I mean it's taco bueno... But, we haven't visited any in years place because disappointed the last couple times. But we moved so this is a new location for us. Was perfect for a quick bite & the price was right. Appeared clean & our order was correct which right from the start an improvement from our old neighborhood location. Tbh hubs and I both agreed the food was better than we remembered and what a bargin!! Our new Taco Bueno location has redeemed itself and will now be added back into our rotation. Thank you!!

Royse City location is clean and friendly, always happy with their service and quality of food. It's sad taco bueno cut back on portion sizes across the board with every location but still enjoy stopping by every now and then, gotta have my fix of refried beans 🤤

27 minutes in the drive thru for 2 party burritos and a taco salad. This is an absolutely insane amount of time for such a small order. Management REALLY needs to rethink staffing during peak hours.

I want to compliment the lady at the front end. She is a workhorse. She was the only one working the front and the drive-thru. She was running all over back and forth. Great job. (She's the lady in the picture filling the ice bucket. ) There were 3 ladies in the back, 2 were working, one the whole time, and one was on her phone most of the time (as seen in the pic). The man spent the first half of my visit standing in the back talking to the 3 ladies while they worked, then was on his phone the rest of the time, with gloves that he later used to serve food. He stepped up front to help one customer, then disappeared leaving the 2nd customer in line waiting. The front-end lady promptly took care of the customer(in between the busy drive-thru) when she realized he had left. Someone needs to recognize the front-end lady!!! She was walking with a limp and had a wrist brace on, but was killing it in the Customer service department!! As for the others.... :(

Hallelujah. I was the only one in line in the drive-thru. It didn’t appear there were any patrons inside the business, so I know the employee wasn’t busy. As I pulled up to the window, the employee had to confirm my order (which would usually be absolutely great)… except she told me she had to make sure of what I actually ordered because she was trying to make my order as I was ordering it. So instead of just paying attention and inputting my order in the computer, then making it, she tried to “save time” by doing it as I was ordering. Then got the entire order COMPLETELY WRONG. Y’all, please stop being lazy and taking short cuts. My goodness.

A new location but always has issues. Soft Drink machine out last two trips I have been there. Out of CO2. ( Call Nuco2 they can fix this issue) They're supposed to have a chime that rings when you come inside. It's been broke. My last 3 trips. Staff is used to having this people need service bell. Since it is not working you can stand there for four or five minutes or yell to get attention. To management give the staff the tools they need to do there job. This is not rocket science.

This is crazy you pay extra for the cheese and chill. I spent 34$ on this meal for me and my kids is like theft. Don't go here they can't get your order correct and the food was cold cheese isn't even melted in the burrito and the manager has an awful attitude.

This is crazy you pay extra for the cheese and chill. I spent 34$ on this meal for me and my kids is like theft. My husband ordered the “big freaking quesadilla” and pictured below is what he got. Seriously barely any chicken and so thin. All of our tacos also were only half filled. The cashier also looked miserable and acted like we were annoying her by being there. Will not be back to this location ever again. Now I know why it was empty.

Employee at the drive through window did not seem happy to be working. And food was hard and not edible, almost old.

I have been to this location 2 times in the last week. Both times one car has been in front of me in the drive through, and when I get up to order it’s silent I say hello, can you hear me? And nothing. The first time I waited 5 minutes and the car in front of me got their food and left. I again said hello and nothing. I left. Went there again today same thing happened. This time I only waited 3 minutes. The car behind me even left. What a joke of an establishment. It’s sad because I really enjoy bueno, but I will never try this one again.
