Great food , today Friday 02/06/26 unfortunately and sadly the cook was on the cell talking by hand and at same time cooking my food also he was grabbing food with no gloves , bear hands and with same time touching his cell Please don’t do that You guys have great food

Gave a 5 star to get a free entree… went to check out and they said it wasn’t valid for the free entree… so we’re getting downgraded to 2. Chow mein was undercooked, Beijing beef and the orange chicken were cold. Could be 1 but the ppl working were nice.

Usually my favorite Rockwall County Panda Express. Usually great. This time? My orange chicken had a dead crane fly in it! The legs detached and came off on several pieces of food. It was disgusting. My egg roll was burned. My rangoons were tough and chewy. What has happened to my favorite Panda Express!? First time ever the entire meal was disappointing.

Came in at 9:40pm , tried to order chhow mein, i was informed they were out of chow mein and arent making any more ..the restaurant is suppose to be open until 10:30 ..after arguing with the girl that they are open for another 50 minutes PLEASE make some chow mein!! she reluctantly agreed after speaking a different language to her coworker complaining about me ordering chow mein. Like had it been 30 minutes til close I wouldnt have asked but you almost have a full hour make the chow mein dont be lazy..everything was fresh and tasted great the laziness and speaking Spanish thinking I dont comprende was very off putting

Please dont waste your time coming to this location. The food i ordered was burnt and old. Looks like is was sitting out all day. When I tried to give feedback at the store, the manager Armando was not helpful at all and refused to remake the order.

Worst experience I’ve had at Panda Express. The fried rice tasted burned, and I even found a piece of the burnt pan scrapings in my food. The meat was stale and so hard it was basically impossible to eat. The only thing decent were the four shrimp in the order. Very disappointed with the food quality at this location — definitely needs improvement.

I ordered ahead on the app. When I went to pick my food up the guy behind the counter shoved the bags in my hands quickly without verifying that it was the correct order, while helping two other customers with take out orders. It could have very easily been mixed up with another persons food. I ordered teriyaki chicken for my oldest daughter and myself, while my youngest daughter got a different chicken dish. The rice was hard and uncooked in parts of the meal. The teriyaki chicken gave my oldest daughter and I the WORST food poisoning consisting of severe stomach pain and vomiting. My youngest daughter’s chicken was so hard it caused her to break a bracket on her braces! And the food was packed so carelessly in the bags that it leaked sauce everywhere and stained my car. Avoid this location at all costs. The Rockwall location is so much better, from the customer service to the quality of food. I will never return to this location

Did not feel this was a good panda experience. From when I walked in the door to when I left . Ask if I could get some chow mein with no vegs they told me they could not make that even if I was willing to wait for it . So I asked if they could sale the noodles the best they could .will post pictures of what I got For 8.50 they did not mind charging full price for 90% beg 10% noodles. Feel my money was wasted last time coming here

Drive-thru consistently messes up our orders (last 3 times in a row!!). It wasn’t busy when we went, we were literally the only car there. Even after repeating the order back to us correctly, they still managed to get every single item wrong in our bowls. It even shows up correctly on the receipt so are their employees just illiterate or something? Hate to put someone on blast but whoever was working on 1/18 at 6pm needs to be let go…

went thru drive thru around 11:20, which should be before lunch rush. Got home to find burned old egg rolls and mere broccoli and rice.... there literally was less than half ounce of beef for the entree plate. Total was $14.96. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve really tried to hang in there as this place has gone downhill steadily as their prices rise, but after tonight I highly doubt I’ll ever go to another Panda Express again. Definitely not this one. The food was hot, but old, like it had been under a lamp all day. The chicken was extremely dry and covered in rice, even though I had noodles with my order, as though they had maybe dumped some chicken from someone else’s plate with rice back into the chicken. That’s gross enough, but what REALLY sealed the deal was not one, but TWO LONG BLACK HAIRS IN MY FOOD. One I discovered IN MY MOUTH while eating and the other I saw wrapped around a green bean as I was spitting my food out. I threw up. I’ll NEVER spend $33 for 3 bowls of hairy subpar food from here again! Disgusting. I attached a pic of my hand with the hair on it.

This was my first time ordering from this location & it will be my last. I have ordered chow mein from many locations, this is the first time i have gotten a plate that has 85% cabbage & onions and rest noodles. Husband also ordered and the same for him. The quality of food is not the same as any other locations that I have ever been to. I will never return.
