Absolutely amazing food. With very large portion sizes. I got a medium tots with chicken and buffalo sauce. Lasted me 2 meals. Tots were fresh. Very large chicken pieces and flavorful sauce. Not overly hot. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure why I never left a review for this place...I've been coming here for years...my favorite item on the menu is the Kiki fries...every bite of chicken is juicy and crispy...the fries are always fresh...customer service is amazing

While I try my best to avoid fried food, I can’t avoid Kiki!s! Please try the Kikis fries and you’ll know what I am talking about. It’s a combination of the best. Buffalo, ranch , fries and tender chicken. I see why everyone is so hyped about this place. I usually ask for well done chicken. Trust me, it makes a big difference! You can always customize it the way you want. For all the healthy beings out there, it’s worth the cheat meal!

I absolutely love this place. My first experience was at their food truck, and I heard their stores had more and better options - as larger locations often do. I was not disappointed and probably buy their Kiki's Fries at least once a week.

"Kiki do you love me are you riding say ur never ever leave from beside me" Someone slap Kiki for making chicken good again!! Chicken is moist not dry, garlic fries on point, waffle is delicious especially the syrup and butter ooohweeee and Kiki's fries are bomb!! Restaurant is spacious and clean. The girls greeted us as soon as we walked in, people love that. But should greet people with a smile. A very good meal for your money. A bit pricey but worth it.

This place has really good food! Everything is easy to order ! I ordered a large Kiki’s fries with chicken and everything on it. You should stop by and try it out, it won’t disappoint you! Also the chicken comes with a little bit spicy buffalo sauce, if you can’t eat spicy, make sure ask them to put it on the side. However, regarding to their customer service, I was a little bit disappointed. The lady in the front did not have a good customer service at all. Hopefully the location can have some customer service improvement.

Kiki's Chicken was good..Jonathan at the Auburn St location was the best help..he ran me down the menu quick..oy 4stars cuz I felt the tots n chicken was missing a veggie..otherwise..check out this Sacramento staple

The service is always good the food always satisfying but can vary in quality it can be a little over cooked sometimes

Good for their kiki fries. (Sweet & spicy sauce 100%) I've ordered everything here and I only like the kiki fries. It's fries, chopped up chicken strips, blue cheese I think, ranch and buffalo sauce. (Side of jalapeno ranch & Sweet spicy sauce!) The kiki fries are heavy but good the buffalo sauce is not too spicy, the sweet & spicy sauce is GOOD with your chicken 100%!!! The restaurant had no music playing it seemed extremely dead inside, giving the vibe to fall asleep. We ordered to go, it was fast, the customer service was good & friendly. I ALWAYS RETURN, I CRAVE THE FRIES YUMM

I had chicken tenders & the Kiki’s chicken fries(so bomb) but without buffalo sauce because I ain’t about that spice. Overall the fries were an absolutely genius idea, so good. The tenders were basic but the sauce. That’s the reason I’m giving this place a -1 star. The honey mustard & ranch sauce is my favorite but it’s so thin & tastes a bit water down:/ that’s my one complaint. Also my friend hated this place because she ordered barbecue wings & they were smoldered in barbecue sauce & it was way to much for her. The place is pretty good for me but I probably won’t be returning because it ain’t that significant.

Went here on a whim with a friend and decided to get the OG fries. My friend ordered the medium and I ordered the small. The small was literally half the size of the medium while only being $2 cheaper. I felt like it was such a massive rip off. The fries also didn’t taste good. The chicken was dry and the taste of buffalo was overpowering. The service was nice and friendly but the disproportionate portion sizes compared to pricing was a disappointment and the inside of the establishment also had a weird stench.

I ordered the 2 bbq tenders tossed aswell with kikis fries, honestly the way they "tossed" the sauce just looked like they put a little scribble of BBQ, and barely got any fries, genuinely not worth $16. Workers were nice tho

My chicken strips were very flavorless I was not happy with my order specifically these chicken strips. An order of 8 for 19.99. I definitely did not get my money's worth. I also ordered two orders of Kiki's fries those were good although they tend to leave them on the dry side they lacked buffalo sauce. I ended up paying for extra sauce ! While I was in waiting for my order another customer complained about the chicken flavor of his order and I judged them but now I get it!

Usually go to the one over in Carmichael but I was in the area. Chicken and fries were burned/overcooked but some fries were still somehow undercooked inside...? Staff was kinda rude/uncaring but the dude with short hair and glasses was nice to me and my friend. Rough area but nothing these guys can do about that lol.

My coworkers and I love going to Kiki’s every now and again. Usually we call ahead, give our orders, are asked how long until we get there and only have to wait 5-10 minutes once we arrive. The staff is very friendly and the food is great. We usually get a medium Kiki’s fries with shoestring fries or tater tots and share. This time we tried the chicken wings. When I saw the chicken, there was a fly inside. When I lifted some of the chicken skin more, it had laid eggs. We’ve agreed not to go there again as we are completely put off by this experience. It was good while it lasted.

2022 update: They have significantly increased their prices in less than a year. Like $6 increase on my usual order. I can’t justify continuing to come here with the price increase. Was still good though. There a raising canes in Dixon now so back to my old faithful tender spot now that California has some locations. 2021 review: I love their tenders and wings! I drive 45 minutes each way and it is worth it. I am Addicted to Chicken tenders. I grew up In the south. When I moved to California I did not know they don’t have Zaxby’s or Raising Canes in the Bay Area. This place has definitely helped me get my tender fix. They try hard to get every order correct and go above and beyond. They forgot a tender in my order. I called from the parking lot and told them, they brought it out to my car. That’s some good customer service.

The food isn't as good as all the hype the radio puts out about it took 5 min for the cashier to even figure out my coupon from there Facebook messenger. One nice thing about the place was the way they decorated it with old records and pictures

I got a large plate of tots and chicken and I ate it last night it tasted so good I won't lie but the after math was terrible I was sick all night I was throwing up had the runs it was terrible and I didn't have anything else to eat but that super upset

Being in the area i went in to try this place, honestly i was disappointed. The server recommend chicken tots, it was blunt and soggy.The buffalo hot wings was decent nothing special, I wouldn’t go back. Sorry kiki.

First time trying the Kiki's fries the chicken I felt could have been way more crispy some pieces tasted kinda cold. And fries didn't feel fresh. when you get to the side after a few bites in . I only live 8 mins away. The tacos were bland just filled with fries barely any Chicken. For $20.

I have ordered the Chicken Sandwich and few times there and it's always been very good. I came in today and ordered the combo and the fries where so drenched in salt I couldn't eat them and the sandwich just had 2 2 chicken strips between a bun and they were very small I was shocked how bad my meal was and when I tried to call the girl put me on hold and never picked up so I am leaving this review.

This place was absolute gross. I usually go to the Kiki’s at arden and natomas but today I decided to go to this Kiki’s but the customer service was not the best and it was very dirty. I tried telling the maneger about it and they said “ if you don’t like our service you can leave” this was really frustrating and sad because this location is near my work.

I purchased a 4 piece wing combo meal. Each wing was 1/3 of a whole wing, which means I got 1.1 wing. A wing consist of 3 parts and Ididn’t get that!! To make it worst, the little pieces of chicken were not even seasoned! Who in the hell eats fried chicken with no seasoning!! This place sucks!!

Really disappointed with this order. I specifically asked for extra barbecue sauce, but it felt like they intentionally gave even less than usual. On top of that, no utensils or napkins were included, even though I clearly requested them.

If you could afford to drive 20 more minutes, just go to the Rocklin location, They don’t serve Dale old chicken wings there. You’re liable to get some kind of tapeworm eating on Northgate.
