Friendly employee at front and the food quality was as expected, but the facility was absolutely filthy if had not for coming on family members' behalf. I would have walked away and gone elsewhere, not one clean table, trash littered most of the floor

It's alright. I've definitely been in better Del Tacos at other locations, like Chico. My burrito was soggy. I was the only customer there. The drive thru was even empty, but I had to wait awhile. The staff was friendly enough.

I just got home from an experience that was below par for this restaurant. First, let me address the cleanliness and the people sleeping inside the dining area. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The tables were dirty and the floors were sticky. The girl at the register did not ask whether it was dine in or to go. The girl working the drive thru handed me two bags, both wrong, even though she called my number. When I brought the bags back to them, the girl who handed them to me tried to accuse me of taking the wrong order. It should also be said that the guy two orders after me also received the wrong order from the same girl. I was not amused to be blamed for her mistake. The parking lot was filled with unhoused people who were walking in and out of the restaurant and not buying anything, but rather hanging out inside, despite the sign at the counter that said, No loitering and 30 minute limit for people purchasing food. The food was not what it used to be which is very sad. Needless to say, given what transpired and just the overall cleanliness or lack thereof, I will take my hard earned money down the street to the competition who has none of these issues. I tried calling this store twice and let it ring 14 times once and again 11 times with no answer and no way to contact the manager. Sad, just very sad.

This was hands down the worst food I have ever received from Del Taco—ever. I normally go out of my way for this location, which makes this even more disappointing. I literally drove from Antelope, CA all the way to downtown Sacramento because I usually trust this Del Taco. Yesterday’s experience was so bad that I felt like I had no choice but to leave a review. My tacos were short—there was barely any meat in them at all, like almost completely empty. Paying for tacos and opening them to find no meat is ridiculous. On top of that, the food was cold, poorly made, and tasted nothing like Del Taco should. Everything felt rushed and careless, like quality control just didn’t matter. When you’re driving that far and spending your money, the bare minimum should be properly made food. This wasn’t it. I’ve never had an experience this bad at this location before, but if this is how things are going now, something definitely needs to be addressed. As of right now, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

It has been almost 20 minutes waiting for an Uber Eats order in the drive-through, and the order only pays $5. Please do not waste drivers’ time like this. If you can’t handle the orders, please close your doors.

Really gross bathroom. I do not recommend ever using it. I think lots of people who are homeless use it. No soap in the dispenser either. The eating area was gross too. If you have to eat here I would recommend the drive thru.

I’ve been standing in the drive through for about 30 minutes, line is not moving, will probably have to wait for couple hours. Slowest fast food restaurant I’ve been too. Not coming back! Update: 50 minutes later, I left, they serve 1 car every 40-50 minutes. What in the world??

I'm updating my review I thought I would give them another try since I was in the area yet still disappointed when I visit other del tacos I order their dell taco its supposed to be double meat and cheese. I ordered a Turkey del taco and I basically got a value taco for a del taco price... As you can see my tomatoes are not even on the taco, I have meat on half my taco the other side doesnt even have meat it's just filled with cheese, my shell is broke as you can see it's very thin. If you go here I suggest you check you food out before you leave..... very disappointing
