Found Starbucks with great wifi just no outlet available because all used at time that I arrived. Was able to complete school assignment. Nice staff. Thank you very much. Also, great view of San Bernardino mountains.

Edit: The electric outlets are back and although the interior is small they have managed to add another table. I have to commend the employees. This location can get very very busy yet all employees here are courteous and very personable. This location was recently remodeled and they did away with ALL outlets to plug in a computer or mobile phone for charging. Additionally, good luck finding a table or chair, they took those away too. Consider this a drive through or use the app and order for pick up. I'll still have Starbucks - elsewhere

Takes a lot to be 5 stars, so a 4 stars is a my version of “5 star” rating. Coffee drink is nice! I always get the White Mocha L Iced and water (Ethos water) to rinse my mouth after drinking the coffee that may contain sugar acids. Food is great too! I like the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap! Employees are a mixed opinion tho’ their job is to make orders. I don’t expect a lot from them. The 3rd place is smaller than before but i don’t really care about it, TBH. Bathroom is nice too. Outside is nice too and it haves shelter. No charging outlets. WiFi yes, but speeds may vary. Brand merchandise (clothing, cups, & etc) yes they do sale.

The customer service is excellent. My favorite drink is chia mixed with matcha green tea with soy milk, whipped into a delicious frappuccino.

Long drive-thru wait and they were out of the Medicine Ball tea. I wasn’t offered an alternative, so I had to leave without ordering. Hoping inventory and communication improve.

Do not order a matcha here. They are very lazy with mixing them. I always get bitter chunks of matcha.

Stopped in to get a drink and use the restroom. The dining room was empty. I asked for the code to use the restroom. I was ignored by three people. After asking three times, I was acknowledged, and the batista said I need to purchase something. I told her I had planned to, and I needed to use the restroom first. When I returned I asked to speak to the manager. She said it's their policy to only let paying customers use the restroom. I picked up the managers business cards. What happened to greeting your guests and offering service. I did not tip by the way.

I came in to Starbucks on 27615 Baseline Rd in Highland,Ca and I had the worse experience here Wow!!! Didn’t get a welcome when coming in, I had to ask if someone was going to help me after just standing there for over 10 minutes and no one letting me know if they were going they we were going to take my order. I order a pour over and I was giving something else, I was giving my food items very rudely and one of the managers Yésica ask if there was a problem and aside of being unapologetic she rolled her eyes and proceeded to say if you want to complain you can call the 800 # and complain there. I had a issue here years ago and honestly now I remembered why I stopped coming to this location. Very uncomfortable situation. On a different note the store was very very dirty, trash was up to the top, counters and tables were sticky and disgusting. I had to ask to have my table cleaned and also I was handed the wet towel to do it myself. (See Pictures for verification of what was stated above)
