Went to Tea Bar to try their selections of tea, and wow, they know what they are doing. The food is amazing. The best part of the visit was the service! Hailey is an exceptional employee. She took our order and made sure we had everything we needed when she brought our food out as well.

We have frequented T-Bar many times and it is always amazing! However today was especially wonderful Alessandro, a member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive despite the busy despite the rush!

The staff has always been really great with answering questions and offering modifications. Their food is excellent, tasty and nutritious! Tofu Fusion Bowl is delicious, mango tea also good. :)

Ordered their chocolate chai frozen drink and a mango dirnk and the drinks are super affordable and delicious. The staff were extremely friendly. Loved the place and the atmosphere, especially because the staff were very polite and considerate. All the instructions were followed with the drinks I ordered. Delightful experiecne, will come again!

Very nice staff. I was welcomed with a smile right when I walked in the door. All the employees were working their tails off helping a busy crowd. I noticed one customer had an issue with her order but when she brought it to the (I assume she was a shift lead) employees attention and she immediately apologized for the mistake and got to work remaking her order. The employee even offered a complimentary item because the customer had to wait in line to let them know about the issue. I have so much respect for businesses who really care about their customers, want them to feel welcome and that their business is appreciated. I will definitely be back.

Awesome drinks, service, and food! Strawberry ginger ale was super refreshing. All staff was accommodating and welcoming. Food came out quick. Wasabi ginger sauce on my bowl was fire!! I’ll be back for sure. 👌💕

What a gem in downtown Sacramento. Amazing staff and delicious food. Their Teas on tap were absolutely refreshing and the menu has a nice variety even for the pickiest of eaters. Highly recommend

Restaurant was a very clean and enjoyable experience! Service was quick and friendly. I bought a BBQ Salmon bowl, it tasted amazing! Like sushi in a bowl. If you are a tea lover, they have many tea selections. Would recommend for a healthy and delicious meal. Would come again. 10/10

FOOD & DRINK the food and drinks are truly the stars of the show. i’ve never had anything bad from tea bar. it’s always a knockout. some of my absolute favorites drinks are the strawberry lime, oolong and caramel cream with tapioca pearls *duh*, and the strawberry almond frost. for food, the salmon wrapper (with the garlic herb wrapper YUM) and the salmon fusion bowl are my go-to orders. but the sweet chili chicken is an immediate second. it wasn’t until their sac location opened that i tried their yummus hummus with their pillowy soft naan and the crunchiest of cucumbers (the sweet chili & ginger option will send your tastebuds into ORBIT). their produce is always fresh, and their dressings are loaded with flavor #teamcreamyteriyaki4L SERVICE always outstanding service at the sac location. is it a requirement to be a dope and kind person to work here? because everyone is truly so kind! PARKING limited street parking but easily within walking distance to the cafe. SEATING plenty of indoor and outside seating! sat outside and worked today, and it was glorious! ATMOSPHERE always good vibes, cutesy decor, a great place to be. always looking forward to my next visit! 10/10 all around!

I liked the option to switch my bowl to baby greens or romaine, but wanted rice (I added rice/quinoa blend for my 2nd trip.) So far the Pomegranate Lemonade & Acai Sunrise have been great. I've returned within 3 days for my 2nd visit.

Such a great spot! My friend and I got the steak fusion bowl and wrap, the tangerine ginger and mystic mandarin teas - everything came out quick and tasty.

Their menu is nice and has great options for anyone who wants meat or is vegetarian. I like getting a bowl with salad and couscous and it is delicious really with any meat and sauce option. Their drinks are also super tasty too, they have iced and blended drinks. Refreshing and fruity options! The restaurant is clean and bright on the inside and there is seating on the outside. The staff are really nice and you get your order quick. I’d definitely recommend for lunch or dinner especially on a warmer day out maybe after the farmers market!

The stuff was nice, kind and helpful so thank you for the good service. The food was yummy, got a loaded avo toast, it came on a tortilla. They had two options, tomato base or mediterranean we chose the second option. Had a good amount of flavor. The drinks are unique and done well, wasn’t a huge fan of the honey tea latte, didn’t taste much of tea felt like drinking a warm flavored honey milk, similar to London fog. I wouldn’t order that again. I love tea and it’s flavor. The frozen drinks were delicious we tried the peach and strawberry mojito. Drink fast or they separate and get a watery. In overall good experience and we will return and probably enjoy the patio next time.

The manager was training a new worker at the register and was happy to take the time to explain the menu. This was very comforting as we were from out of town, and it seemed a bit overwhelming. She was very patient and told us their best sellers so we could have safe options. The drinks came out in less than 5 minutes, and they were really good! I got the strawberry lime, and my partner got the Honeydew Chill. I'm not a fan of Boba, but the drinks were still amazing. On our way out, we gave our compliments and thoughts on the drinks to the manager and explained that we wanted to take a few more drinks for the road back. She was happy to hear the feedback and even gave our drinks to us on the house! We chose the Strawberry Mojito freeze and the Pomegranate Lemonade. The mojito is definitely my favorite. It was a lovely experience, and the drinks are definitely something you have to try. Im certain the staff will be more than happy to see you!

Got the hoisin bbq salmon with creamy teriyaki bowl with the seasoned white rice. Nitro matcha magic to drink. It’s all delicious ... my only complaint is you pay a dollar more for the bowl vs the wrap and I’ve gotten more salmon in the wrap then I have in the bowl. And if they’re going to upcharge for salmon in both you’d think you’d get a little more salmon in the one that’s more expensive. But the food quality is good, healthy, and they’re relatively fast for To go orders

The Mediterranean option for the avocado toast needs actual Mediterranean ingredients like kalamata olives. It was also slightly crunchier from being unevenly and slightly over toasted. The palmer tea was authentic with a slice of peach and limons in it and the wrap with mango seared pork was amazing. The almond strawberry freeze was delish with what we were informed was lactose free milk to make it!

If you're looking for Delicious and healthy food this is the spot. Kinda expensive but good quality is great. Sauces great taste. Highly recommended

Nice place for drinks and snacks. did not try the food but it looked good. Chai was tasty but a bit pricey. It is a quality drink but on the pricier side (6$ after tax). Layout is nice there is outside seating during covid. To go orders seamed to be going smoothly. Friendly staff.

This was my first time trying the chocolate chai frosting with pearls and I had no idea I was missing out. If you like creamy and rich treats I’d recommend ordering one with your bowl.

The tea is amazing. The wraps are great. There's a lot of options to choose from I've never had fusion food before but it was really good, would recommend if your looking to try something new.

Lots of options and can be a little intimidating. Service was not good; I felt pressured to hurry and order. Tea was really good though. Recommend the matcha magic when they start making it again, and also the sparkles are good. Edit: came back again, and there’s a little less attitude. Now using cups without straws, so that’s cool.

Restaurant was clean and inviting but food fell flat. Not much flavor a menu was a little overwhelming and no pictures to see what you are actually offering.

very pricy for rice and romaine, it’s good but the price is steep for what you get. sauces are small and they charge for an extra sauce now.

Pretty disappointed. I’ve been going to tea bar for years, but my most recent visit was not good. I got salmon and my partner got chicken on our bowls and both were extremely undercooked and not good. We did not complain, but others around us were. Staff seemed frustrated and ignored my partner when he was just wanting a water glass. Additionally, the bowls are a lot smaller and the price has increased. It’s expensive for not that much food. Won’t be going again for a while.

The prices are very high for what is essentially a rice bowl, cafeteria style restaurant. On a scale of Chipotle to Jack’s Urban Eats it leans towards Chipotle. The staff always seems stressed and it shows in the quality of food and the long time it takes to come out. They’ve made me late for a show at the theater with how long it can take for food to come out (40 minutes+).

My husband actually went in to place an order while I was in the car with the kids. My son had to use the restroom so I headed inside to switch with my husband. To my surprise there were no customers inside. After using the restroom, I went up to ask the worker behind the bar if my order under my husband's name was ready. She handed me the drink order only. So I asked if the food order was also ready and she looked confused. She went to the kitchen staff and asked about it. She never came back to check in with me and avoided me. So I just stood there awkwardly with my son. 10 minutes later and she came out with my order. I checked the bag and there were no utensils so I went ahead and grabbed some from.the front. In total it took them 20 minutes to complete my order. A bit long for no customers. So as my husband drove off, I dug right in. As I opened, the meat was not seasoned in that ginger savory flavor. It was cut in thin slices. I've never seen it cut in this way. Usually thicker so it's not dry and the pieces i got were super dry. The photo says it all. The avocado that was given to me also had a lemon flavor to it. Imo they squeezed lemon juice on top to prevent browning? Usually it's freshly cut and into slices but I just got a mushed quarter scoop of avocado. I'm not saying to not go but my experience was so bad this time I probably will avoid this Tbar location.

Inflation has hit tea bar because what do you mean this is my bowl for $15?? There’s about half the rice and greens there usually is. This portion size reduction might lose you loyal customer
