Best Beach Hut ever! I ordered on DoorDash and put in the notes to please not forget the Avocados, because last time they forget them and the nachos were sad. I also asked them to put as much nacho cheese and cream cheese on the nachos as much as legally possible. They wrote me a note since it’s 4th of July weekend they didn’t want to go over the legal limit, and they’re glad their avocados found a home! I was laughing so hard! It’s hard to find a place with awesome customer service and a good sense of humor! The nachos were delicious! Thanks Beach Hut!!!

Walked in with the curiosity of an old sandwich that had been discontinued... I asked Jenny about the sandwich and she recited the recipe from memory! Not only did she make it but made it so much better!! Hands down, im coming back here just because of her attentiveness and friendliness!!! In summary, my expectations were met and surpassed!!!

Had a turkey bird and my son had a California. These were gorgeous! Overflowing with all the ingredients as mine was LOADED. Had a wizard boots pale ale, icy cold, so good. Val let me taste several prior to offering. Val and Morgan are pretty fun, I enjoyed being there actually meeting other customers and sharing a laugh. Great job!

Beach Hut Deli never disappoints! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. It really feels like a local spot where everyone knows you. Val seems to always be there making sure everything runs smoothly. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a bite!

This little place is great. Friendly staff and great sandwiches. If I could improve on just one thing, it would be to have fresh brewed tea instead of the soda fountain kind. And since that's not a deal breaker of any kind, I'll always be back.

I grab lunch at this location almost weekly and every sandwich hits the spot! I don't have a specific favorite and it's really nice to be able to order a different sandwich depending on how I feel, with the end results always being quality. The sandwiches are put together thoughtfully and the rolls are always extra soft and fresh. Friendly smiles every time I come in as well!

This place should be called “Beach Hug” because that’s what it feels like from the moment I walk in to well after I leave. As a franchise this place is already top notch for a quick and tasty lunch or dinner. Individually, each store carries its charms and the location here on J and 25th is chock-a-block full of charmers.

Love their sandwiches and salads. Huge. They do not Skimp on the avocado on the sandwiches. I swear they probably use close to a whole avocado on a sandwich. Ingredients are super fresh and good quality. Fast service and good selection for vegetarians as well as meat lovers. Patio is nice and parking lot right next door as well as street parking.

Bomb sandwitch!! A bit sloppy but hit the spot in the gut. Asked them for a beer and something with bacon and meat in it. $16 total for the sandwitch, chips, 24oz PBR and 2 buck tip.

Got 2 large sandwiches and tipped and it came out to a little iver $50. 3 girls working there, no other orders or customers infront of me and it took almost 20 minutes to have the 2 sandwiches ready. All 3 talked for 5 minutes before only one made both sandwiches. If I was the owner id only have one employee working there because the other 2 are clearly there for socializing. Sandwiches were good but damn, 20 minutes? When I was 16 working at subway oli could bust out 5 sandwiches at the same time in under 10 minutes. Get it together

Got 2 large sandwiches and tipped and it came out to a little iver $50. 3 girls working there, no other orders or customers infront of me and it took almost 20 minutes to have the 2 sandwiches ready. All 3 talked for 5 minutes before only one made both sandwiches. If I was the owner id only have one employee working there because the other 2 are clearly there for socializing. Sandwiches were good but damn, 20 minutes? When I was 16 working at subway oli could bust out 5 sandwiches at the same time in under 10 minutes. Get it together

TL;DR: go to corti bros for a larger, better sandwhich, for a LOT cheaper. Pros: staff working there are aggressively kind. Cons: $20 for a 9” classic Sandwhich is insane. The 15-20 min wait when no one was waiting for food was slow. Manager was rude to an employee and a vendor which was distasteful.

I asked for egg and pastrami and my sandwich had the smallest egg I’ve ever seen I thought maybe the egg fell out the sandwich but no both sandwhiches were the same you’d think they would be more generous with the ingredients considering two 8 inch subs costed damn near 50 bucks with a drink. Never again better off eating a premade sub at Safeway both equally gross and deserve to be the same price

For being a place that makes sandwiches. There are plenty of better options for a better price as well. I wish it was one thing that made it not good but unfortunately it is the entire sandwich itself. Ingredients were just good and little to no flavor. Good luck to you all.
