Great service the moment we walked up to the counter we were welcomed and our order was taken. Great cheese steak sandwich and shoe string fries that were crispy. Good portions of meat and cheese on both sandwiches and the lemon drink was excellent! Also a really nice environment with an old-school drive in style building looks like a previous repair shop or gas station. Easy to park and clean inside.

Just a good solid burger. They also have a few beers on tap. If you're a burger fan, this place will satisfy.

My favorite place for an impossible burger , love the pickle fries with a good cold tap beer . Service is impecable with a retro ambiance of a good old dinner.

Got Suzie Burger for the first time! I ordered: -2 double deluxe with grilled mushrooms, raw onions -1 regular fries Quite a bit of food for just me haha. I would have preferred more raw onions. They have lots of seating inside. If they had bigger TVs and played big sports games, it would definitely be a fun environment to be a part of. There is some seating outside too. Not the best area. Relatively easy parking. The burgers were a bit on the pricier side. Still would prefer In N Out for value.

I ate here while visiting from out of town. The food was pretty good and I always like free soda refills. The bathroom needs some work. It was very dirty, smelled terrible, and didn't have any soap. They also keep the bathroom locked and you have to request a key. Why keep it locked up when you let it sit in that state of disrepair? Might as well let everyone in and let them do what they want in there - can't get any worse!

The location, I've bumped into it from time to time but I really wanted to come and visit. First thing I noticed is that it's very retro style in its design which I'm a big sucker for. I also like that there's seating inside and out. The service was friendly and when I wanted an item removed they took it off with no problems. I waited a good 5-7 minutes and ordered the Deluxe Double Burger Combo with a side of the Chicken Tenders. First thing I noticed was that it seemed a little smaller than I imagined for the price. Flavor wise with the tenders were decent, but I prefer a little crunch with them. The Jalapeno Ranch was a nice touch with them. The burger, I tasted all that was with it, but no flavor on the burgers themselves. The fries were crispy and seasoned, personally not a fan of the types of fries but not the point. Soda fountain tasted more syrupy than soda, I'm not sure if their carbon was low. The service was phenomenal and the employees are great, the flavor however and possibly portion leaves a lot to be desired especially for the price. I don't know if there's anything else to add other than that, I just feel there was a lot to desire. Final Note: I LOVE that you have board games in the big room.

The place is decent, kind of feels like 1980’s burger joint or maybe older. It looks like an automotive shop which I believe it may have been at one point in time. Service was great, nice, and friendly welcoming servers. Their burgers are decent, a little small, but cooked nicely medium. The taste was fresh, from the meat to the lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. I kind of wish it had onions. I normally eat my burgers with some ketchup and mustard, but having to try the burger the way it is should be the first bite. You can always add the condiments afterwards. The pickled fries were crispy and fresh. Overall it was good.

Fresh tasty burger and fries. Not greasy at all! Easy access not far from the freeway. Friendly service and clean establishment. Bathrooms clean as well. Would go again!

Not the best food in the fast food world industry.. their jalapeno ranch is amazing.. I always order extra to take home Philly cheese steaks can be pretty salty sometimes definitely a delicious barbecue bacon burger.. easily customizable when ordering online. You can add cool things to your food when ordering online.. I put avocado and a fried egg on my chicken sandwich 👌 good milkeshakes too

1000x better than Five Guys. Great single cheeseburger w jalapeños for $5.95. I ordered the pickle fries too, which I loved, but I had a little sticker shock bc they cost more than my burger at $6.95. That's $1 more than they cost 6 months ago. They tried to upsell me with extra ranch dip, which would have been totally unnecessary, so watch out for that. That said, I'll definitely be back for another burger--and next time I'll get a beer too.

The cheese steak is good give u lots of meat. The cheeseburger is very thin looked like a piece fell off or someone was hungry. I like there fries but needs a seasoning of some kind price is ok might go back not sure the restaurant needs some good upgrades the floors and stools for sure.and a good coat of paint won't hurt.

Usually go to this place when I'm in mid town. The burger are always great. But this time burger was great. But the fries were horrible. They grease they used needed to be changed. Couldn't even eat them. They had a foul taste to them.

The staff weren't unfriendly, but also didn't seem like they wanted to be there. The fries were a little soggy despite ordering them extra crispy (they were at least hot). Maintenance of the facilities needs to be improved - soda fountain was out of order, 2 stools and one urinal had a garbage bag over them, and the booth by the door had a "no sitting" sign on it, presumably because it was also broken. Space was relatively clean, aside from the maintenance issues. Ambience was non-existent with no music, just a low noise of other customers chatting. Felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. Pretty solidly stuck at 3 stars here.

I had been going there for years now. I hadn’t been in months, so I was very shocked to order a burger and see it is TINY now. It was already not very big to begin with. Look how tiny it is in my hand. It is so so small, but of course prices are a bit higher. It is OK to do ONE of those things and still have integrity. EITHER smaller portions OR higher prices. Doing both is bad business. I do not appreciate the mindset around shrinkflation, and so I won’t be returning. I never return to businesses that have adopted this practice. On the bright side, the burger tasted exactly the same, which is yummy!

Place was freezing inside. soda fountain was a bit nasty tasting, had that typical "cleanser taste" of a bad fountain. Oh and $4 for a soda? At a place like this? Please. Burger was way overcooke…

Update your website...offer curbside pickup online only to learn that's not a service option no longer...in addition to handling money and etc and packing to go food without washing hands or gloves

Food left much to be desired. There was barely any meat on my burger. It looked like they smashed a tinny round piece of ground meat to try to make it fit the bun. The fries were stringy but not delicious and tons of black stuff. I say keep your money and check something else out. Not worth the price.
