Love this location! Hot lemon may not be on the menu, but they make it for me every time! The staff are always super friendly, the food comes out in a timely manner and is always hot and fresh. Absolutely love this place!

I’ve been to this location many times, as I’ve lived in RC over 3 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I dined in last night and my food was piping hot, they brought me my food, and the restaurant was quiet. I had the place all to myself about an hour before closing. Now, when it’s crowded and there’s a rush…take heed😂 Most of the staff are nice and pretty chill. Some can be lazy and act like it’s a chore to give you something simple. The good outweighs the bad.

Great wings! Lotsa different sauces. We order them dry and extra sauces on the side. This way everybody gets to sauce up the wings the way they like. And the Voodoo Fries are an experience. And you have to try the Cajun Fried Corn.

Shout out to the crew working 1/17/2026 evening/night shift. The food was cooked to perfection it wasn’t overly cooked like 99% of the time. The fries weren’t burnt and the boneless chicken wasn’t hard and had the perfect amount of seasoning. 🙌

We order through Uber Eats and accidentally put an incorrect item on our order. We called the location and Shiylo was kind enough to correct the order for us. We truly appreciate this kind of customer service. Thank you Shiylo!

Cleanest wing stop I have been too. Food well done, well sauce, not dry. Fries cook amazing. Got greeted once entered and help asap. Employees cleaning tables. Fountain drink has all the choices. Restroom clean. Was definitely worth the drive this wing stop over the Greenville one 10x.

Tried ordering ahead on the app, and it errored at the very end. But the staff got my order taken once I got there and had my food out within 10-15 minutes. The seating area is a bit cramped, but the food was great and the soda fountain had a ton of options.

It's mainly the service is the issue here. 60% of the time the 30-45 estimated time is the time your food comes into the system with a 45 minutes wait on top. Fries are always soggy aswell FYI I put in for a time to pick of 715pm and it's 8pm now.

From what i noticed while i was waiting, it is much better to order ahead online or over to phon. Order in person and expect to wait about 15 mins, which isnt bad considering how busy they were when i went. This was my 1st visit to this location and they forgot my sauces! I ought to have checked the bag but i was too far gone to go back for them. Note- always check your order before u leave, your helping the store help you. Also dont get your fries loaded :) Otherwise the chicken is alright.

It is Wednesday 8:30pm nothing going on in the world no games no fights its a work/school night and I have called twice only to be told to hold as soon they answer. The first time I waited on hold for 5 minutes and thought maybe they forgot about me. So I called again and the second time was the same thing. I don't know if they are under staffed or under trained regardless it is not my problem but they made it my problem.

Very disappointed, they did it again! My wings are super dry, barely any sauce! The employees are nice, the place is clean. I am not sure if I will go back again, maybe is time to try something new!

My wings were just full of grease. Original hot didn’t taste like original hot just full on grease. The bag was full of grease and it went everywhere on the container and the ranch. I know yall can do better bc this never happened before.

We never order wingstop because there are usually issues. We wanted to try some new flavors so we ordered it to give it another chance. I’m giving two stars because my fiancés wings tasted good (aside from the fact that one of his 5 he received was entirely a breaded chunk with no chicken.) Five were really hard and difficult to chew and the other five were so salty tasting I could hardly stand to eat them

This place is really good, but sadly it gave me horrible food poisoning. I was in pain for thirty minutes before finally throwing up, I couldn't even sit down, I had to basically limp to the bathroom while my stomach was burning and throw up there. I genuinely love wingstop, but this place I would avoid, I could barely sleep too, I guess I'll be going to Buffalo wild wings because they didn't give me food poisoning

Ordered online waited 30 mins and they didn't start the order until I showed them my phone. They refused to look up the order on the computer and ended up with raw chicken soon as I got home. Stay away.

I ordered 2 different types of the new Cajun combo. I first ordered the tenders, and also ordered the sandwich. All of the items had Cajun seasoning, yet none had the ranch and cheese sauce. When there is literally an image on the window of exactly how they are supposed to make it, they just guess and completely mess it up. Further, they didn't provide any of our sauces with it so that we could do it ourselves.

Every time I come here to pick up a order for Doordash, I notice two specific employees that works at this location at cashier always try their hardest to ignore me when I come in for pickup. My boyfriend comes with me on my deliveries and he noticed it too.. They stand right there until I have to wait for another employee for the back to assist me and I do not understand what’s the reason for poor customer service. I try to be nice about it but its hard not to notice if this reoccurring every time I go there to pick up an order. It’s very rude..Especially if there’s no reason for the strong sense animosity being direct towards us for no reason.

My husband and I come here a lot. We have had positive experiences until tonight. I ordered our food online 20 minutes before my husband got home so that way dinner would be done when he gets home. We get to the restaurant and got told it was still be done. No problem. We waited and hour while the employees looked at us and said “it’ll be five more minutes” I get being busy (I work in a restaurant here in Royse city) but this is ridiculous. And to top it off, nobody apologized or even seemed to care.

UPDATE: I went by there today to speak to the manager about my refund. Marabee was awesome and took care of it immediately and nicely apologized I ordered online waited over an hour. Called, was told dash door picked it up 25 minutes ago. I said I didn't order through them. They told me to call door dash. I said how? I don't know who to call. Guy said let me put you on hold for 20 minutes and call them. WHAT!? He finally came back on with me and said I canceled my order I said no. He said oh door dash canceled it because they picked up the wrong order. I said so no one was going to tell me that? He said well, you'd see the refund on your bank account. Seriously!? BTW. I STILL haven't gotten my refund!!!!

Once again, wingstop can’t even get a simple order correct. This place is a joke

I've had two bad experiences with this location. The first time the wings were too hard, but I decided to give them another try. Paid & ordered wings through Door Dash and after almost an hour, Wingstop cancelled my order. The delivery driver stated Wingstop said they didn't have an order for me, even though I had confirmation. Called the restaurant, one young lady said they didn't see the order. After I provided the confirmation, she was able to locate it. She then placed me on hold for about 20 minutes, then phone hung up. I called back, wasn't greeted, but placed back on hold. Phone hangs up AGAIN, I called back and asked to speak with a manager. That person gets on the phone and stated the delivery driver took the food. Wait, now I'm wondering who's telling the truth. What happened to my order? Which one is it, you didn't have an order for me OR did the delivery driver take the food? Nevertheless, I was fully refunded, but I do not plan to visit this location again. Poor customer service...

This place has gone bad. I placed an order they told me 45 mins. I understand due to the high volume of orders since it’s a Thursday night football game. Once 45 mins hits went to pick up and told me that it’s gonna take another 45 mins……. No one has offered even though they forgot my order or lost it somehow to make it for me less than 10-15 mins but willing to let me just walk. I’m sure this ain’t gonna go anywhere. So advice to corp or owner of this store. Coach them out and find better reliable people bc this crew just ain’t it.

They gave my food to someone else. I ordered online and came to pick it up. They had no idea where it was. They do not ask for a receipt when picking up. They asked for mine after they had given my food away. I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes or I could’ve gotten a refund that would’ve taken 3 business days. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The cashier had to go back and forth between me and their manager. The manager did not even had the courtesy to talk to me about the error.

Wanted to give NEGATIVE stars! Not sure what’s going on with Wingstop in Royse City but they have become horrible! Wingstop has always been are most favorite wing place. The last few times we have ordered, the wings seem under cooked. It’s been awhile since I ordered from here but thought I would give them another try tonight. I ordered a family meal 30 piece classic bone in and I made sure to select extra well done! When I went to pick up my order, I heard the employee saying to other customers that they were out of bone-in and only had boneless available. I told the employee that I had orders bone in and he assured me that my order was correct and that they ran out of bone in but it did not effect my order. I got my food and came home only to find ...not only was my wings not cooked well done, part of them were boneless! I will not return to this establishment! I feel sick after trying to eat what little I did eat. What’s happening with this Wingstop????

I ordered my food for delivery and was given a delivery time of 7:14pm. Not only did my driver get changed at the last minute and when I contacted the new driver she told me that Wingstop told her my order was already gone with the wrong driver. Do you not confirm the driver and all of the necessary details on was assigned to the order? She said they were making my order again while she waited for it. I finally received my order after almost two hours without my sweet tea that I purchased.

Order was completed wrong! Ordered bone-in and gave us half bone-in and half boneless. Also the flavor was not what I ordered. Disappointed. Too salty and couldn't eat them. Didn't really want to have to drive back to the restaurant because i had to wait a while just to get the order. Will not be back to this location!

To make things worse, today I discovered they disputed a charge with my bank for an order that they canceled. Now I have to contact them and fight for a refund, which is a headache I shouldn’t have to deal with. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with their poor customer service. On a previous occasion, the manager called me, promised me a free meal to make up for an issue, and when I went in a week later, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about—until I reminded him of his personal cell number from when he called me! Now, they’ve taken money out of my account for an order I never even received. It’s the last straw. Wingstop has lost my trust and my business. I’ll never go to this location—or any Wingstop—again.
