I tried to speak and they threatened to call the police for harassment. I have escalated this to corporate to raise awareness because this experiences I have here when I visit doesn't sit well with me. I feel targeted, discriminated and against. I will also be filling a discrimination complaint with the EEOC.

Nothing is more annoying when using the bathroom and staff comes in with the excuse of not cleaning the bathroom but changing the trash bag and blasting her Mexican music while doing it while she stands there watching and waiting for me to get out of the stall. This is harassment!!! A paid customer can't use a bathroom without the disturbance of staff and the manager doesn't care!
