Food was amazing, highly recommended.

This place is awesome! They have good quality food and the portions are sizable. I tried the shrimp and it was some.of the best restaurant shrimp I've had. Fresh, fast, and they are friendly. I don't generally eat rice or mac salad so I cant comment on flavor. I took one bite of each and it seemed fresh! I have never been a huge Hawaiian BBQ fan, but I will definitely frequent this place.

Mini meal with Island Fire Chicken was a great choice! Good amount of food and a decent price! I like that they included the steamed veggies with it, so you get some more nutrients. Place was very clean, even the bathrooms. Staff was quick to take my order and it was quick to be served. I would visit again!

I have eaten at a lot of places but this one is one of the best. They need to put one of these in my town. Thank you for an awesome meal!!!!

We selected Ono to cater my sons 2nd birthday party. The food was prepared on-time, they had an employee help load the order in my car and the food was delicious. They did an amazing job. Thank you so much!

Greeted as soon as I walked in. Team member was super nice and responsive. Ordered #44 with a small fountain drink. Everything was delicious. Love that they have Katsu and Teriyaki Sauce readily available for you to pump out!

The experience was nothing short of amazing! The service was fast, friendly, and made us feel like family. I recommend the grilled tuna – it was perfectly cooked. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and Hawaiian-themed decor that made it feel like you were on vacation. A great spot for a fun and delicious night out.

OMG, so, I tried the salad for the first time and MY OH MY was I surprised!!! First of all the portion size of protein, (mine was chicken breast) was so amazing atop a beautiful bed of salad, cabbage mix, carrots with edamame,l and toasted sesame seeds with their own dressing... I honestly wasn't sure at first about the dressing until I mixed it with the salad. I started out saying that I wasn't going to be able to finish it all, but it was so good I couldn't stop eating it. 😋 Because it was my first time ordering the salad, I wasn't sure about the protein size so I ordered a side of teriyaki chicken and it came on a bed if delicious cabbage, the chicken was SO GOOD!! 😋 Lastly we ordered a catsu mini and it was DELICIOUS as usual! 😋

The food was good, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. I tried the katsu and teriyaki sauce, both get a thumbs up from me. The only thing we weren't fans of was the mixed salad, but then again I'm not big on salads. I'm glad they are in the area and we will be back!

Just visiting here while driving through Sacramento. No frills locale with tasty spicy chicken! Reminded me of a little hole in the wall place on Oahu I ate at years back in 2019.

I've been here several times since they opened up shop in this location, and each time I ordered either one of two dishes...both were great each time, but no idea if anything else is good. I don't think I'll share which two but wow. Dee licious! Lines can be a bit of a wait so careful going during congested hours, or bring a book.

Ordered combo's and chicken with Korean bbq that is supposed to include steamed broccoli and did not come with it. They only included the cabbage. Make sure you check before you leave your "to go" order. Calling them never helps they don't answer there phones.

The food was too salty!! I like the flavor Kalua pork ( but salty now). Do get Lots of meat and reasonable price. If can have less salt/ marinade sauce, I would go back.

Very plain. Pricey for how plain the food is. You get your food pretty fast. All food is prepared to go even you dine in.

$13 dollars for a small plate of mostly rice and cabbage. Image doesn't do justice for the small portion. This place is going downhill. I put the mask in for proportions.

Updated 10/18/24; their portions are terrible especially how much they charge! Tried the Aloha plate island white fish plate. It was pretty decent and portion size was a tad on the small side. It came with 3 scoops of rice and their salad. Service was good with seeing only one person handling the cashier.

The one off of Del Paso used to be good. Now they fill the bottom with extra cabbage with less meat. The portion size has definitely gotten smaller. I got the chicken combo. The chicken Katsu was dehydrated with little meat in the middle. Disappointed with the quality of food.

Usually order here, but I came and waited for my online order. No pressure, she told me it would be ready soon. I waited until she notified me because on the app it said it was ready. I had to ask her again. (It wasn’t busy). I understand how it’s like to work in fast-food, she could’ve called my order, it just sucks having no acknowledgment. My order was supposed to be “ready” at 2:32. Waited 20 minutes.

3 pieces of chicken katsu really? This is ridiculous. For $11 bucks I rather go to fake Chinese food panda express.

They was out of these item's on this list. Try to tell me what I have to get when I ask can they take off the price of the item. "The manager told we can not do its too expensive". Got the bbq it was done before I could turn around. I knew something was wrong. Cold and burnt see the picture.

Oh boy. I wish I could rate this place based on the food, but Ono wouldn't let me get that far. I submitted an order for pick-up around 8:25 PM on a Sunday using Ono's online order service. I submitted the order as a guest, received my email receipt and waited. Around 5 minutes later, I received a call from the restaurant. I was informed that they were out of "pretty much everything", there was an incoming shipment coming the next day, and that they were "technically closed". All right, no worries, I thought I'd just get a refund. I was told they could not process the refund on their end, but that I could do so through the website, and the call ended. When searching the website, however, there was no discernable way to obtain a refund. No option to cancel the order through the email receipt, no way to track my order, no way to contact the corporate office... Nothing. The next morning, we called the restaurant again to resolve the issue. We were again told they could not process the refund in house. So we devised a solution where we could pick up the order later that evening. We were told that it would be fine and that everyone would be informed. When it came time to cash in on our meal, however, we were informed that it would not be honored. Again, we were told we'd have to get a refund but they couldn't do it there "without a receipt". So, I presented the receipt on my phone which they would not accept--for a reason that I still don't understand. You see, the two workers there were very nice and patient about the situation, but it was their manager/owner who was not. They kept attempting to explain the situation to him, but he refused to honor our order without a physical receipt. He then came to speak to us directly and told us to call the corporate offices or email them, but did not provide us the contact details to do so, despite not being available online. Between berating two of his rather nervous looking staff members and angrily shaking his head, he yelped, "I will lose money!" He then stormed back to the kitchen, leaving his worker to handle the rest, which she did so politely and provided us with an email that could potentially lead us to resolution. She then informed us she didn't know who he was and assumed he was a manager. What a weird situation. Penny pinching so hard you steal $50 from your customers due to a supply chain issue, and no discernible way to manage online orders? Guess we'll do a charge back...

Sad day today i just found out the always smiling cashier no longer works there I usually would come in to get my Kalbi Short ribs and ice tea everyday around noon it would brighten up my day and I would see the friendly cashier with the flower on her head. The food here is lousy but I would just go there to see that friendly smile and good customer service, I guess the guy there said her name was Jessica. And they said she’s no longer working there anymore, too bad 🥲The place won’t be the same without her.

The macaroni salad tasted like noodles and mayo really... not even my 3yr old who loves any type of pasta would touch it. The only thing this place has going for it is maybe the Teryaki sauce.

We won’t be returning to this location, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid it.
