I had the Tiramisu Shake (limited time specialty) and it was heavenly! Tasted just like taking a bite of tiramisu. We also shared bacon cheese fries that were a 10/10 and love their fries are crinkle cut. We weirdly loved the little wood pic that it came with to eat with, it's a little 2 prong fork. It makes eating cheese fries more sophisticated and keeps your fingers clean.

Busy Friday night- but the team was wonderful! I accidentally ordered incorrect and didn’t claim a reward properly- the manager took care of my order and was super kind about my mistake. We love our local shake shack. Thank you! … and the Big Shack is delicious!!

He had a great time at Shake Shack today. Jasmine helped us along the way. She gave my son crayons to draw with and set him up with jenga as we waited. He had such a great time. Plus he devoured his cheeseburger!! The food was great, the service was even better

It’s a good Shake Shack! My only complaint is that the table shuffleboard inside doesn’t work properly because the silicon beads are like contaminated with sand or something. It’s a shame because it’s a fun game. But: The burgers and shakes are good, and the service people are nice.

I took the family here to try something different and overall it was a good experience. My kids and husband liked their food. I decided to be adventurous and order the squash with wild rice and sadly I did not like it at all. The manager noticed at the end of our meal that I had barely touched it and she discounted our entire bill. She said she felt bad that she didn’t notice sooner because she would have brought me something else. She had just started her shift. I should have asked what her name was because that was top notch service and she is the reason this is a 5 star rating instead of 2. Our server wasn’t great, but management made up for it.

Drinks: House mule and a cider The outside back patio super cute with modern vies and plants. Service was good for how busy it was! Sorry not sorry the tater tots stole the show! I love midtown! Today was my 1st visit, it was for the wienermobile through a Yelp Elite event. I went alone so it was a bit boring but the atmosphere was nice and the drinks were great! I recommend the Blossomed Out. I guess its new because my waitress said she hadn't tried it yet. It's the colorful purple drink with butterfly pea flowers around the tiny glass.

With the unique deçor, two different patios as well as ample seating inside, there is plenty of room for a quiet lunch or a large gathering of friends. Beside the laid back ambiance, the service is friendly and accommodating. We dined late on a Saturday afternoon. The back patio was beautiful shaded and quite comfortable. The unique menu offered a variety of high quality dishes, bursting with flavor and beautifully prepared. This was a delightful experience.

H&L was a favorite pre Covid... we returned post Covid and the menu had changed quite a bit. There were a lot of "safe" foods and I understand it about survival. We returned with friends the other day and they are back! The menu was varied and deep.. one of got the rockfish special, we also had a pizza, short ribs and ox tail cavatappi. All the dishes were well prepared and presented nicely. We were very impressed and happy. The cocktails list reads like a conspiracy theorists wet dream... it was funny! I'm glad that H&L survived and are back on the ground running! Our waitress was very good and quick in her quips... No photos.... we are it too fats but check back since we WILL be back. Update - we've been back 2 more times - they are consistent and attentive... I love the vibe!

On our way back from South lake Tahoe, we picked this spot in Sacramento for a quick lunch break before heading to the bay area. It was a large group with a mix of adults and kids. The restaurant was quite empty (probably because of the time we got there) and they got us situated quickly. To get the kids busy, they even handed out coloring pages and pencils. Their menu while not very extensive has a good mix of options for vegetarians and a solid variety to choose from. Their carrot salad and heirloom tomato sandwich were really good. The kids enjoyed butter and red sauce pasta, along with cheese pizza and tater tots. Overall, it was a great experience combined with a clean environment and amazing service. Highly recommend people to try this spot!

We stopped by Shake Shack after visiting the Sacramento Zoo—just about a 10-minute drive away. The location was beautiful, very clean, and not crowded at all, which made for a relaxing visit. Ordering was easy through the self-serve kiosk, and the food came out quickly. The burgers were great, just as expected! Unfortunately, the fries were cold and the milkshake had a bit of a strange taste this time around. It was my mom’s first time trying Shake Shack, so she was a little disappointed—especially with the price and the fries—but she did enjoy her burger. I’ve had Shake Shack at other locations before, so I knew what to expect.

We reserve the seat through the Resy app. We were seated right away after we mentioned our name, although the waiter took some time to look it up. The restaurant is very spacious and retro. We got served water while looking at the menu. We ordered pork belly hash, breakfast burrito, and the kid menu lil scramble. The food was flavorful and delicious. My toddler enjoyed his scrambled eggs and bacon. I like my pork belly, and potatoes are cut into bite-sized pieces and coated with savory spices. My hubby enjoyed his burrito, too. The environment is pleasant to hang out with family and friends. Parking is on the street or in public parking.

Nice service. They have a 3%(?) surcharge on everything which is kinda annoying. Food is decent/fine but on a the pricier side and not huge servings. You can definitely finish your dish, even as a woman (yes, I am a woman). I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. The batter was nice and light. It was solid but nothing phenomenal.

I met up with a group of colleagues here for dinner on a Tuesday (5/7/24) evening. We made reservations ahead of time and had no issues doing so. Parking can be challenging with 1 hour meters in the surrounding area. There are free 2 hour street parking available if walking is not a concern. The H&L restaurant decor is laid back and inviting both inside and out. There’s seating in the front patio as well as the back of the restaraunt. It’s both inviting and relaxing which is pretty cool. Our group of 8 got a table inside and was seated in this VERY interesting horseshoe shaped table that was super wide and quite large. While the design allows a staff worker to easily serve every seated guests around the table, it wasn’t very conducive to guest interaction if they are seated across the table from another. Our server (didn’t get his name) was great. He was super patient with us as we took our time through the evening with ordering from the Happy Hour menu, appetizers, dinner, desserts, and drinks for the evening. Drinks for our group included the La Luchadora, Mister Ed, Smash or Pass, The Santanic Panic, H&L G&T, and several other orders. All the drinks turned out really good. Well assembled cocktails with good ingredients and definitely not from mixers. This is a plus! Food order for the evening included the Fried Chicken Sandwich, Jerk Califlower, Black Cod, Brick Chicken, Pizzas, and several other items. For dessert, we got the Chocolate Budino, Earl Gray Panna Cotta, and Trio of Amaro Cookies. The food and dessert turned out quite good, all very yummy and delicious. My dish (Fried Chicken Sandwich) came with a side of fries although I would’ve substituted with a side salad instead. While the sandwich was tasty, the fries came out soft and dull. The desserts were very good. Both the Budino and Panna Cotta were enjoyable and perfect way to close the evening out. The cost of the dinner came out to be about $75 with tax and tip for each of us, a bit on the higher side for casual dining that included two drinks, dinner, and desserts to share. So how did H&L score? Here are the results: Atmosphere (4/5). Service (4/5). Food (4/5). Desserts (5/5). Drinks (5/5). Value to Price Ratio (3/5). Overall Experience (4/5). H&L is a pretty neat place to grab a bite to eat. The climate is relaxing, laid back, and makes for a great place to have an enjoyable meal with good company. Be wary of the horseshoe table if closer seating amongst your group is important to you. H&L has something for everyone and is friendly to vegetarians and vegans. Drinks are authentic and made with genuine ingredients and not from mixers. Expect to pay a higher premium for the overall experience however for this casual dining experience. Parking can be a challenge especially if you plan to stay longer than 2 hours. Maybe consider taking an Uber but that would add to your cost for the evening. Was really excited to try Shake Shack for the first time after hearing about it for years. Always heard it compared to In-N-Out, with many of it's faithful saying it was better. Again, really pumped to give it a try. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed. It wasn't bad, would definitely have it again. But I didn't think it was nearly as flavorful as In-N-Out, or cooked as well. I also think Smash Burger is better, at least than this experience. I like their fries and shakes better for sure. But the main star just didn't match up. Would also say that the grilled cheese was horrible. I have never seen a grilled cheese that thin in my life. Quesadilla's are thicker! I'm definitely going to try again. Often times the first experience can be lessened by high expectations, which I certainly had. Also might have been an off day in the kitchen (short staffed or inexperience). So I'll try again and hope for better. But it's not bad, just not up to the hype or it's competition.

It was a clean environment for the most part. The staff could of been more exciting, like stated welcome in or something. I only seen one person restocking and cleaning with a roster of at least 6 people. Food wasn't too bad but tasted rushed.

The burgers are pricey but they are very good. Very well seasoned patties with all the toppings is the way to go. Recently tried the Korean menu and nothing was memorable. $12 Chicken sandwich was less than mid. The regular chicken sandwich is much better with all the toppings. Ordering through the app is the way to go as they usually have app only deals.

Came here for dinner, place was practically empty, and the service was pretty bad. We had a reservation, arrived early, and got a drink at the bar. Bartender was not friendly which was perfect because it teed us up for our server who was even worse. This space inside is so awesome, the patios are really quaint, and the food is good. I really just wish they would coach their staff on customer service so that this place could live up to the ‘reservation recommended’ hype and to their ‘be kind always’ sign. We waited forever for service, our server would barely acknowledge us with any type of verbal communication, and the drinks were mediocre at best. Food is reasonably priced and the pizza I got was very good. I just don’t think this joint lives up to the 4.4 stars. Maybe we caught it on an off night?

The fam and I went to this spot right after church. We usually like a good church service the an amazing meal. So we choose this spot. We set in the outside patio area it was nice back the but it's a lot of spider webs back there😱😬. The music was really nice a mixture of old school and some new school vibes as well. The hubby and youngen said it was going to be nasty but babbbe!!! They were wrong(ha ha) the food was cool to perfection Chile, yes!!! I won😜. Our server was nice. The non alcoholic drinks was trash thou. But you can't when in every area all the time. Youngen, didn't like his drink didn't even drink it and they didn't take it off our tab, that's ok!!! It was $12.00 I had to take on the chin. I still gave a nice tip though. I would go back for that reason. You win some you lose some.

Great for quick bite few games. Burgers are exceptional spicy caramel milkshake is different and yummy. Definitely give that a try if you go here.. plenty of room apple space for kids. There’s music playing so kids are free to make noise.!

I was a walk in with a family of 5. Asked what the wait was and was told they could seat us with about a 45 min. wait. This was before 5:30pm on a Saturday. Name was added to the wait list, got the txt confirmation and left. I called the restaurant around 6:30, an hour+ after checking in to see what our updated quote was looking like. They told me they had "gotten busy" and it was now looking more like a 90 min wait. I asked if it was 90 mins from my original quote or from now. He said from my original quote but then proceeded to tell me around 8pm they might be able to seat us. It is now noon the next day and im still waiting for a txt that my table is ready. If you are a reservation only establishment then convey that when someone comes in to be seated. 2 stars simply because the gentleman that I spoke with at the door was nice.

Truly disappointed. We visited months ago, and the food and service were amazing. We made a reservation for our anniversary. We were seated, and then completely ignored. The party seated next to us was fully acknowledged and got their order taken, and we held the door open for them as we arrived. So we were definitely there first. We eventually just got up and left. Absolutely wild.

All burgers are salty, sweet treats are too sweets. I ordered Avocado Chicken burger, the avocado is missing. They refunded it but no sorry heard from the manager. Just disappointed!
