It’s a good Shake Shack! My only complaint is that the table shuffleboard inside doesn’t work properly because the silicon beads are like contaminated with sand or something. It’s a shame because it’s a fun game. But: The burgers and shakes are good, and the service people are nice.

I had the Tiramisu Shake (limited time specialty) and it was heavenly! Tasted just like taking a bite of tiramisu. We also shared bacon cheese fries that were a 10/10 and love their fries are crinkle cut. We weirdly loved the little wood pic that it came with to eat with, it's a little 2 prong fork. It makes eating cheese fries more sophisticated and keeps your fingers clean.

Busy Friday night- but the team was wonderful! I accidentally ordered incorrect and didn’t claim a reward properly- the manager took care of my order and was super kind about my mistake. We love our local shake shack. Thank you! … and the Big Shack is delicious!!

He had a great time at Shake Shack today. Jasmine helped us along the way. She gave my son crayons to draw with and set him up with jenga as we waited. He had such a great time. Plus he devoured his cheeseburger!! The food was great, the service was even better

It's a nice little place, hours aren't ideal but their drinks are certainly a welcome change versus what you get from Starbucks or Pete's. Think of them as drinks and if it was more of a coffee bar in that sense? Will certainly be going here again.

The employees were very nice and it was less than a 15 minute wait (there were about 10 people ahead of us and not including online orders) which i considered decently fast service. Free wifi and outdoor/indoor dining tables made working easier. I ordered the Honey Haze & an everything bagel with cream cheese and it was pretty good! For the aesthetic, price, and location, I was pretty happy and do plan on coming back when I’m in the area!

A bit pricey but always love a good mint mojito. Got mine today with half sugar. It wasnt very sweet which I liked. I think u can still bring in your own mug/flask and they'll charge u for a small and fill the flask(?). It might have to be clearly marked. I kinda forgot how they do that. Order a the cashier and wait for your drink.

Amazing vibes at this location - they have a nice amount of space and seating inside and the patio outside is super chill. and the flavors ? I’ve visited twice and tried two different coffees - both out of this world delicious

Went in for the first time this morning. Got a hot cocoa and mini banana nut loaf. The hot chocolate was delicious. The banana nut bread was exquisite. Whoever makes it - in house or not - it’s amazing. Super fluffy, airy, just delectable

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere and well laid put with half of the walls in old bricks, half modern with floor to ceiling glass, parking lot attached but you can get lucky with street parking too, varies depending on the day and time of course. Lots of specialty drinks and mostly drip coffee, all delicious and full of flavor.

My thoughts on Philz Coffee on R street Sacramento. I've been a few times now, and I've always been impressed with the quality of the coffee and the friendly service. The coffee is always fresh and flavorful, and the baristas are always happy to help you choose the perfect drink. I especially like the Philz Blend, which is a medium roast with a smooth, rich flavor. The atmosphere of the coffee shop is also very inviting. It's a great place to relax and chat with friends, or to get some work done. Overall, I highly recommend Philz Coffee on R street Sacramento. It's a great place to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and relax.

Large, airy, fun coffee joint with seriously fresh coffee! I liked how their iced drinks were served in standard hot cups. We ordered a Mocha and an iced Chai and the very friendly lady who took our order asked if we would like them lightly sweetened, medium, or strongly sweetened. I thought that was really cool! My fiances' Mocha tasted like it was a house made syrup, I'm not sure about that though.

We stopped by Shake Shack after visiting the Sacramento Zoo—just about a 10-minute drive away. The location was beautiful, very clean, and not crowded at all, which made for a relaxing visit. Ordering was easy through the self-serve kiosk, and the food came out quickly. The burgers were great, just as expected! Unfortunately, the fries were cold and the milkshake had a bit of a strange taste this time around. It was my mom’s first time trying Shake Shack, so she was a little disappointed—especially with the price and the fries—but she did enjoy her burger. I’ve had Shake Shack at other locations before, so I knew what to expect.

Loves Philz!!! So happy there is a Sacramento store. The space is a re-use of an old warehouse building. If you love pour over coffee…. Go! The only downside is the location of the shared restrooms off a parking lot outside.

Toss up between staff and the coffee as both excellent. Their pour over method really adds flavor and didn't seem as sugary as other places but like they allow your input on how much even using your phone!

First time trying out Philz coffee and it was delicious! Definitely one of the coolest/hippest places to have a cold brew or bomb breakfast! Definitely has the Midtown vibes 🤘🏼☕🥐🥯

Was really excited to try Shake Shack for the first time after hearing about it for years. Always heard it compared to In-N-Out, with many of it's faithful saying it was better. Again, really pumped to give it a try. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed. It wasn't bad, would definitely have it again. But I didn't think it was nearly as flavorful as In-N-Out, or cooked as well. I also think Smash Burger is better, at least than this experience. I like their fries and shakes better for sure. But the main star just didn't match up. Would also say that the grilled cheese was horrible. I have never seen a grilled cheese that thin in my life. Quesadilla's are thicker! I'm definitely going to try again. Often times the first experience can be lessened by high expectations, which I certainly had. Also might have been an off day in the kitchen (short staffed or inexperience). So I'll try again and hope for better. But it's not bad, just not up to the hype or it's competition.

It was a clean environment for the most part. The staff could of been more exciting, like stated welcome in or something. I only seen one person restocking and cleaning with a roster of at least 6 people. Food wasn't too bad but tasted rushed.

The burgers are pricey but they are very good. Very well seasoned patties with all the toppings is the way to go. Recently tried the Korean menu and nothing was memorable. $12 Chicken sandwich was less than mid. The regular chicken sandwich is much better with all the toppings. Ordering through the app is the way to go as they usually have app only deals.

The coffee and breakfast items are amazing but I nearly lost my shit when they didnt call my name but apparently gave my drink away to someone else. And when I asked if they made my drink yet this lady giggled and told me she gave my drink away. Crazy work. This is like the 3rd time I've gotten coffee and they just wont say my name. First time my coffee was given away and I had only been waiting like 10 minutes.

Great for quick bite few games. Burgers are exceptional spicy caramel milkshake is different and yummy. Definitely give that a try if you go here.. plenty of room apple space for kids. There’s music playing so kids are free to make noise.!

All burgers are salty, sweet treats are too sweets. I ordered Avocado Chicken burger, the avocado is missing. They refunded it but no sorry heard from the manager. Just disappointed!

Consistently terrible coffee. With no other options around, I tried it four times, thinking “okay, this time it’ll be better.” No. It won’t. I honestly can’t imagine how anyone could make a mocha and latte taste worse.

Arrived at 0910. Put our order in. Heard our named called and apparently someone else grabbed it. We alerted the staff the red head said she was working on per my bf. I told her I had it extra creamy and sweet. She dismissed me and said it’s up there. Still didn’t see it. So I walked away letting my bf handle it. It’s was 0935 he is still standing there waiting. I asked about our order. Someone else who works here addressed me about our order. He tried finding our order but couldn’t find it any where. The red head eventually made it at 0940 but it’s not how I ordered it. I come here frequently. The coffee is completely watered down. It’s not extra sweet or creamy. This was a 23$ order that we waited 35 minutes for, were ignored, and then got what I didn’t order. I’m in a really bad mood now. I don’t care how busy a place is if someone else took our order then we should be address promptly. Our drinks don’t even have our names or what we ordered on it because it’s been that long they couldn’t find it. Ridiculous. No refund was even offered.
