Very easy. Order in app; drive through for food. No extra waiting. No extra people to deal with. Loved the Texas Double Whopper and Strawberry Slushie
The speaker is broken, the customer can't hear anything. Hot my order wrong several time, not the drive-thru person fault.
Just had the greatest double whopper ever. It was so fresh. Smelled of flame grilled gloriousness. Took me back to the 1999 days. Patties were tender on inside and slightly charred and crisp on edges. How it should be. Been a long time since any Burger King did so well by me. My four year old boy didn’t like the kids so double cheese burger. It did not smell as nice as the whopper. I gave some of mine to him and he delighted, devoured that whopper fast. Fries were hot and fresh, all of it. No salt as requested. They got everything right.
Ok place. Depending on the shift you either get the speedy types or the slower than sleeping snail when it comes to getting orders done. Then of course the geniuses who handle the store window decorations is always a blast. Between the RCHS Spelling Bee Champ (photo 2) regaling us with his/her capabilities to the budding Only Fans model who turned the windows in something that could be rather sexy and graphic (photo 1)
Double meat Whopper & onion rings, whopper was sloppy & the onion rings had no taste & were all very small. First time there & Last time there
Pulled into the drive-thru. Said hello several times with no response. Honked my horn and again, no response. Another car pulled in behind me so I drove around and went in. No one in sight. I hollered a hello, and finally, two people came out. I told them I had tried to get their attention in the drive-thru, and they looked at each other, looked at their headsets, and one of them switched it on and then took the order from the drive-thru! I asked what about MY order and the other person went to the office. I said screw it and walked out! We order from here nearly every day. But since the management changed my orders haven't always been right. But this was the last straw. I won't be back here anytime soon!
How hard is it to tell your staff to put on a hairnet
This was a DoorDash order - I was disappointed with my Whopper today. When I opened the bun, it only contained the two beef patties. It was missing all the standard toppings: tomato, onion, pickle, lettuce, ketchup, and mayo. While the rest of the meal was fine, the burger was quite plain and dry without any of the condiments.
I order two sandwiches and I got one no bun on the burger. The bag was sealed. Worst order ever
The workers here absolutely do NOT want to wait on you. I stood there yelling hello for 5 min at 2 girls just standing in the back and couldn't get them to turn around. 4 more people came in and when a guy yelled back a girl moving like Molasses FINALLY came to the counter. I'm guessing it was the employees that burnt the place down!🤣
Burger King is just trash now! It's expensive and food was low quality. Buns were firm and stale. Everything was small. I hadn't been in years and now I remember why. They just need to close down already! These places used to be so good growing up
We were going to this location for awhile and will not go back unless they get the kid employees under control. Third time we have gone to counter and they’re playing in back and on cell phones TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AMD NO GREETING
Horrible service and didn’t even get to order . only gave $5 for the inconvenience . We left to McDonald’s and spent our well earned money there. I will never come back .

I was in drive thru waiting for 8 minutes before I went to the window and I show up to window employee mentioned that he forgot and to go around again and didn't want to take my order until I drive around again horrible experience and restaurant had no other customer just employee didn't want to help
First, I want to start off that, yes, I know this is a fast food restaurant so I wasn’t expecting much but I was expecting more than what I received. I ordered two Kid Junior hamburgers ketchup only on both- apple juice- fries & a toy. Second I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with No cheese ( I ordered at kiosk ) and a fry and drink. When they called my name for order ready-I went and got off the counter where they had put my food- Went to the tables in the play area- food was already cold- I literally just picked it up 20 seconds ago…. Why is it cold???? Then Kids hamburgers wrong- One hamburger with ketchup & pickles Second hamburger with cheese ketchup mustard and pickles - I was able to fix this for my kiddos and take off what I needed to do no biggy- I had to go back up front because kids never got their apple juice. Then I realized my order was messed up too- I took hamburger back that was missing some toppings- guy opens up burger with bare hands and proceeds to go to the back to fix it- I had to stop him and ask him for an entire new burger because he just touched my burger with his bare hands- in which he slams the burger in trash. So, I get this corrected and have to go back a third time because I was never given my drink cup with my meal- so a young man approached me- I showed him my receipt and just plainly said- “ I need my drink cup please- I was never given it with my meal.” He looked at me with a blank stare- I asked him again- he hands me a cup, then he says real quick- “ do you need ketchup with that?” I say, “ No I already got my meal just needed my drink cup, thank you” And he responds,” NA- do you want to take this ketchup as your drink- you can just drink this ketchup- yeah- take this ketchup and drink it instead- “” and he then picks up a couple ketchup pouches and waves around and puts back in caddy. Then I caught on- so I asked him, “ are you trying to be smart” and he rolls his eyes and walks to the back- mind you this ENTIRE visit the manager is sitting at the bar table 3 feet away- and addresses none of this. So I looked at the Manager FINALLY and asked, Are you the manager of this establishment?” He turned and said, yes.” So I said- did you hear what your employee just did? I asked for a drink cup that CAME with my meal that was not given to me when order was “ ready” and he wants to offer me packets of ketchup to drink instead….?” Manager says- oh sorry- and turns back to his computer. I can’t even comprehend - I know they are just teenagers - but if your a manager—- take some resposability- handle the situation- take some initiative - Is this how you train your team memebers to treat your customers? I know- “ it’s just fast food” “ they are just teenagers” 1. I still spent my money there- the least the manager could do was stand up- get off his computer- ask me exactly what happened and give an apology and make sure everything else was good( which it wasn’t and he did not do) 2. I know they are teeneagers but this is a work place and a requirement I am sure is to be pleasant to customers and not be a smarty pants and roll their eyes and walk away- this is supposed to be a JOB- have at least a little bit of pride where you work- if not don’t show up to work. 3. I can understand now —— why the manager just said “oh sorry” and turned back to his computer- the way that the teenager treated me and the way that they handled my burger - literally- and how my entire order was completely wrong- it starts with management- the manager didn’t care and neither did the team. Do better Burger King
I was on some big back behavior and ordered two triple whopper meals, nuggets, chicken fries and two Hershey pies. The guy that took my order at the first window read everything back correctly however the guy at the second window told me everything was in the bag and I took a glance and asked him if he was sure. Long story short… I got home and was missing my chicken fries and pies. I spent about $40 bucks.I drive back up there and told them what I was missing… again I got home and they gave me nuggets instead of chicken fries. While eating I immediately felt like I had to shit and I did. Next time I’ll make my own burger at home when I’m having a burger craving. Save your gas, time, stomach and money.
12/15/23 Place my order. Got my food tasted the fries had a lot of salt. I asked the gentleman can I get new fries? They’re too salty. I guess they got mad because I didn’t like the way the food tasted. They had me pull up. I parked in one of their parking spots, not a busy Burger King and I know why. A gentleman came out almost all the way to my car, and then something made him turn around and go back inside with my order instead of giving it to me and he place my order on the side and started working on new orders. I still waited about 10 minutes with my kids in the car to see if they were going to even try to bring the order to me. No so I went inside And I just told the manager just give me my money back. Manager was very rude. I told the manager, I’m sorry I asked for my fries to have less salt. I asked for her name she said Candace . I don’t think that’s right this is the second time I have problems here but I feel like corporate doesn’t do anything. I did take a picture of the area where they cook the fries very dirty. No customer Service. And if anyone from corporate read this, I would like for you to contact me. I hate that this Burger King in my hometown runs like this.
