Used these folks after another fireplace retailer/servicer never responded to my multiple inquiries for sevice. SB Fireplace and Woodstove Specialties scheduled my gas fireplace service right away, and the service tech arrived on time and had my fireplace working fine in an hour (replaced bad control module). The fee was in line with what I was expecting. I am totally satisfied with my experience with SB Fireplace and Woodstove Specialties. Use them; you'll be glad you did (and warmer).

Don't go anywhere else! I went here to get a gas log burning set for my fireplace yesterday. They have a nice showroom and are soo helpful. Jon Hartman walked me through different vented gas fire logs sets and even saved me $$$ by showing I can install it myself. I went to some crappy fireplace store in Hemet last year **don't go there they are rude and mean**and left and went without a fireplace for a whole year and finally got mine up and running today!! Soo Happy it's going to be a great winter now that I went to San Bernardino Fireplace!!! Talk to Jon Hartman he is wonderful! Thank you!

Can’t really say much about this business, they haven’t responded to the message I that left them, concerning a pellet grill. I wanted information regarding the availability and price of a certain grill, so that I could possibly buy local small business. All that said,in my opinion, either business is really good or they just don’t care!

If I could give a negative star I would. NEVER do business with these people. They have horrible customer service and really DO NOT care what- so-ever about their poor service. They do not follow up on projects and do not communicate to the customer. I had (what I thought) put an order in for fireplace doors. When they came out, I specifically told them I wanted to order them. Four weeks later I called to find out the status of the order only to find out they were never ordered. If they needed information from me to proceed with the order, why was there no communication about that??? They are only good at sales prevention. Go to the Fireplace Door Guy instead. Google it. He is awesome. I should have stuck with him in the first place. Was trying to give the new young guy they hired a sale in hopes they would get their act together because of him. So sad that the only local brick and mortar business like this is so inconsiderate to their customers. Makes you realized why they are all closing down.

They found out I was from out of there range of bisiness scope and just dropped me like a ice cold rock I spent about 300 dollars there the man helped 2 other customers that came in after me and then I asked you have this in a box or is this your last one, he went in the back got me one in the box and I bought it this store seems like it only wants locals for bisiness and don't bother stopping if your not they don't want your money they will tell you where to go so they don't have to sale you anything. Hey by the way the 2 locals that came in spent nothing I guess there money pays bills overhead and cash flow. But not as good as mine.
