I've had breakfast in many IHOPs but this one stands out the pancakes were so fluffy and delicious, my eggs were made perfectly as I requested and the service was fast and friendly even though they were busy. I highly recommend this location!

I was hesitant to go go this IHOP at first considerating the location, however I was impressed with the inside and overall atmosphere. It was clean and cozy and well put together and decorated. And the server we had was super friendly and attentive.

Can you imagine getting a greeting so enthusiastic and organic that it breathes life into you and makes you feel like this person that you don’t know is happy to see you entering the establishment. Super vibrant greetings I just don’t feel like they happen that often anymore but the greeting I got from Mo Was just the best early morning start your day off greeting I’ve gotten in a very long time. I mean it was so good. It just made me be like I need to eat here. Absolute legend and very genuine. Thanks 😊

Food was good, waitress was quick and food came out hot and fast! Location is a bit sketchy but it’s right off of the highway so you can hop off eat and get right back on the road!

Visited around 1 AM on a weekend for a late night bite. There were a handful of guests, and we were seated right away. Security at the front door. Ordered chicken strips and fries, and French toast/eggs/sausage + side of pancakes. Felt it was slightly overpriced for the quality - assumed because of the area. Food arrived very quickly, and staff was friendly and cheerful. Would recommend for a quick, casual bite.

This was my second IHOP in the same day I had such a horrible service at the first one I had to come to another one which was so much delightful the waitress I think her name was Alexia she was a breath of fresh air she was like a angel Sent From Heaven all my food was made the right way and I didn't even have to ask for anything I just told her what I wanted I paid up front and took her up front I just wanted to get that out the way so I can I had to rush there first to get to happy hour absolutely recommend this one which is downtown and you know I stayed at the hotel that was by here and it wasn't that good of a shape hotel but they had good service and it was quiet so I liked it and so I came to this IHOP today and it's nice it's clean it's nice in here Airy the air conditioning is on at the perfect temperature they have an extra room you know if you want to be kind of secluded it has a bend in it like a l which is amazing and it have a back patio that's covered so you can you know see traffic going by and stuff it's it's a real good scenery

Went to IHop the other night for dinner with some friends. Our waitress was very nice and helpful with suggestions. Our food came out within 20 minutes. Great atmosphere and layout to the restaurant. I would happily go there again with friends and family.

Food was great, as expected. Restaurant was quiet, also to be expected on a Tuesday afternoon. Shout out to Shalini for her quick and professional service!

We had been twice recently and each time there was a fruit fly around each. The high chair was sticky and growse to touch. We were given the incorrect order and didn’t realize until we drove away the receipt wasn’t corrected. Both times we didn’t order a breakfast item and the food was okay. If we were to return we’ll try a breakfast item and that’ll determine if we return. We for sure don’t recommend the cheesesteak or the salad.

It was quiet for a Sunday but nice. Clean and great service. Food was OK but they forgot my cheese sauce that was suppose to. Be in and on My creams. But they had no problem bringing me some. Nice over all quiet brunch we had

I never leave reviews, but the situation that I had at this IHOP has led me to do so. First off, I have to give a huge thanks to Vennessa for making sure that me and my friend were taking care of. We came in to sit down and eat, we waited awhile to get sat, after a big group of people were sat, we were finally moved to a table by this server Clarissa. After giving us our menu, she told us that she was going to take the people's order in the back that got sat before us and she would be back to take ours. My friend and I was so confused as to why she would take their order first and have us waiting. We waited and waited and waited and she never came back. We were at this point debating on whether we should stay, until this very nice server Vennessa came and helped us. She apologized for the long wait. Even though she was very nice, I requested a manager to complain about Clarissa but she told us that none were available at that time. If you go there, ask for anyone but Clarissa.

Thing about restaurants, especially IHOP, is that you get to sit in. Have a meal and get to chat with the server. Make a new friend for a while. We were too far away to go to our regular IHOP. I regret it. Sure, it wasn't busy. About 4 other tables than ours but I did not expect my server, Bryan, to run to the back immediately after seating. No, actually, at every moment. Legitimately, had to knock on the "employees only" door to ask for our check. Someone stood by the front reception to pay their bill for over 5 minutes. They could have walked out. Should have, honestly. Don't get it wrong. The food was good. Buy Bryan didn't want to be there so badly that he dropped the little server tablet on our table and... RAN TO THE BACK AGAIN. Not just that but the kitchen was playing music. Loudly. Different than what was in the lobby. Pick one? Maybe? This was just awful, man. I hope the 24/7 hours aren't all crudely serviced.
