Every time I have eaten here the food and customer service has been great.

Cuca’s in Highland is so awesome! Tracy and Jose provide amazing service, and the food is fresh, hot, and delicious! I highly recommend this spot.

This has gotta be the best presentation of food I’ve ever seen and the food tastes just as amazing as it looks didn’t feel heavy after eating it it felt like I was eating at home definitely coming back and if your reading this please go get some good food from here

Burritos are what we order and they are delicious…. And HUGE! Tortillas seem like they are freshly made… try the ranchero breakfast burrito with potatoes …. Carne asada combo with rice, beans, pico and comes with cabbage …. so Good. Tracy is awesome and greets with a smile!!!

Great food! My husband and I always went to the Cucas in Redlands and their food is AMAZING. We were a bit hesitant to try a different one, being nervous the food wouldn't be as good, but since this Cucas is closer to our house we decided to just try. And boy, we are happy that we did! We ordered the same thing that we always order.. My order...Chicken Taquito combo plate. My husband's order...Chili Verde Nachos and a Chili Verde burrito . We were definitely not disappointed! Now we have a Cucas close to home, so now we can go more often 😁

Not busy, had large group of 9 or 10, accommodated us and allowed for separate checks. Not rushed. Nice selection of food options and lunch specials. Good parking on premises.

This is the old Kay’s Cafe location. We are so thankful that Cuca’s is back in Highland! Same great food as other locations (I think there are six!). The decor is completely different and tastefully decorated. We like the plants! Staff is very attentive. I would definitely recommend!

Our server Robin was amazing! She was so sweet and helpful. The food was great and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Good music and great atmosphere. We’ll be back!

The menudo and Pozole is on point! Flavorful and they are generously on the meats! Must try at the Cucas in highland off the 210 freeway!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would - and then I’d try to find a way to give it 7. The food? Incredible. Fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made with love. Every bite felt like a little celebration. I‘d go as far as calling it Mexican heaven :) BUT HOLD UP. Let me tell you about Natalie. She was so sweet, attentive, and honestly just on it. At one point my fiance was about to ask for a Pepsi refill, and before he could say a word - boom, she appeared with one. Psychic? Maybe. Amazing? Definitely. It’s rare to feel this well taken care of at a restaurant (especially if you‘re from Austria and you’re used to the „hospitality“ there :D) So to anyone reading this: GO. NOW. Cancel your plans, grab your taste buds, and run - not walk - to this gem of a restaurant. You’ll eat like royalty and be treated like family. Gracias, Natalie (and team!!!). You’ve raised the bar for hospitality and made Pepsi refills feel like magic tricks.

We’ve been curious to try this Cuca’s location since they opened a few months back. I’ve only tried the food from the Little Cuca’s stand down in Redlands, so this dine-in restaurant was definitely a nice treat! The entire restaurant looked really clean, modern, and provided a comfortable dining experience. I like how the background music was at a perfect volume, where it’s not blasting so loud that you can’t hear your conversations during a meal. Shoutout to our server, Jose, who was super attentive and thoughtful during our dining experience. He was very helpful in recommending dishes to try, refilled our salsa and chips while waiting for our order to come out, and even gave us a little more horchata to top off our drink when we asked for a to-go cup at the end of our visit. I appreciate him and how he made us feel welcomed and cared for as customers. The chips and salsa were definitely addicting!! The chips were warm and fresh and had the perfect crunch! The salsa had the perfect kick of spice. We were offered to try their green salsa for an extra kick of spice. They were all so flavorful! I tried their fish burrito before, so I opted for the fish taco plate and it did not disappoint!! The fish was delicious & their special sauce paired excellently and tied the whole dish together! It was certainly quite filling. My husband tried their steak and chicken fajita plate. He loved it! The serving size was huge, so had about half leftover and packed to enjoy for another day. We will definitely be back with family and friends! I highly recommend this Mexican restaurant! 👌🏽

Cucas left us for a brief time, but thank God they are back! At their previous location, they were minutes from my house and it was my go-to cheat day meal almost 100% of the time. Their Chile Verde pork nachos took up more of my cheat day calories than I'd like to admit. Wife and I finally got the chance to pop in and see if anything changed and it has for the better. New location is clean, neat and welcoming. The staff is great and very welcoming just like before. The menu seems to be similar, if not maybe a little smaller, but the staples are there. I tried the combo burrito, wet or course, and my wife was finally able to get her taquito burrito fix again. Both tasted even better than before and more importantly, tasted the SAME as before. I had a friend of mine try the Chile Verde pork nachos at the new location, but said they didn't serve it with the nacho cheese like they used to although pork was still BOMB. I'm pumped Cuca's is back and you should definitely go check out the new location. Hopefully they can get a happy hour set up soon, so we can put those beautiful outdoor tables to good use! ❤️

The decor is simple but modern. Upon being seated, they give you a small platter of chips and a cup of salsa. The chips are the same as the other cucas locations , which we are fans of. They went fast between the 4 of us. Salsa is the same as well. 👌🏽 I ordered my old favorite from the Highland Ave Cucas- a bean and cheese burrito wet with chile verde sauce. It was still a 10/10 for me but I was a little bummed that the burrito was much smaller than I remember them being. However, I know they’re still finding their footing so I’m hoping they go back to the old size lol. Also, at $8-something, I don’t feel like I’m getting cheated. If it was a pricier burrito I would say no. I also ordered a cup of vegetable soup, which I always liked ordering at the Mentone location. With the smallish burrito and cup of soup, I was full. Service was decent and prices are overall about average I would say. I took pics of the menu for y’all. 😊I love that they have actual kids menus and there’s some stuff to keep them entertained on it. It’s nice to have our Cuca’s back! We will be going back soon.

I had the carnitina plate. I planned to take pictures but I was so hungry and it was so good, I forgot. I has carnitina. Enough for rhat meal, and Enough to share with my husband on the next day. And the chips, in the air fryer the next day, were as good as the first day. "I'll de back"

Had lunch today at Cuca's. Customer service was top-notch, good food. Next time you're in Highland, stop by. You won't be disappointed.

Great breakfast @ Cuca's. The Jalisco omelet with avocado is outstanding! Great Hervevos Rancheros and hashbrowns also. The hash browns are lightly crispy 😋. Newly renovated and brighter inside. Definitely recommend and will return.

Food is good. Salsa has good flavor but is spicy. Carne asada is ground fine instead of chunks. Service is fantastic! People are nice and food was made quick.

Prices way too high

Food was good, but... This is the second time we got food there and they forgot forks both of the times. I asked for my guac and sour cream on the side on my deluxe fries and they put it on it. And besides that it's just too expensive for what it is. If the price was lower I'd eat there more. As it stands it's just a rare occasion and so far both times they have found ways to disappoint me.

Food is good but you really shouldn't post that your open till 8pm if your going to lock the doors and start cleaning up at 7:30pm. Very annoyed...

Walked in this evening at 7:15. Not a single person there eating. Stood there at the front for several minutes. Four workers visible, but no greeting, no acknowledgement. Finally, left and went to Taco Joes.

Jenny's diner is around the corner.Go there and you'll have more success with a better tasting breakfast. I can't believe I spent almost thirty dollars on a french toast breakfast for it to be this quality. The server was nice and polite.

Over-priced, I can list so many good decently priced restaurants with the same exact menu. Got chicken tortilla soup to-go from here.. 13 bucks for water and huge chunks of squash with 1 chunk of chicken, I needed a fork and knife for the soup(water basically with huge chunks of soggy squash and carrots). 16 bucks for a side of rice. Only ever got To-Go here, but I can tell you it isn't good enough to make me want to try to dine in. Friendly staff.

I recently visited Cuca's Mexican Restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. I arrived around 12 PM and waited until 12:30 PM, but no one took my order so me and my family left. There were two ladies working there who were taking everyone else's order, even though we arrived before any of those people. It felt like we were being completely ignored. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won't be coming back. I hope they improve their customer service.
