Delicious! My drinks are always very difficult to execute…. with being a former baristas myself I always customize all my drinks. I am soo happy, they were very fast plus this drink is beautiful and delicious! Try the drink :) !
This Starbucks’ staff are very detail oriented, precise, consistent, efficient and courteous. I did a mobile order for the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino with no simple syrup and with whipped cream and an unwarmed cookie. Perfecto 👍🏽 Thank you!! 🙏🏽❤️

Really smooth experience here. Popped in for an iced brown sugar oat latte on my way to work and it was perfectly made and ready faster than expected.

I love this Starbucks location. The baristas are very nice and cool for being so young. I also love the large patio. The baristas are always nice to my dog. Bummed I moved further away, there is definitely a great staff vibe at this location.

I made a mistake and sent my large order to the wrong store. The staff here and manager Kate were so kind and helpful! They made my order for me (in the middle of their rush!) and were just awesome about the whole situation!! This little shop is often very busy but they are quick and friendly!

I love visiting various Starbucks as they each have their own environment. This is a very nice Starbucks. The interior has a cozy feel to it. But what makes this Starbucks unique is that it has a larger exterior area that wraps around the shop with plenty of seating. The staff are friendly and helpful and the shop is clean. I had a most enjoyable visit.

Service is great and quick although compared to other starbucks in the area there really isn’t much space inside to sit and work. It also becomes very apparent at around 3pm that this particular starbucks is very close to a middle school.

Went thru drive thru like also order my regular coffee, arrived at the window finally since car in front me taking forever to order. Got my drink which I can thank the lady purchasing for me that was ahead of me. Get my drink home and found out it was only filled partially way. For a Venti it was missing over an inch of drink. I don't get whip and they suppose to remove foam also which they did. So the drink should been a full cup and not less. See pictures

I give this business 1 star for the service. They don’t even know what it means to give customer service ; person taking your order frequently has an attitude, I’ve been here regularly too. It’s all the same from different individuals. I came on here to give a review bc I found a ton of coffee grounds at the bottom of my drink! I’ve been drinking Starbucks for decades and this has NEVER happened and should never happen.
I walked in and asked for a cup of water on a 100 degree weather and they told me I had to buy something first…they told me it was policy. I have gone to other Starbucks and they have filled up my water bottle or have given me water without any issues. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with the ladies that work here. Bad vibes.
We are having an office party today. Waited 15 minutes before even acknowledged. People were blatantly cutting in front of us, and we were ignored by the baristas. When we finally got help, we tried to order a couple of travelers. Instead, we were told that they didn't have time for that. What? You can't make a pot of regular and decaf coffee with no weird add-ins, but you can make a bunch of individual orders? Also, there was no recommendation or suggestion to order ahead of time, so didn't know if we were supposed to do that. Just a refusal of service. Never coming here.
Worst service ever. Went into the drive thru today at 10:43am the service was not good at all. I ordered a couple drinks made it clear I wanted my drinks lined with Carmel drizzle and got charged for it and when I got to the window the barista was very rude. All the drinks were wrong and even when I asked very nicely if they could fix it she gave me major attitude. I understand it’s busy but as someone who works in this industry customer service should always be 100%. She had brown hair in a low ponytail with big glasses and a mask I believe. I couldn’t see her name tag but next time maybe be a little nicer. Very unacceptable and will be making a call to corporate.
They need to change their time because it's giving false information. It says that they are open at 8:30. I went there at 740, and the lady just ignored me. And then, when she seen me, she waved her hand by her throat like were closed, like she was angry
A while ago I went to get a hot tea drink and instead of the honey citrus mint tea, it was just one of the regular teas. I didn’t notice until I was at work and so I called in. I asked the manager if I could have someone pick up a replacement for me due to me being at work and not being able to leave and the manager REFUSED for a mistake that was not at all my fault, not only that … she was extremely rude! Starbucks is usually known for their substantial customer service, but this one did not keep up with the reputation. Anywho, I won’t be coming to that Starbucks again.

Will be avoiding the Arden way store whenever possible - i ordered a latte and black coffee on 10/27/24 at 9:30am and the blonde girl with curly hair was BOTHERED when i asked for a straw and topper for the black coffee, (which, if you’ve ever been burned by, you’ll understand is something you don’t want a repeat of) so much so that she gave a really po’d attitude for me asking for basic stuff saying “anything ELSSSSSSE you want to ask for?”i said “no, thank you” — as she proceeded to adjust the tip jar set by the window. As though motioning “i gave you a straw AND a black coffee topper, so where’s my tip??” Look - i tip the baristas when they either have everything prepped or don't give such an entitled attitude like this person. I’ll be driving an extra min to the watt stbx for all coffee trips now.
